So i have been waiting for over a month now for tigergaming to change my account email to the one i use for skrill so i can withdraw my 2.5k. (This can only happen internally)

I have spoken multiple times with live support and via email and they keep repeating the same things over and over again that they have send it to the relevant department to be handled but nothing ever happens.

First they told me 48 hours then after 2 weeks they said this usually takes 21 days and if i want to make it happen immediately to phone a number they gave me.
I call the number and the background noise was loud, a lot of people shouting and laughing, the operator put me on hold a 2-3 times for a total of 15 minutes while he was supposedly speaking to the relevant department and then closed the line.
I would think that if he was actually doing what he said he was, that he would either call me back or he would sort it out since he had all of my information and was speaking to them.

A few days later i make a wire transfer and it gets cancelled without a reason and i get an email saying that if want to change my email i have to deposit again with my new one before i can withdraw from it and that i need to confirm either by live chat , email or the famous number to be done faster than 48 hours.
I reply to the email to confirm what i've been asking for the past month and i'm sitting here a week later with no reply.

I am well known and well respected in the poker community.

I advise anyone who plays on this site or is considering playing on this site not to. The support is terrible, never have a seen such bad support like this for a site that accepts real money deposits.

Managers are useless/live support and email support have no clue what they are doing.

Dont deposit with Zelle!! I made a deposit with Zelle 4 days ago and never got my funds. They said they are working around the clock to fix this issue yet they never contact me regarding it. Its Zelle, we all know how fool proof it is, when they say that Mr Debesa got your 20 bucks, then they got the money so this makes no sense. Is anyone else having this problem? If it is only me then that makes this even worse because its a measly 20 bucks! Wouldn't you think that for a simple 20 bucks they would have just manually adjusted my balance? Support is not helping at all so I pm Mike and he responded asking for my account number and I had already written my account number twice in the original pm.

Well it's been 6 days since I made a 20 dollar deposit, can I get the funds to play with? I called support for the 3rd time (yesterday) because you don't seem to have an answer and they asked for a screenshot of the payment (again). I sent it and they asked for up to 24h to get the funds. Now were 24h from then and still no money. This is byfar the worst C.S I have ever experienced at any business, ever.

Could I please have some assistance? Calling and emailing feels like I am just being strung along.

I deposited money a few years ago. Was unable to withdraw because I "didn't meet qualifications of the bonus from my deposit" A couple of years go by, I want to get back into poker. I download the site, and find my account is at $0. I used chat, and they put me into contact with support. Support asked for an email that I found showing my balance. I forwarded it on 4 different times, with replies from multiple different people asking me what they can do to assist with the email, or I am asked to send the email again, with either no response or asking what they can do with the email all over again. When I called, they asked for me to send the email again, then the person on the phone said they never got my email, but someone responded to the email?

Please advise.

It all depends on if they want to steal your money that day. I deposit LTC Friday and still till this time they are telling me they don't have it when my wallet shows it was completed and blockchain is showing they redeemed it. If you call you wont get help and if you email you wont get help and it you live chat you wont get help!

You got any screenshots or just a bunch of cry baby posts? I’d be willing to bet it’s a user error.

Good support and HORRID when is time to pay! One of the worst in the business!

Iīve deposit first time and rollover, they track badly the results and now they came out with a random amount so they donīt have to pay me! Itīs frustrating and I really regret the day Iīve deposit in this site! I just want my money!
Deposited 1k and played more than 300 SNG 3.5$ buy in and more 50 MTT. Just that is enoutg but no, they say thereīs 300$ left so I can rollover!
Frustrating doing business with non-competent people!

You deposited $1K and got the first deposit bonus for that, correct? If you're playing $3.50 SNGs it's not surprising that you need to play so many to rake enough to clear the rollover.

When Iīve deposited Iīve selected no bonus or promo BS so I donīt have to face this kinda of complication!
The proof is on sharskcoope! Never played a single tourney/SNG before the first deposit!

Hmm. If there's no bonuses attached to your account then I think you probably should have cleared a standard rake requirement on your deposit amount by now. You certainly shouldn't have to rake $300 more to be able to get a withdrawal.

No bonus, no nothing! Overall this is frustrating cause they proved that they are miles from other sites from europe and asia. The SNG structures are bad, almost all tourneys have rebuys, they demand roll overs and they can' properly track the roll overs and then scam the players like they are trying to do to me.
Listen, yesterday I've contacted live support asking how much was left to roll over, answer was 174$ so then I've played more than 200$ worth in SNG and then I've withdraw. Today received a mail saying it declined and I have was left 296$ to roll over... Makes sense? Pisses me off cause they are incompetent and I really don't feel like playing anymore EVER in this place!

They have sent this mail now.

"This email is to inform you that, after the review of the account we have notice you deposit 1000 on 7/7/19 and you transfer to poker, you play multiple sit&go that add up to 350 dollar until now, and in tournaments you play 354.20 that add up to 704.20 you are still missing 295.80 in wagering before you can request withdraw.

I do apologize in advance for any inconvenience."

Played "multyple sit&go" but doesnīt say how many cause they are trying to scam me, because if they were able to track the numbers properly they already saw that Iīve roll over by far.

Is there someone else in this place here that is related to this wannabe poker site so we can talk about this situation? talking with them is like talking to a wall of no understanding!

Today on the 16 January I've played 20 sng of 15$ just to complete de remaining 296$ from de 1k deposit. 20 x 15 = 300. In the end I've sent a mail asking confirmation.
Guess what? They said that is remaining 274$ now! Ahahah
How come people play in this place? How this is
even allowed? What a shame!

Of course Mike is not putting is feet here to talk with me and solve this situation! It is convinient for him!

I am trading emails with betonline, is very frustrating! Overall what I can say is: Never deposit a certain amount in this site, if you are american (I am not btw, but my situation in my country is far worse than yours!) and need a place to play poker just deposit a small amount cause they donīt track properly the results in this site! Itīs a shame! Yesterday I had to rollver 300$ and after I retaliate that Iīve played in the same day 20 SNG of 15$ (20 x 15$=300$, more than it was left) they came today with an aswer that is only needed 60$ to rollover! Today Iīve played again 75$ worth of SNG (windfalls or something like that). What do you think they are going to answer now? One thing is for sure, they arenīt going to pay me!

It definitely sounds frustrating. I don't know why they seem to be giving you such a hard time. Hopefully Mike can help resolve this situation for you.

I think they should add some kind of progress meter to the client so that people will know where they stand. It seems like whatever they're using currently isn't tracking you properly.
