Hi Mike/everyone!

I've just got an e-mail, and the a phone call from Tigergaming/Bol. They offered me 10% insta cash, no max if I make a deposit, just let them know how much. So I've accepted for 30k. Made 10k depo instantly, and got 1000$ cash.
Is this legit? just seems a little weird that they are offering money for free basically. I mean I am playing here for ages and raked a lot, but still. Do I need to worry here?

Somewhat new to BOL and looking to cashout for the first time. Do I need to transfer from poker to sports to cash out? Balance in showing in the poker client but on the site in the withdrawal page, it says my balance is $0? I assume I just need to transfer but want to be sure before I start. Thanks.

Been playing on the site {TIGERGAMING} for nearly two years, nothing but good experiences for me, the majority of my cashouts are done within 24hours as well via BTC.

Now im having trouble cashing out as they are requesting more documents etc, Im sure it will all continue smoothly afterwards I suppose they are just upping there security measures as it seems lots of others are running into similar problems now. Ive done about 20 cashouts in the past for various amounts all went smoothly, then two cashouts ago they asked for identification documents which I provided {passport} afterwhich they approved that cashout. Now my last cashout which was cancelled they sent an email asking me to call a number that is not activated when I call and when I request a new cashout I get a red box blocking it saying Additional verification required with more documents needed {utility bill, identification, credit or debit card} Ive now sent those documents
Will keep posted on the process.

The phone number they told me to call still is not working and Ive yet to receive an email back. I can only hope they are actually reviewing my documents without keeping me in the loop and i should be able to cashout again soon but that feels like im being overly optimistic.

this is what they do. I have cashed out also now they are making it hard for me and impossible for me actually to cash out. I have no idea how this site is A rated

You have a unique situation where you can't provide a utility bill in your own name. Please don't try to lump yourself in with somebody else's situation which is likely completely different. Most players who don't have an issue providing the proper documents they require to receive withdrawals won't experience the issues you have.

I received a 4 figure payout last week and received more money than I requested because BTC went up a little in the little bit of time between receiving it and converting it to USD. From time of request to the time I received it was less than 20hrs.

Since the rating they receive likely comes from the combined experiences of most players, and doesn't heavily weight a few outliers, it's not surprising that they're A rated if they're paying out most players in a timely manner.

If they weren't paying out most players in a timely fashion and deserved a much lower rating this thread would be filled with constant complaints instead of a few here and there.

Update,

Just got an email saying to request a new cashout, looks like everything is in order, took a week or so but all is well.

Still nothing but good things to say about the Chico Poker network and looking forward to more speedy cashouts withing 24 hours.

its so crazy, why do they need to know where I live for me to take a pay out via bitcoin? what difference does it make? it just a way for them to stall the withdrawals.

I made a bitcoin deposit on Sunday as I have many times in the past, but it was not credited to my account.

I contacted support and they told me that they saw the transaction and to contact them again in a couple hours if I hadn't received the money by then. After a few hours, I did so, and they told me the same thing except that I'd receive a message or email within 24 hours. Today, having still received no funds or communication, I contacted support again. This time they told me that my request was denied and I should contact electrum or github for a refund, which is obviously laughable.

They said the deposit was denied because the address had previously been used to deposit to other sites (this is false, this is the only send ever from this address, happy to provide txid to a mod or cs rep).

Anyone have suggestions on the best place to escalate this? I'd hate to have to stop playing there because the games are good, but if they're stealing deposits now I don't really have much choice.

also curious of the answer to this question, i'm looking for a good crypto wallet for a first time user to xfer to/from BOL and possibly other sites

I have used Blockchain since it is simple and easy but have also used a desktop wallet with no issues. In my experience, the only thing to avoid is sending or receiving from Coinbase since they do not accept gambling transactions.

A strange thing happened to me. I play on Tigergaming. Here is a payout promotion. Your payout's fee is free once a month. I've been using this for 10 months. This fee was deducted this Friday (December 13). All conditions were good. The customer service acknowledged that he had made a mistake and requested that the money be refunded. Then I received a letter inform me the promotion was unavailable. The strange thing is one of my friends requested a payout on the same day and got the discount.

Is there anyone who tried to use this promotion and it didn't work?
What can I do?
