Yes thats even better it means you just need to win 1 even money bet or 1 hand of blackjack and you could have cashed out. so effectively it is a 1x wagering bet if I am understanding what you are saying.

Had you spoken to live support you could have had the bonus and all funds removed from the account. but it is much better to try and win the money.
Just always check terms and conditions before taking any bonus on any site.
As I am sure they will remove the 4 cents, or the requirement if you speak to them.

You guys need to keep these deposit promotions clearly separate from sportsbook/casino. The crypto's run through sportsbook, I don't see anything for poker ONLY. It seems they all require you to clear the freeplay with sportsbook except the first time deposit on the poker page, this is nuts. Should just run flat poker bonuses with nothing related to sportbook, if someone is looking to play poker ONLY.

I understand they want people to play all the rigged games, but i won't play casino's or bet sports, the promo's are useless for people like us.

It leaves a bad taste it people's mouth if they assume they can use it for anything, get caught it bad spot and then people won't work with you.

Thank you for your post. I did try to cancel and was told by live support that is not possible and I must complete the wagering requirements before I can ever cash out again. He also mentioned there is no expiry date. However, I read the Terms of Service and see that there is an expiry date of 30 days.

I don't know what to believe because live support was very clear about me being stuck in this situation whereas Mike is saying Live Support should be able to help.

I think the issue is a misunderstanding about the promo's between players, staff and support. I do enjoy playing on BOL and hope this can be cleared up asap.

Hi Trompe cancelling the bonus would be the same as trying to meet the wagering requirements. you might as well try and win the extra funds, if you are prepared to give them up anyway. it is like a free shot at the money, you will just have to be careful next time before accepting a bonus offered anywhere.

I will be sending all of this to the correct team to try and make things clearer and maybe help improve the situation going forwards.

Ugh, you should always have the option to cancel a bonus. Not fair to hold onto peoples money if they change their mind and want to leave the site, just my humble opinion.

Yeah, while i don't mind a set of rules to follow, I think you have to treat it different in certain situations. I mean there has to be a middle ground somewhere, where both sides can be happy with it.

I see I am not the only one screwed with this 'bonus'. I am not even sure what it is. Online customer support was completely useless in trying to explain it other than look at T&C. Is there a reason you make it so difficult? Why not just put it in simple wording on the page where the bonus is listed???

I spent 90 minutes with customer support trying to find where this mystery $10 ticket for some blackjack tournament is hidden. She was of no use and found it by clicking every possible option of game. Then the 'join' button is not enabled. For some reason, she asked if I was sure -_- and could I send her a picture. I did and somehow she could not see it. Said she would elevate it to the 'next level' and I would hear back quickly. Well, I didn't naturally.

It took about 6 weeks to earn the required 20000 VIP points to receive the free gift from pokersource affiliate, but I made it. I logged onto PokerSource and submitted that I had completed the requirements, but i got an email:

You need to go back to the original source, unfortunately we can not help in this matter. It is quite common that people sign up on an affiliates site but the original company is not that of the site.
You just need to try and find up who you signed up with.

I truly appreciate you going out of your way to post that! I also really appreciate you guys giving back an extra percentage to the players like that! I was probably the most outspoken critic of the increasing administrative fees. This and the bot issue have been two of my very few criticisms of the network. If we can get rid of the remaining bots and seat scripters l'll have no choice but to refer everybody to play here over the other options for US based players.

I was involved in a nano-stakes NLH .05/.10 fast fold bad beat jackpot just now. However I don't think I received any money in my account. Shouldn't my jackpot share get credited to my account right away? I have the hand history ( hand # 451689274). For the record I won the hand. Where in our account can we see how much we won? I'm almost sure nothing was credited.

Looks like I received an email announcing I had won. I guess had less in my account than I thought before winning the jackpot and being credited.

I think it would be a excellent idea to have mobile user cash game players only be able to play boost tables.

When Bovada/Ignition did this with their fast fold player pool, it helped increase players in the pool quite well.
