I believe you stated that you've sent lists and information about the PLO bots to support in the past. Have you recently tried giving any of that information to Mike via pm?

With WPN being a dumpster fire I decided to try BOL. BTC deposit was smooth, used live chat to apply my first deposit poker bonus with no problems. It clears at a really slow pace but that’s typical. Game quality was decent, plenty of regs but some rec players mixed in. Solid NL cash traffic at lower limits. Software is really, really nice. Love that you can customize your bet buttons, among other things. Couple questions, is there a way to set preferred seat? I can’t seem to find it. And does anybody else have trouble with tables at times not popping to front? Not sure if it is related to BOL card catcher/PT4 hud but it was troublesome here and there. Lastly, on the weekly race rake page it says that all levels are treated equally for the race, so there’s no advantage to playing in higher limit games. Is that actually the case? Thanks.

Welcome aboard, Bozo! Not only is Bozo one of my favorite insults, but The Bozo Show was a favorite of mine as a young child. I grew up near the WGN studios where it was filmed in Chicago.

This is one of the few features oddly missing from their client that many other poker clients usually have these days. I'm pretty sure it's been suggested to them that they should add it. I'm not sure if it's on their to-do list or not. I can't recall seeing a response from them about it. Right clicking on your desired seat is necessary to change seats for now.

I usually tile so I can't confirm it, but I've seen at least one other person mention this in the past. I'm not sure if it's related to 3rd party software or not.

I'm assuming you've gone through the Options menu and selected the correct settings from the Table section.

With the current promotion higher stakes players have a much better chance of getting the top stops because they pay more total rake. I'm not sure why it's worded that way.

Have you sent list to Mike? If not, or nobody has I guess we will need to compile the list. I can help.

I am having a problem. My accout has been locked. Got the answer on email:
Hi Veronique,
Afraid that your account ahs been closed and is under investigation.
I tried calling and the guy in the phone said he wasn’t able to tell me and live chat which I can’t do right now so can you tell me what the hell is going on?
I made deposit: Your deposit to Tiger Gaming has been processed successfully and an amount of $ 49.96 USD minus processing fees has been credited to your Account ID TG359548.
Method: Bitcoins
Email: cashier@tigergaming.com
Phone: .
Thank you for your patronage.

After this: "Your account is locked"
I haven't played poker in almost a year. I paid my money, they took my money. Closed m account. I haven't played even a hand. WTF? Is this a robbery or something?

Still no update on the replay issue on mobile. I play primarily on my ipad these days as Im certain many recs do as well. This seems to be a simple fix and Im sure many ppl have had the same issue.

Chitown I was typing my cell as I am now so thank you for the grammatical advice even if it was meant to be facetious lol. You have been super helpful so its all good.

Anyway, can anyone else confirm that this is issue is only on mobile devices and/or provide help? Chat has been unhelpful. Thanks!

It was just intended as advice so that they know exactly what to look for and are then able to address it properly. When you want something fixed it's best to be make sure your issue is completely understood. I definitely understand how easy it is to make grammatical errors when typing from a phone. I run into the issue frequently so I try to post here more often from my computer than from my phone.

If bots have and will be banned from the site, and their funds are confiscated, will it be redistributed to players they took money from?

What about the rake that a real player has spent playing with the bots, would that be sent back to the real player's account?

You have a chance to really stand out and be a leader in providing fair games. Think long term, and how a healthy ecosystem will benefit BetOnline in the future. You have great software, and are miles ahead of competition that allows USA players in that regard.

It seems like many or all of PLO bots are gone...wow! If they are indeed banned, can you let us know how many there were, Mike?

The bots are constantly cashing out and only keep ~10-15 buyins in their accounts at any one time. I know this b/c occasionally if they run poorly over a session, their account will go bust, but their botting software will keep attempting to buy them into the same table (but will be unsuccessful b/c the available balance is at 0). So unfortunately there wouldn't be much to distribute anyway.

I sent him a list of 13 bots I'd noticed from PLO 50 to 200 over the last month. There were a couple more that I forgot to include.

Just played a short session and didn't see any of the old bots apart from 4 who I've noticed today. Hopefully they did actually ban most of them, which would be an incredible step for the players.

I know that overall traffic will probably be way down if the bots are banned, but I encourage BOL to look at the long run. The bots were absolutely crushing the games as well as new players that were sitting down. It was getting to the point where there were 3, 4, and even 5 bots at a single 6-max table. Eventually, once the bots had carved up the games, they would have realized it was pointless playing each other and just stopped playing altogether, leaving PLO dead on the site. At least this way, BOL can start to rebuild a healthy PLO ecosystem that will be able to sustain games for many years to come.

So I hope that BOL will not be too discouraged over the short term outlook, and I congratulate them for being proactive in protecting the integrity of their games. I hope they will remain proactive and vigilant b/c I suspect over the next week or 2 there will be new accounts popping up from the old bot owners.

Any praise may have been premature. Already seen 9 separate PLO bots today. It was odd b/c there was a brief moment when there were none playing, but then they started showing up.

