Points stolen is accurate enough.

Cheated in BJ is accurate enough, though they've since changed 3rd party dealers and had no major claims of impropriety in BJ since that one incident.

You have no way to prove that they intentionally disconnected this player during the Bad Beat Jackpot hand. Even the unfortunate player does not believe that to be the case. There are several legitimate players, even 2+2ers, who have won it and several more who have won large shares of it. It doesn't even make logical sense why they would do that.

They have fantastic software, at least compared to any of the other sites with decent traffic that serve US based players, probably the best of them. I very rarely have connection issues playing here. If memory serves me correctly, the least I've ever had with any site that I've ever played a large amount of volume on, and that's including pre-Black Friday sites.

I'm not exactly sure which collusion claims you're referring to. I recall one incident where a bunch of Russian/Eastern Euro players were using a VPN service that tied them all together. At least one of the accounts using that VPN service was caught cheating and the rest of the players using that VPN service also had their accounts suspended for a brief period of time because of that connection. Most of those accounts were seen back to the tables shortly after that incident. I haven't heard of similarly false claims of collusion since then.
I was not suggesting that they intentionally disconnected him. As you know, they resolved the situation, and the player was rightfully paid.

I do think some shady things have gone on in the past here, the points is a really bad look, too. However, as you noted in the thread in NVG, there's been plenty of that at all sites, international ones included.

Kudos to BOL for making the player whole, it was the right thing to do, so I will give them credit for that

I apologize because I obviously read that part incorrectly. Definitely poor reading comprehension on my part. I had seen that conspiracy theory stated so much over the last few days that I probably just assumed that's what you were accusing them of.

You definitely had valid criticisms throughout your post. Knowing the sites you play at I think you might have questioned me similarly if I came into one of those threads and made a similar post pointing out all the flaws about those sites with the overall message being that players shouldn't play there and that their money will be stolen from them with absolute certainty if they do deposit there.

I'm happy that BetOnline and the Chico Network did the right thing! They even went above my expectations by leaving the current jackpot intact and paying out the previously unawarded jackpot shares out of their pockets.

Major props to:
DevoGKT for being persistent and not giving up even through some pretty significant low points throughout.
a dewd for reaching out to Devo, his help working with him through the process and his well thought out criticism and excellent advice for the network when communicating with them.
ChicagoJoey for his efforts, willingness to help and using his social media platforms to bring more attention to it.
2+2ers for keeping the conversation going.
Two Plus Two for providing the forum to bring more attention it.
BetOnline Mike for communicating our thoughts and feelings to the decision-makers for us.
BetOnline and the Chico Network for doing what's right and going beyond my expectations by leaving the current jackpot in place by paying out the previously unawarded winners from their own pockets.

I'm so grateful we have these platforms and this community of excellent people who can help support us and help make things right when we all take our own bad beats!

If we can criticize the errors, then should be able to applaud the good things.

Well done on resolving this. The amount of good feelz vs the hate is a massive swing on the bottomline.

I've talked to Devo a lot throughout this. Days ago he was very string out about the prospects until the email from higher ups and I assured him they do not need mgmt to tell him 'sorry' and felt good news would come out of it. Two plus days later....here we are.

Hope you get the rewards system and bot stuff resolved, too. Great work and good karma!

I agree 100%. They definitely did a good job here, and I will consider playing there going forward, especially if they lift the cashout limit. Are there player to player transfers allowed? Any cap on those?

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe they offer player-to-player money transfers. If they don't, they are open to feedback and suggestions if you'd like to see them implement it.

Hi Homestar,

No we currently do not allow any player transfers, I'm sure if enough people ask for it they may consider the change.
The cashout limit was previously 100k a day. I think as soon as things start to go back to normal in the world the limits should be increased.

Kind regards

Mike

Players beware, BetOnline is not honoring the prizes they list for their promotions.

I finished 2nd in the weekly cash race way back on April 4th and was never awarded my ticket to the Sunday Main Event ($109 value).

Brought it up with support for the 2nd time and was given another run around. It's being "worked on" though, I'm going to assume by the same people "working on" the new VIP program.

Hello, I finished 2nd in a cash rake race back in April and was supposed to receive a $109 tournament ticket as part of the prize, but it was never credited to my account

Carmela at 12:33, May 31:
Apologies for the delay. This is a situation we are aware of and we are working to resolve. Once we have resolved it we will let you know.

You at 14:36, May 31:
That's what they said last time and it was never resolved. Why can't you just put the ticket in my account?

Carmela at 12:36, May 31:
Gregory, this is not an issue to be dealt with individually. It is being worked on.

You at 14:40, May 31:
I last inquired about it 2-3 weeks ago, so obviously it's not being worked on. BTW, I won the prize on April 4th and I'm still waiting on the ticket almost 2 months later.

Carmela at 12:39, May 31:
I can see that from your account, however you need to wait as the other players are waiting on the resolution.

Carmela at 12:40, May 31:
Is there anything else?

You at 14:43, May 31:
That's all thanks

I don't understand the logic of dropping the cashout limit from 100k/day to 3k/week. How did the global pandemic affect your payment processors? If every dollar on the site is backed by a dollar in a segregated account, why would there be any limit on withdraws?

Your reasoning makes no sense. Obviously the site is making less money now since there are less sports being played, but that shouldn't affect liquidity. Tying people's money up with arbitrary limits (that aren't posted publicly anywhere btw) doesn't help Betonline's bottom line unless the end goal is the eventually steal that money.

Also, things are starting to go back to normal in almost all of the world. Why are the withdraw limits not reflecting that?

Mike poker promotions where we have to play 2000 dollars in Casino doesn't sit well with me and makes me suspicious of the site

"Mission 5: Place $2,000 in wagers on any casino game in poker"

The SNG leaderboard did not record any games for the last day or so of week ending May 31, so the final totals and placings are not accurate.

Hi fossil kid,

I am sorry about the situation, if you send me your account number and email address in private message, I will get it looked into straight away.

Also if anybody else has issues like this, where customer support was unhelpful or not receiving the ticket just send me a private message with the same details.

Kind regards

Mike

Yeah, I prefer to trade to cash out because it saves me the fees associated with BTC trading/selling, and the fluctuating nature of BTC. Lots hundreds on cashouts before because I received a cashout at 3am and didn't see it until after noon, by the time, BTC had gone down heaps.

I own a small stable and am a known streamer (Portugal). I would consider bringing my players and my follower base to Tiger or Betonline if P2P trasnfers were available.

It doesn't make me suspicious of the site if they want you to wager $2,000 on the casino games off of a poker promotion.

If anything, it just shows where they want their traffic to go.

Why not just give me another optional casino bonus instead of bunching it into a poker mission. It looks so goofy that way.
