Nice topic!
There were a lot of good promotion 2-3 years back, i feel some of them can be still relevant

What about bringing back a monthly big tournament with many satellites?
What about monthly or quarterly VIP-freerolls or reload bonuses ?

I enjoy weekly cash game races now. Because now i can still hit something, not all of the prizepool goes to PLO bots.

I was told by support that the weekly cash race is ending this Sunday. Any reason why? What promotion will be taking its place?

I also agree with Makati that the weekly cash race is way better than the daily cash race. The daily cash races were almost always won by bots b/c they are broken up by stakes and the PLO bots usually 3-4 table 1 particular stake most of the day, so that format is perfectly suited to them. With the weekly cash race, you can mix stakes, which benefits the human players who 6-8 table different stakes.

Basically, if you prefer most rewards go to bots = daily cash rake divided by stake
If you prefer most rewards go to your human players = week cash rake, all stakes

Is there a page that shows what the VIP levels mean? Do we accrue points more quickly the higher our level is?

Hi Fossilkid,

So here is the inside black market information just for you. The weekly Cash race is not ending, it will be reviewed but until this happens we are keeping the same structure.

I like your views and will be including this in my weekly report.
So again if you or any of the players in our forum have any suggestions on how to make the cash race even better, please let us know and share ideas in here.

Thank you

Mike

Sounds good Mike! The weekly race is a lot more fun because human players actually have a chance at the top prizes. The bots will put in their usual volume no matter what, but the weekly race motivates the regular guys a lot more. And by the way, I've put in nearly 50 hours since Sunday evening playing higher stakes than I usually do because of the race this week.

what are the rollover requirements? would it be on the entire depsoit amount, or just the 5%?

Is the SNG leaderboard still active? I started playing here a few days ago and despite accruing a significant number of points I don't see my name in the top 100.

Hey Mike, I recently received $5 TM as a promo, which is great! But, is there anyway you guys could make it so we can use part TM and the rest cash? Right now I could only use it for tournaments under $5 and will have leftover no matter what.

Hey Mike,

You might want to ask the guys to edit this ad. It seems a bit misleading/confusing.
06-15-2019 , 05:38 AM
It might be better to divide weekly cash race into stakes level:
something like: low 10-50, medium 100-200, high 500-2000
to give a chance for small stakes players, I dont think that a regular player from NL/PLO 25 is finishing in top100 now

but im not sure whats the best way to suit all the stakes/players
But as I and Fossilkid93 said , weekly is much better than daily

Basically agree with what these guys say. Weekly race is better than Daily imo.

More series!
06-15-2019 , 08:39 PM
A weekly or monthly tournament leaderboard would be awesome and would give incentive to play more tournaments.
06-16-2019 , 12:03 PM
Hi Guys Just a quick update for the new series coming up. With some new exciting promotions.

1) Bubble Refund: Every player that bubbles will be refunded their buy-in at the end of the series.
2) All players who participated in the micros and did not cash will all be entered into a free roll at the end of the series.

Hope to see you all crushing the series.
And I am sure we will have more great promos during the series.

Regards
Mike

I got screwed royally by the crypto35 promo and now have over $1500 of poker winnings unable to be cashed out.

I deposited $300 which gave me $135 in freeplay. It turns out in order to ever cash out again I need to clear 6x the deposit + bonus amount, for a total of $2350. Not just wager, but I need to win that amount in bets to clear the free play. There is no expiry date.

To top it off, it only applies to certain sports betting (I didn't know this before depositing) and I don't sports bet.

I contacted support and asked if I could return the $70 profit and cancel the free play but they say it's not possible. I am not allowed to cash out until I clear the rollover.

The biggest issue is that recreational players are never going to clear these rollovers amounts and therefore would never be able to cash out again. Why would they continue to play on a site they can't cash out from?

Can someone at betonline please help me out here?

Hi Trompe_le_monde

I understand your frustration, but you need to always check the terms and conditions before accepting a bonus. I myself always double check with live support before taking a bonus.
I believe all players have the opportunity to meet the requirements, which is far less than many other casinos offering promotions with wagering.
Many players on various casinos/card rooms have to wager up to 50x the deposit and bonus before being able to withdraw.
Hopefully our players will see that meeting our requirements is far easier than 50x, and utilise our promotions which are aimed towards you guys.

I hope you get through the wagering on the account and cash out some profit.
Good Luck
Mike

Are you saying that if you take a freeplay bonus and leave that in the sportsbook, but put your deposit into poker and play a bunch of poker that you cannot cash out poker funds ever until you meet the freeplay bonus requirements (even if you lose your freeplay)?

On any site where you have a deposit bonus, once you lose your balance there are no wagering requirements on the account. your next deposit will be fresh just make sure to finish every single dollar or give up the bonus which you can do at anytime.

How do I give up the bonus? I've been looking everywhere for that.

Mike
I asked live support about that three days ago and was told it does not expire and I can not cash out until I WIN, not wager $2100 more.

I have 4cents left in freeplay money which is to small to wager on anything and now I'm stuck in limbo.
