I'm really not sure how many times I have to repeat myself. I've stated multiple times that I never personally reported you and that I've never claimed to know that you were definitely using a seating script. I never told anybody else that I was certain that you were using one either.

The only thing I said was that I disagreed with you when you said that every reg would agree that you were not using a seating script, as I knew of some regs who said that they were positive that you were using one. Your grievance should be with them and the security team, not with me.

You also failed to provide the communication I requested from you. Please post the screenshots of all of the communication between you and the support team regarding this situation, especially the one from them that says they've determined that you have definitely never used a seating script at their tables, as you claim they said to you.

I have problem with payout on Tigergaming (same network like BetOnline).
I deposited via Bitcoin (Coinbase) mounth ago, sent documents for verifying.
Now I want to cashout some money with the same method Bitcoin (Coinbase).
I have problem with 2 step verification process, If I choose verify with email...I dont receive 4 digit code by email. If I choose verify with phone number...it takes error.
Tried different browsers, different device to use but without success, always the same error.

Will BOL ever have any sort of rewards system or is it always going to be this daily/weekly promos?

I need help, BOL is keeping my money hostage and they won't tell me why. At first they said I wasn't able to request a withdrawal because I had pending bets (I bet on the Clippers to win the series vs the mavs). Well that cleared today and I am still no longer able to request a withdrawal. I tried asking CS why this is and they said they aren't sure but will look into it. Starting to get really frustrated. I've had so many problems with this company.

Best advice is to get in touch with @betonlinechris, he is doing a good effort filling Mike's shoes. I am sure he will do what he can, at least to sort things out. Let us know what happens.

I sent them the inquiry and it appears there are no plans around a rewards system yet. At least for this month they are focusing on daily stuff. 12-hour races by stake levels on the cash games, daily Sit and Go leaderboards and their "Mission Grinders", which is daily poker missions that give $1,000 away via All In Shootouts.

On the tournaments side a Micro Series scheduled for June 13th - 27th.

Will see if I can ask them to share a bit of what's coming up this year that might be interesting.
