I found BETONLINE in the search engine and saw that the rating was very high, so I registered on April 29th. I found that the website's large deposits and large sports live betting were very good, making a deposit of approximately $30000. I used cryptocurrency for deposits, which was very convenient. In the next two days, my luck was very high and I won about $40000. However, when I made a withdrawal on May 1st, I was refused the withdrawal [of course, I used Bitcoin for withdrawal]. Subsequently, my account was unable to log in, and I was told to send both sides of my ID card, holding a photo of my ID card, and a utility bill. I think this is a security issue, so I immediately sent all the necessary documents. It has been 90 hours since then. When I asked online customer service, they told me to be patient and wait for the review to be completed before sending me an email with the results. However, when I asked how long it would take, they all told me that there was no time frame, which made me feel like an endless wait, May I ask if everyone has the same question? How many days does it take to complete the review? I am very worried about my money. I have over 70000 dollars in my account

Don't stress. They're solid people over there. Give them several workdays. I know of players getting approved in a day and others about a week. One player got lost in the matrix and he went a long time waiting to be verified.

I never experienced something like this. I will try calling their customer service phone number and ask to speak to a manager or supervisor. Maybe they give you more detailed info than those emails you posted

Because I only registered for two days and was reviewed, I have not yet established trust with betonline.ag, so I am worried and anxious, even if they tell me it will take a week. I called them and initially told me 24-48 hours, but from the day before yesterday, they only told me that they are still under review and if there is any news, they will send me an email. I bet on the live broadcast of baseball. My bets are all over $2000, and I have deposited $30000, making approximately 40 bets in two days. Thank you very much for your suggestion. After your suggestion, I registered for Twitter, but I don't know how to proceed next because Twitter is not widely used in our country. If you talk about your complaint on their account, they may just block you because they don’t want to deal with it

I used to post SBR and they are very sketchy as well. Sports books, pay SBR for the right to advertise there. Basically, the sports books pay SBR in return for good ratings.

i’ve seen posters and make threads like this, and the moderators just delete the thread

as for Dave Mason, I’ve never interacted with him, but he seems like a cool dude . I would try to get more publicity on this tweet before messaging Dave Mason. The more publicity you get the more serious they will take it.
