Additionally, the windfall tab is too cluttered. WIth having the jackpots, windfalls, and flips all on it. Eliminate the flips games to clean it up some. Almost no one wants them anyways. And it is not poker. Having them reflects poorly on the site, and potential future U.S. poker regulation to have them on a site.

1) Create sequrity team. Lol, this is easy
2) Delete double up 60$+. You blind? No one but a colluders has played this game for 2 years. This is cheating discipline. Is it really not clear what exactly since its introduction in May 2017 your fall began?
3) Return old buy ins, speeds and rakes for sng.
4) Buy program Holdem Manager 2, install on the good PC, upload to this program mining for cash games mining, find players with the same statistics and block all, dumb, this bots
5) doing regularly point 4

I played a Windfall this morning where the payou twas $4.50 instead of $6.00. Buy in was $3. I have never seen this before. Did they change their payouts? I checked the web and it still shows min payout should be $6.00. I took a screen shot but unsure how to post it on here.

It was probably a "Jackpot" variant instead of the straight "Windfall". They have a 1.5 x buyin minimum payout.

Damnit, I am dumb. I try and only play the "Windfall" option. I looked at the screen shot I took after seeing a different payout and it does say Windfall Jackpot SNG.

Because the 2nd option it titled Windfall, i assumed that when my screen shot said Jackpot "WINDFALL" that I was playing the normal windfall variety.

The bots always play at the same time on day , 24/7, never with each other, and everyone the same has moves. They don't know they are stealing a BB sit out player.

Any plans to replace the sitngo leaderboards with anything?

@BetOnlineMike why were the weekly sng leader board races ended with zero notice? These were very popular and helped drive traffic to SNG's on the site.

Very disappointed in this decision. Especially with no notice given to the players beforehand that it was going to be done.

If it was because of the heads up sng bots and double or nothing colluders winning money from the leader boards. Simply end those specific games leader boards. And put the other sng types leader boards back up.

I am sure many players will appreciate it. Without the leader boards the sng traffic on the site will die unfortunately.

Anyone missing SnG Satellite Step 3 to the Sunday Main Event? I won Step 2 but haven't seen (and thus been unable to register for) Step 3 in quite some time.

There is a SnG Satellite being offered for the same buy in for the "Sunday 2nd chance." Unfortunately they're not interchangeable.

I've been in contact with support multiple times. BOL initially said that I didn't have any pending entries or tournament tokens. then when i pointed to the exact game that I was referring to, they said 'wait until the SnG comes back, then register.'

The problem is that these don't appear to be coming back. If anything, they seem to be migrating towards the other Step style tournaments. Anyone in a similar boat?

Anyone know when the "Sunday Main Event Step 3 of 3 #3" will return?

Anyone know if there are any plans to bring it back?

So the decision makers at Chico have now arbitrarily shut down both point redemptions and SNG leaderboards with 0 warnings to players!? I know they’ve also bumped their return % on BBJ when it got really big a while back. As I’ve mentioned before, at least with ACR the issues seem to be almost exclusively from an inability to properly develop and deploy software. The actions here on Chico seem like straight up theft. I was gonna come back when they had a solution for their points, but I doubt I’ll ever start here again.

I assume they are coming out with a new promotion for SNG like they are with that new Iron Man thing for cash. If they don't plan to they'll notice pretty fast how dead the games will be without them. Would be incredibly stupid to not bring them back so I'll patiently wait to see what they roll out for now.
