It wasnt on a deposit and I actually meant Bodog and they do have sportsbook and the rollover requirement is only on any money won. They don't lock money that you won in poker.

It's still standard for a rollover to exist on a free play regardless of if you win the bet or not.

I haven't played on Bodog since they switched to Bovada in USA. Bovada doesn't give free plays, they give bonuses and the rollover most definitely applies even if you lose the bonus money.

It 100% does not still apply. I just had a $62 bonus, lost it in one bet, cashed out a few days later. This was on bodog but they are the same entity with the same tos. They also do have free bets. So you can just go ahead and stop responding because your information is wrong.

Anyways, bet 75 on mavs +140 and 90 on clips -120. Whatever.

I agree that it's a ridiculous requirement to impose if you lost all of your wagers connected to the bonus.

For similar reasons I always recommend for people to do their due diligence to read the Terms & Conditions prior to accepting any bonuses from any online casinos, sportsbooks or poker sites. You'll often find that the requirements attached to completing the bonuses are not worth the hassle.

Deposited and asked live support for the reload bonus.

Live support lady said she would load it. I never got it.

She also gave me beef about not including the bonus code with my deposit.

Hey lady I was just following the instructions.

LOL. If it doesn't show up then certainly let Mike know your account details via private message. I'm sure he can sort it out even though there should obviously be a better system in place.

Spoke to live support and they quickly remedied the situation, they even increased the bonus.

BOL isn't perfect but overall I do think they are doing their best to make customers, both professional and recreational happy.

Payouts are fast, software is good, a+

While I agree with most of the above, let's not get all loosey goosey with our A+s. There are several areas that could certainly still some use some major improvement.

In particular:
  • The Bot problem.
  • Uses for the VIP points.
  • Prohibited and allowed software list clarification.
  • Better seating script, table blocking and general rules enforcement.
  • Being able to see the bottom-most table in the lobby.

Other than 8 cent tournaments is there any other use for VIP points? I have an insane amount of them, and see no purpose for them?

Unfortunately not. They were essentially made useless beginning last Summer. Prior to that you could use them to enter most MTTs. We were assured that new uses would be coming soon when that ability was taken away, but those uses never came. If they're to be believed then new uses are still coming, but that's been repeatedly said for the last 5 months or so.

How does the site grow with no rake back and essentially no use for VIP points?

You guys are kidding right?
You can use them to play 22$ satty to Sunday mtt.
12-10-2019 , 04:29 PM
I was not kidding since I had no idea that they added a mid-priced MTT for which you could use the VIP points to buy in. I'm not an MTT reg. I'm glad to see that there is at least one, but it's still a far cry from the MTT options you could enter with the points in the past.

Nevertheless, I do appreciate you letting us know about that!

I'm hoping someone can help me out. I got a free entry into one of BOL's blackjack tournaments that gives bonuses instead of actual dollars. Say I win $100 in bonus money.

Based on rules 16-18, there is a 40x rollover which means I would have to make $4,000 worth of bets to actually cash this out. On top of that, if I played blackjack, I would have to make $40,000.00 worth of BJ bets since only 10% would go to the bonus rollover. Finally, I would only have 7 days to make the $40,000 worth of BJ bets.

Is this correct or am I missing something?

Who cares about a $22 dollar satty. I want to directly buyin to a tournament. Playing an mtt to get into another mtt is a waste of my time

I know it is extremely frustrating but please understand that the new VIP program is coming and I will notify everybody.

Kind Regards

Mike

I'd like to pass along that I'm not interested in sattys either. Being able to buyin to $22+ MTTs directly would be a slight improvement, but as strictly a cash game player it would be nice to have options in the new VIP program more suited to us like points to cash or points for bonuses with a clearing rate similar to the recent reload bonuses. Also I would hope that the value of the points at least remains equal to what they were before (which wasn't much, but still a nice reward for consistent players) or even an increase, which would be a great way to grow market share.

+1 I would be only interested in using VIP Points for bigger events like the Sunday Main.

I deposited like $20 on the site just to try it, not realizing that there was a poker-specific bonus (I looked at all the other ones, and they said freeplays for sportsbook only, so I figured I'd just deposit and call it good). Then I found out there _was_ a poker specific bonus (and worse, I hadn't deposited enough to even meet the minimum). I tried emailing support about it; they said to email the poker@ address, which I did, but I haven't gotten any reply at all after a week or so (and I emailed again yesterday to make sure I hadn't been lost in some shuffle)

Is there a possibility I can have that "first deposit" bonus applied to my second deposit instead? I already busted the $20 so now my account is zero anyway

I'm also fine if I can't get a bonus until some additional promotion, but I'd like to know conclusively before my impatient depositing loses me even more money.
