Hi Trompe_LE_Monde

Yes thats even better it means you just need to win 1 even money bet or 1 hand of blackjack and you could have cashed out. so effectively it is a 1x wagering bet if I am understanding what you are saying.

Had you spoken to live support you could have had the bonus and all funds removed from the account. but it is much better to try and win the money.
Just always check terms and conditions before taking any bonus on any site.
As I am sure they will remove the 4 cents, or the requirement if you speak to them.

Kind Regards
Mike

Sound like he tried to cancel to me.

You guys need to keep these deposit promotions clearly separate from sportsbook/casino. The crypto's run through sportsbook, I don't see anything for poker ONLY. It seems they all require you to clear the freeplay with sportsbook except the first time deposit on the poker page, this is nuts. Should just run flat poker bonuses with nothing related to sportbook, if someone is looking to play poker ONLY.

I understand they want people to play all the rigged games, but i won't play casino's or bet sports, the promo's are useless for people like us.

It leaves a bad taste it people's mouth if they assume they can use it for anything, get caught it bad spot and then people won't work with you.

Thank you for your post. I did try to cancel and was told by live support that is not possible and I must complete the wagering requirements before I can ever cash out again. He also mentioned there is no expiry date. However, I read the Terms of Service and see that there is an expiry date of 30 days.

I don't know what to believe because live support was very clear about me being stuck in this situation whereas Mike is saying Live Support should be able to help.

I think the issue is a misunderstanding about the promo's between players, staff and support. I do enjoy playing on BOL and hope this can be cleared up asap.

Re: BetOnline.ag Poker: Promotions Thread

Hi Trompe cancelling the bonus would be the same as trying to meet the wagering requirements. you might as well try and win the extra funds, if you are prepared to give them up anyway. it is like a free shot at the money, you will just have to be careful next time before accepting a bonus offered anywhere.

I will be sending all of this to the correct team to try and make things clearer and maybe help improve the situation going forwards.

Kind Regards
Mike

Ugh, you should always have the option to cancel a bonus. Not fair to hold onto peoples money if they change their mind and want to leave the site, just my humble opinion.

I agree and have forwarded my 2 cents to the promotions team.
I just always speak to live support before taking any bonus on any site.

Yeah, while i don't mind a set of rules to follow, I think you have to treat it different in certain situations. I mean there has to be a middle ground somewhere, where both sides can be happy with it.

Re: BetOnline.ag Poker: Promotions Thread

I see I am not the only one screwed with this 'bonus'. I am not even sure what it is. Online customer support was completely useless in trying to explain it other than look at T&C. Is there a reason you make it so difficult? Why not just put it in simple wording on the page where the bonus is listed???

I spent 90 minutes with customer support trying to find where this mystery $10 ticket for some blackjack tournament is hidden. She was of no use and found it by clicking every possible option of game. Then the 'join' button is not enabled. For some reason, she asked if I was sure -_- and could I send her a picture. I did and somehow she could not see it. Said she would elevate it to the 'next level' and I would hear back quickly. Well, I didn't naturally.

Pretty new to the site, so I will blame it on complete ignorance on my part. Is there a simple way, like all on one page, to find out what the bonus requirements are for poker players? I don't bet/gamble and that has not interest to me. Is there no poker specific bonus? I'll just assume the $10 blackjack tournament ticket was fugazy to get me to deposit. As bad as that is, is there no simple explanation of bonuses and which actually apply to poker?

Re: BetOnline.ag Poker: Promotions Thread

Is there extra rake taken from the bad beat jackpot tables? Just started playing on the site so I wasn't sure how much extra it is costing me to play these tables.

Saw the high jackpot total but almost seems too good to be true.

Re: BetOnline.ag Poker: Promotions Thread

There was a discussion in the crypto thread about how the crypto promotions work and I thought I'd add my findings here for more visibility.

I used code crpyto35 if that helps. Thanks.

However, must I simply wait 30 days for the bonus to expire or am I required to contact support and forfeit the bonus before making any future withraws?

You are now chatting with Travis Moore.

Thank you for contacting Betonline Chat - button skill, this is Travis Moore, how may I assist you?

You at 11:28, Jul 18:
i have a question regarding free play balance and withdraws

You at 11:28, Jul 18:
i used the promo "crypto35" bonus which loaded freeplays into the sportsbetting, which im not interested in. it was my mistake not reading the fine print

You at 11:29, Jul 18:
my question is in order to make a withdraw from poker, do i need to wait 30 days for this bonus to expire?

Travis Moore at 11:34, Jul 18:
Answering to your question, yes it is correct the free play will expire after 30 days so you can process your payout.

You at 11:35, Jul 18:
ok thanks. if i wanted to cashout before the 30 day expiration, would i be able to forfeit the bonus?

Travis Moore at 11:36, Jul 18:
we can go ahead and make the exception right now if you want.

You at 11:36, Jul 18:
ok lets do that

Travis Moore at 11:36, Jul 18:
as a one time goodwill gesture.

