There was a technical issue with one of the $1k Freebuys yesterday and I was told by the Poker crew that prizes in that tournament were issued manually. They said all 332 players were credited, so if you were in those top 332 you should have a manual credit from yesterday.

hello mike, i had over a million vip points from poker only, obv i put in an insane amount of volume. why would they jst take them all away and not give anything back to a player for them? seems almost like stealing, and from a super high volume player as well. appreciate any insight

I asked Live Chat today about the disappearing VIP Points...i was told that the new vip i system is already in place and active. $50 in rake paid, releases $5 to poker account. I certainly have not received that. I asked if we needed to opt in, Chat said no and it is active. When i asked how we can track this, was told to look at transactions. Maybe some kind of volume based points system in which you can redeem those earned points for tournament tickets, T$, cash, etc. Could call them Very Important Player points or VIP Points for short.

Maybe give back the stolen points and give us proper rakeback without asking for anything

I know its difficult but please try and be constructive, at the end of the day its you guys getting rewarded for being part of Betonlines forum.

Hey Mike, could you explain some background on the current rake races?
Different people got different rake races and some people like me didn't get any


I paid 24130.25$ in rake in September, always starting tables and playing every table, no matter the lineup. Meanwhile there are plenty people on those Imoortal Race Challenge leaderboards (I saw some screenshots by other players) that only join a table once a VIP is playing (I also saw a bot that I reported weeks ago...). Could you elaborate on how those races/challanges get distributed? And don't you think someone like me is more valuable to the site than people who just bumhunt? (Genuine question)
