What is the reason for having 2 12 hour cash leaderboard races per day? It just means people who play their session in between can't cash. I get enough points to probably win some days but I never even cash because my play is split between the 2 leaderboards. Much better to just do 1 24 hour one.

I had 4 starting stacks in the satellite for this tournament where they flashed a message on the table that they were canceling the satellite and the following on the registration sheet. Anyone else?

Did you noticed all brazilian players cant acess the software to play? We trying to inform support but all responses are "You need to wait".
Theres an HTTP error for all of us.

Hello, just wondering what is the situation with Colombian citizens accessing poker on Betonline.ag ? My girlfriend is a Colombian citizen and has recently joined bet online but cannot actually access the site. An error message appears with each attempt. It is possible to access with a Colombian VPN, though i am not sure this is permitted? Could you clarify. Thanks.

Found this in the terms and conditions. "Use of the website and associated services are expressly prohibited from the jurisdictions listed above. Any attempt on your part to circumvent these restrictions, in any way, will result in closure of your account and any balance deemed to have been forfeited" So to use a Colombian VPN whilst in Colombia doesn't appear to breach your terms and conditions. Is this correct?

The country of Colombia does not appear on their list of restricted countries (see General BetOnline Rules section) https://beta.betonline.ag/rules.

However, the use of a VPN that generates a miss match between the account information provided and the IP used will generate a security flag in the account.

Has anyone ever tried to work with the Betonline database file in ...\Program Files (x86)\BetOnline\history?

I was able to grab data out of it using SQLite but am not sure how to decode the Blob objects, which I assume are the hand histories. Anyone have a clue?

this post is regarding TigerGaming, not BetOnline, but since it is the same network maybe someone can help me or give me some insight.

I tried to log into my account today but it was locked. I spoke with customer service and they told me that my account was under review because I used Piosolver, which according to them is considered cheating. I tried to explain that I never opened Pio while I was at the tables and that it would not help me regardless because the program takes about half an hour to run a simulation and you only have 20 seconds to act. So it's absurd. I don't know what to expect out of this. I hope everything resolves in my favor but I'm scared anyway because if these guys don't know what Piosolver does then I can't imagine what they might resolve. Someone should give some advice to the ones making these decisions about "prohibited" software. It would be outrageous if they start closing accounts just for having Piosolver in your pc.

Anyway, I'll keep you posted on the outcome of this.

Well, I got my account back after explaining in an email that I usually close every program except for the poker client when I'm logging into the room and if someday I did not it was unintended, I just forgot about it. They explained that these reviews are made routinely to check if players understand and are abiding by the rules.
However I am still afraid if for some reason a "trace" of Piosolver remains in the system after I closed it and TG detects this as the program being used in the background. I don't know if this is possible, I hope not. Nobody would risk their account being closed just to run Piosolver while playing.

Anyway, I'm safe for now.

Kinda ironic Chico Network removes the Affiliate-Rakeback for the players as well as cutting the promotional money, while now pokerstrategy.com just announced BOL as new partner site. This will drive a lot of (especially German, since we don't have many options left) breakeven, mediocre Regs to the site. Yet again another terrible decision where everyone is going to suffer from.

The 27% rakeback I get at ACR just makes it really hard to justify playing on BetOnline. I’ll thrown in an mtt a few times a month but it just doesn’t make sense for me to put in any volume there. It’s a shame because I love the software. Most of the leaderboard promotions and gimmicks are pathetic. They do give me a good laugh though

It’s all cash and distributed daily to your rakeback account. You have the option to leave it in your rakeback account or transfer it to your balance immediately. I usually let it build for a month before moving to my balance. Until they figure out a way for a real rewards program Betonline will always be light years behind ACR. You can’t compete when the guy next door has a year round sale
