I took a 35% crypto reload bonus. Why doesn't cash game play count towards the bonus roll over requirements?

If you're looking for a poker reload bonus, 8 was told there is none. It is misleading, you have freeplay gambling bonus form 35crypto

When Bovada/Ignition did this with their fast fold player pool, it helped increase players in the pool quite well.

Hope this helps!
No way! BOL has a mobile app that I really like. I can literally be in the middle of a hand on my desktop, grab my phone and finish the rest of the hand on the toilet.

It is leaps ahead of any competitor's app that I have used and I think most would agree with me that it should stay the way it is.

Ticket Number:441279553Accepted Date:8/15/2019 - ESTGraded Date:8/15/2019
Wager Type:Money LineWager
Status:Loss
Risk:$2.82 (USD) To Win Amount:$1.97 (USD) Description: Baseball - MLB - Minnesota Twins vs. Texas Rangers - Minnesota Twins

super small bet, so not even worth the time reporting this fraud, but I am out of principle.. and I was given $15 freeplay to use so I bet on 4 games.. the MIN Twins won 13-6, but the starting pitching matchup changed, so instead of the bet
being graded as a no-contest which is the standard protocol in this situation, but after talking to live support for about 40 minutes of "looking into it" and they assured me it gets graded as a loss.. it's not about the money, its about the morality of the situation, and upholding integrity of a site so I can actually trust to play on it and make future bets.

I haven't bet on baseball in a few years, but I recall there being a note next to the bet selections stating the names of the starting pitchers, if it was known, and that they both must pitch for the bet to count. Do you recall seeing that prior to making your wager? Perhaps there was some uncertainty about who would pitch and therefore wasn't a requirement for this particular bet. Doesn't the bet slip usually include the names of the pitchers when that is a requirement?

The bet should have received no action because there was a pitching change, but for some reason was not handled that way lol... this was from the Bet Online's site for Sportsbook Rules:

Baseball money line wagers will be accepted with the following options:

Action: Wager on Team vs Team regardless of the starting pitchers.
Listed Pitchers: Both specified pitchers must start (at least throw one pitch) to have action. All wagers on total (over/under) and runline (spread) are always listed pitcher wagers.
Team vs. Pitcher or Pitcher vs Team: Wager on or against one specified pitcher. The specified pitcher must start (at least throw one pitch) to have action.

Looks like you placed the wager on the Team vs Team regardless of the starting pitchers type of bet. Unless you're stating that you know for certain that you saw the pitchers listed on the bet prior to making it then I think you were just mistaken about the type of bet that you were making.

When will the Dota free roll tickets show up in our accounts?

Hey Mike,

I miss being able to use VIP points for tourney buyins. Just want to give feedback that the old system was decent, and better than the "no system" now. Hope we get the new VIP point system up soon or revert back to the old.

Thanks,
Sam

Agree that any system would be better than no system.

Even though I'm not really an MTT player, it was kinda fun taking a shot at the Sunday Main Event with points every now and then.

Hey Guys,

New Sit & Go Steps tournaments are the fast track to major rewards for little risk!

How Do They Work?

Pull up a seat at Step 1 for just $1.50 and work your way up the ladder to win prizes as big as $1,000! With buy-ins that low, you’re sure to find a level that fits your bankroll.

All Sit & Go Steps are 6-Max, so they’ll fill up quickly and the action kicks in fast. Depending on how the cards fall and how you finish, you may move up a “Step” to play the next level. Win a final Step 8 Sit & Go, and the $1,000 cash prize is all yours!

Please Let me know what you think about the new promotion, maybe some hints on how to improve, or just any comments about you guys enjoying it.

Kind Regards

Mike

I noticed that all of the steps before 7 seem to have an enormous rake (based on what the website says) and checked them out in the lobby before I said anything and noticed that they all have added cash amounts to make them more in line with appropriate rake amounts. So that's good. Not sure why that's not reflected on the chart on the website you linked. Why would you want them to look worse than they actually are?

Looking more, the actual payouts don't match the listed ones on the website at all. From what you linked, Step 6 should pay out Step 7/Step 7/Step 6/Step 6. In the client, it pays out Step 7/Step 7/Step 7/$31.80. Which also kind of doesn't make sense because why would you have it pay out $31.80 when you could have it pay out a Step 5 ticket and then $1.80 for 5th place?

Prima used to run a similar kind of cash steps a long time ago, and their structure for the final "cash out" step was pretty good. It was a super deep payout structure to discourage pros from direct buying in and encourage more recs to build their way up. Something like 400/300/200/150/100. Also each step was a double up and instead of paying direct tickets would pay out in essentially T$ that could only be used in steps. It was a pretty good system that got a decent amount of traffic (there would be 4-5 of the highest steps going off every day), not sure if you considered something like that.

Allow direct buyins to step 8 with VIP points. Or allow the points to be used for anything at all.

Debating on betonline or global for a deposit. Any decent poker bonuses available on betonline?

This please. If you guys are going to discontinue the point system then you should at least announce this and give the players a chance to use them first. Otherwise, it is pretty much stealing from your customers.

There is a first deposit bonus available for poker players at each of the sites on the network. Most of the other bonuses they offer can't be cleared with poker. Every once in a while they'll offer a reload bonus or something that can be cleared by playing poker, but that is not too often.

https://www.betonline.ag/100depositbonus
https://www.sportsbetting.ag/poker/100depositbonus
https://www.tigergaming.com/promotio...-first-deposit

They do have weekly rake races and frequently offer different promotions where you can earn a bonus for completing different tasks like playing 'x' amount of hands or 'x' amount of games in different game formats.

They also have VIP points that you accrue based on the amount of rake that you pay at the tables. Until recently you could you use these to enter several tournaments. BetOnline Mike stated that new uses were coming soon, but we haven't heard anything about it in a few weeks.