I'm happy that you started the fight with bots. It is high time to do this. BUT you're acting awfully strange.
Your Company works on the principle of "Kill them all; let God sort them out." It's not good for gambling business.
My account is MadMan5. Account has been blocked 7 days ago. NO EXPLANATIONS. Only yesterday i got an email: Any player that our security and fraud team find guilty of acting in an unethical manner and in a way that generally violates our Fair Play policy will have their account closed, account funds confiscated, and subsequently will be banned from playing. Recent forum discussions around “bots’ and a circumstance where we closed a player account and banned them from the network called into question our reputation. However, we feel our swift actions in dealing with such actions serve to fully demonstrate our strict adherence to the Fair Play policy,
Are you crazy? I'm a real person. I played at 1-3 poker tables (NL25), without ANY PROGRAMS. Even without Holdem manager or etc . I played online in an Internet browser, no download the client. What the f*ck bots and prohibited software?
I CAN GIVE YOU A LIST OF REAL BOTS THAT PLAY 24/7 ON YOUR WEBSITE! with the same sizing and playing style but I'm sure they are still playing on your site:
BabaAli
SpiritLancer
1st_kolonier
not_this_time
pizzaxxL
rybkAA
Tesla3
Punisher777
etc.
Can you produce any evidence of my guilty?
I have already written to an affiliate (pokersource).
I want my money back (it was around $300-400).

Some of these were banned recently, however, there are still at least three bots with identical stats to the names you listed playing 25nl at the moment. Two of which have been playing just about every day for many months and have never even attempted to play 50nl

I've been playing on here some. What regs are suspected bots? There's a few I think are but would like some confirmation. Thanks

Your account probably triggered a false positive for one reason or another. You should definitely appeal the decision. I would get in contact with Mike via private message when you have that ability enabled. I don't mind providing Mike with some reasons why I think they got it wrong in this instance.

I'm happy to see that it looks like they're removing some bot accounts. They're bound to get it wrong in some instances. Hopefully they can resolve those instances quickly and improve their methods of detection going forward.

Hello Mike
I have problem with warning prohibited software ( Hydra AI Poker Bot )
My first warning:
"Good day
This is Annabelle from Betonline, I hope that this email finds you well.

We are hereby requesting that you remove the prohibited software ( Hydra AI Poker Bot ) from your device before accessing our software again.
Failure to remove this prohibited software from your device, will result in your poker account being locked. Once locked your funds may confiscated, so we urge you to please comply with our request. "

After that i I checked my computer and responsed:
"Hello
This is a big mistake. I never use any prohibited software like( Hydra AI Poker Bot ).
I play high limits 6max holdem (nl1000 and nl2000) I usually play 2 or 3 tables
I can send any screenshots or logs files from my computer.
I use only Holdem manager2
I asked for support before:
Date: 4/13/2019 6:37:41 AM
Subject: allowed programs
“Good day
Thanks for contacting BetOnline.
We can confirm that you may use Holdem Manager2
Best Regards,
Graham
The BetOnline Team”
Thanks"

Today I received a new letter:
"Good day
This is Jeff from Betonline, I hope that this email finds you well.
Please be advised that we continue to detect this software on your device. We strongly suggest that you do a thorough search on your PC and completely uninstall this software.
Your understanding and cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Kind regards,
Jeff
The Betonline Poker Security team"

After that I double-checked my computer and found the cause of the problem!!!
One of my graphics device driver name is Hydra. This is graphics processing units.
These processes are called: HydraDM.exe and HydraDM64.exe
They start automatically when i run my computer.
These files in my computer are located:
C:\Program Files (x86)\ATI Technologies\HydraVision (a lot of ".dll" files in this folder)
Also i cheked in wikipedea:

About AMD HydraVision Desktop Manager
AMD Radeon Software
AMD Radeon Software (formerly named ATI Catalyst and AMD Catalyst) is a device driver and utility software package for Advanced Micro Devices's graphics cards and APUs. It is built using the Qt toolkit and runs on Microsoft Windows and Linux, 32- and 64-bit x86 processors.

Software bundle
Radeon Settings
Radeon Settings replaced the old AMD Catalyst Control Center. AMD Catalyst Control Center uses Qt as part of its toolchain.

Supported hardware
AMD Radeon Software is targeted to support all function blocks present on a GPU's or APU's die. Besides IC targeted at rendering, this includes display controllers as well as their SIP blocks to do video decoding, Unified Video Decoder (UVD) and video encoding Video Coding Engine (VCE).

The device driver also supports AMD TrueAudio, a SIP block to do sound related calculations.

Supported products
AMD Radeon Software supports the following AMD (and ATI-tradition) product lines targeted at rendering:

Graphics processing units (GPUs)
Accelerated processing units (APUs)
The following product lines are probably[original research?] not supported by the AMD Radeon Software, but instead by some other software, which (for example) is OpenGL-certified:
AMD FireStream product line for GPGPU in supercomputers and such
AMD FireMV product line for multi-monitor setups (deprecated by AMD Eyefinity being available on all consumer products)[citation needed]
AMD FirePro product line for professionals who require certified OpenGL support
Multi-monitor support
Main article: AMD Eyefinity
Starting in Catalyst 14.6 AMD has enabled mixed resolution support, allowing for a single Eyefinity display group to be created while each monitor runs at a different resolution. This feature is made possible through the addition of two new Eyefinity display modes, Fit and Expand, which join the traditional Fill mode. In both Fit an Expand mode AMD is compensating for the mismatched resolutions by creating a virtual desktop that is of a different resolution than the monitors, and then either padding it out or cropping it as is necessary.[1]
Before Eyefinity, there was the Windows-only software "HydraVision", a desktop/screen management software mostly providing multi-monitor and virtual-screen management. It has extensive hot-key support."

Can I safely use Betonline with my graphics videocard in the future?

Thanks

Hello, I am thinking about creating an account (although, after reading MadMan5's post, I am a little hesitant). What is the flagship skin on the network? Is rakeback available? Are Bitcoin withdrawals fast?

If all of these questions have already been answered in a previous post, please direct me to it. Thank you, and I look forward to learning more about this network.
