Hi. Not sure if correct thread but will try.

I got email couple weeks ago about using Piosolver when Tigergaming client running and indeed I had one session where I had pio script solving on the background. I thought that is fine, I won't solve sims while playing anymore.

Today got another email that said the same thing that I have Piosolver running while playing and certainly haven't have it open simultaneously with Tigergaming client. Now account locked with lots of money in it.

Anybody else with same problem?

Can you please send me your account number and email address privately please. Although it may be quicker if you contact customer support.
I think the email is suggesting that you are using prohibited software on the Chico network.
You may have had something open in the background, or were unaware that the software you are using is prohibited.

Try and speak to customer support and I will do my best to try an get an answer for you.

After speaking with live chat it turned out that in fact I had pio solver running along with Chico network client, I already send an email to thier support with explanation, im just curious do they have any right to permanentny ban my account and confiscate my founds because of that?

Shouldn’t allow you to login/play if you have prohibited software running. It’s been some years but I rmbr having pio open and trying to login to stars and getting some sort of pop up warning me. They didn’t ban me and prevent me from paying rake that day and subsequent days until I got it resolved through the first level support team.

Yeah, im just worried because in the email they mentioned and I have like 80% of my life time founds there Would be a bit silly to lose it because of pio solver running in the background lol fml

So I cannot have piosolver on my computer if I play on tigergaming. That just seems so silly to me since it's pretty essential practice tool if you wanna compete on todays games. I haven't have any issues having piosolver on my computer on any other site ever that I have played on.

I have been told that PT4 is okay, but does anyone know about the Card Catcher or Flopzilla? I'm playing on SportsBetting

I don't play on site: I believe pt4 needs a card catcher, so that would not be a problem, unless it is some other program.

Flopzilla would be the same as pio, so I would not use.

I sent the following email, so hopefully I will get clarification:

I understand SportsBetting has recently sent out emails to customers concerning prohibited software. I am trying to get clarification as to if Flopzilla is considered "prohibited"? If so, I am of the understanding that "prohibited software" cannot be running while using your poker software, is that correct? If I were to still use Flopzilla, but NOT while having your poker software opening, would that be in violation of your terms of service.

I am trying to get verification as I do not want to have my account closed. If you could please reply at your earliest convenience, I would appreciate it."

If it is not allowed it's the most ******ed thing ever. They are saying you are not allowed to study poker if you play on our site. Apparently that is the case with pio at least.

Hi guys we are currently working on a clear software list for everybody to see and understand.
Currently pio solver is banned software whilst the client is open, I presume this is the same with flopzilla but I am not 100% on flopzilla.
As soon as I have the updated list I will post It all over the forum.

If none of this software is open when the client opens it will not detect it. So you are free to use the software but not whilst you are on the client.

Anyway super hesistant to play there because I'm pretty sure I got somehow detected even tho I haven't have pio open with the client. Maybe next time they will ban me and take my money.

This has to be some kind of an joke....

So basiccly turned out that my account was locked because in fact I used Pio Solver in the background, they locked my account, I explained it, everything was looking standard...

But till this day I didnt got any reply from thier Technical support via email, guy's from Live chat unlocked my account twice already, but after few houers it gets blocked again.

So overall
- I can't really get any replay from thier technical support
- My account get's locked and unlocked every 10h
- Can't withdraw money

all because I run fuc*** pio solver in the background?!

Were you running it or false arert? because if false alert this is ****ed. Totally agree with them that you shouldn't be allowed to run it while client open.

I received the message that you sent yesterday and have sent it off to find out what is going on. However currently on the Chico network you are not allowed to run Pio solver in the background. it needs to be closed.
Some people have also had issues where some files are still open even though Pio solver was closed.

If your account is unlocked you would have no issue withdrawing money.
As soon as I hear something I will send you a private message.

There will be an updated list coming soon with all of the prohibited software.
It looks like holdem manager with a small moding ability. but until the list is released I would suggest not using any software that you are not sure about.

That software seems most similar to TableTamer and StackAndTile to help with multi-tabling as opposed to HoldEm Manager which is a HUD and database program.