You at 11:36, Jul 18:
ok thanks.

Travis Moore at 11:36, Jul 18:
Alright, not a problem, please hold while I escalate this for you.

Travis Moore at 11:43, Jul 18:
the exception has been made.

Travis Moore at 11:43, Jul 18:
it is effective immediately

--

So in summary
1. Yes when you use either of the crypto bonuses its applied to sportsbetting.
2. Yes you have to wait 30 days for the bonus to expire before requesting a payout.
3. No you are not required to meet the rollover before requesting a payout.
4. Yes you can forfeit your bonus to facilitate a payout before the bonus expires "as a one time gesture".
5. My experience with live chat was easy and helpful as it usually is in contrast to some of the others' experiences.

I would add that these terms are clearly stated in the terms and conditions of the first time crypto and reload crypto bonuses.

8. The free plays you earn are for the sportsbook. They cannot be used in the Racebook, Casino, Poker or Live Betting.

And further clarification about payouts is found in the general payout terms although its a bit confusing.

10. Freeplays must be used prior to requesting a payout otherwise they will be cancelled.
13. Freeplays must be used prior to requesting a payout otherwise the payout will be cancelled.

Whether or not you agree with the way these bonuses are structured is one thing but I disagree with anyone claiming this is "shady" or "bs" because everything is stated in their terms and I had no issue getting my questions answered and situation resolved via live support.

Hoping the forum can assist.
I opened an account with Chico (Tigergaming) on May 21, 2019. (TG389874) My account was created via affiliate pokersource.com. I used their link (https://promotions.tigergaming.com/p...fid=102226100%).
It took about 6 weeks to earn the required 20000 VIP points to receive the free gift from pokersource affiliate, but I made it. I logged onto PokerSource and submitted that I had completed the requirements, but i got an email:
According to TigerGaming, you are tracked to another affiliate and not PokerSource. Unfortunately they will not retag you to PokerSource.
Boom!!
I never know about Tigergaming, before i visited site pokersource.com. NEVER.
I was reffered to pokersource via my friend, and I never know about Chico poker before.
My affiliate account was created 21/05/2019 Poker account was created 21/05/2019 via pokersource affiliate link.
How my account was tracked to another affiliate?? It's non sense, isn't it?

Hi Crimson,

You need to go back to the original source, unfortunately we can not help in this matter. It is quite common that people sign up on an affiliates site but the original company is not that of the site.
You just need to try and find up who you signed up with.

I hope you can sort it out.

Kind Regards
Mike

The Bad Beat Jackpot was hit today. Unfortunately, I was not playing at the time. It seems the jackpot winner won about 150k and the winner of the hand took home about 100k. If anybody has the hand history, any screenshots and/or the payout information then please post it here. Thanks.

Over $500k in Bad Beat Jackpot Prizes Paid - July 23rd, 2019

Huge congratulations to dbkn, and all the other player involved in the bad beat jackpot!!!!
The hand history is below along with some small changes we have made to benefit you guys.

New BOOST Bad Beat Jackpot!

We have a new bad beat jackpot available for boost tables only.
I know many of you guys have been asking us to promote the boost games more, well what better way than with a big jackpot.

https://promotions.betonline.ag/boost-bad-beat-jackpot

Regular Bad Beat Jackpot Changes

We have also amended the requirements for the bad beat jackpot to drop.
Lose with any quads now and you will take home the huge sum of money.
Also to make things even better and for the whole community to have a better chance of taking a share in the bad beat jackpot, We reduced our fee and distributed that to all the players @ BBJ tables when the jackpot is triggered.

Our goal is to pay out to more of our players and on a more frequent basis: our fee was 15% before, it is now 5% and that 10% was better distributed to all the players paid.

Kind Regards

Mike

Hey Mike,

I truly appreciate you going out of your way to post that! I also really appreciate you guys giving back an extra percentage to the players like that! I was probably the most outspoken critic of the increasing administrative fees. This and the bot issue have been two of my very few criticisms of the network. If we can get rid of the remaining bots and seat scripters l'll have no choice but to refer everybody to play here over the other options for US based players.

There will be an increasing amount of criticism directed your way as time goes on, but I promise to always be honest and fair with mine.

I am very grateful for all of your efforts here in the forums and passing along our feedback and suggestions to the decision makers! Enjoy your weekend!

I was involved in a nano-stakes NLH .05/.10 fast fold bad beat jackpot just now. However I don't think I received any money in my account. Shouldn't my jackpot share get credited to my account right away? I have the hand history ( hand # 451689274). For the record I won the hand. Where in our account can we see how much we won? I'm almost sure nothing was credited.

Looks like I received an email announcing I had won. I guess had less in my account than I thought before winning the jackpot and being credited.

Very cool adding the fast fold bad beat tables. Glad to see that variant being promoted.

@BetOnline Mike

I think it would be a excellent idea to have mobile user cash game players only be able to play boost tables.

When Bovada/Ignition did this with their fast fold player pool, it helped increase players in the pool quite well.

Hope this helps!
