Thanks for the update Mike. I think most people are just upset that you guys took away the ability to use the points to enter the different tournaments in the meantime. It seems like something that should have been left as is until the new uses were closer to being implemented. The extended wait and the lack of communication about the transition to the new uses has been a bit frustrating.

Sam's thoughts exactly mirror mine. I'm also a PLO cash reg who dabbled a bit in MTTs solely b/c of the VIP point incentive, but I haven't played a single MTT since the points option went away.

Keeps me from considering you folks over WPN as next site, even with streamer and 10nl Boost (which is my fave starting point). 10nl Zone not available on Ignition yet, but tourney tickets are, and just got an appreciation ticket for 20+2 (no points involved) from ignition. Come on guys, compete for disgruntled WPN/ACR members. I can even deal with using an add on hud for pt4.

I don't believe there's any reload bonuses available right now that you could clear by playing poker, but you could contact support to ask. They usually do offer other reload bonuses that can be cleared with sports betting or in the casino, if that's your kind of thing.

A new race starts every Sunday at 8:01pm ET. I'm not sure exactly when they credit you for your placement in the race, but I know they usually send out an email on Monday telling you where you placed. I assume they credit your account on Monday too. I'm not sure if they indicate it on the transaction page at all.

After I had logged off of BOL earlier and moved to another site to take some hands, I got a phone call on my cell by someone claiming to be "Ron" from BOL. He was offering a 100% deposit bonus, saying it was a special "over the phone only" bonus. I said I can't do it at the moment and he agreed to call me back in the morning.

What happened here? Is this a legit contact from BOL or some kind of a scam going around?

It's legit, but I think it only applies to sports betting and possibly the casino. You'd have to confirm that with the representative who is calling though.

How is points for the leaderboards calculated? Saw at some site that 0.01$ in rake is 1 point but doesnt seem correct looking at the points in the top of the leaderboards, anyone knows?

Somehow did not see that this week's special mission only allowed for 3 days to complete as opposed to the 7 days the first 2 weeks allowed. I should of noticed, completed week 1 and 2. I enjoyed this promo overall, played more game formats than I normally would.

If you win multiple sattys to the 100k, how does that work in relation to the 2nd, 3rd, etc. ticket? 1. Are you able to use the other tickets for a rebuy 2. Do you get T$ for unused tickets? Thanks and keep up the good work!

Has anyone ever heard of this before? I don't bet sports at all, I just play poker. But, I received an email saying I had a free $25 bet on BOL sportsbook. I read the terms and condition and it states there is a 6x rollover requirement...which I interpret as any money won will need to be bet 6x the amount of the free bet to be released. Is this a reasonable interpretation? The only other experience I have with free bets and rollover requirements is on Ignition and this is how it is done there. On Ignition, if I lose the free bet, the rollover requirement is no longer active...

Anyways, I place the free bet and I lose. Today, I go to cashout and it states that I must clear the rollover requirement. I have $0 in my account from any bonus or that was won due to any bonus in the sportsbook. I only have money from poker in my account. However, they are making me bet $150 on sports just to cashout. So basically, they give me a free bet so I would be forced to bet $150 afterwards. Seems scammy and super petty to me. Anyone else think so?

It's obviously not a big deal and I will just lose a little juice, but on principle alone it feels dirty.

Standard. If it's a deposit bonus free play you'd need to wager Deposit amount+Free Play times the rollover amount too whether you win the free bet/play or not.

Ignition doesn't have sports betting so I'm guessing you were talking about a casino free play that works differently.
