Congratulations! I'm happy my stack could help propel you to the win. You played very well and definitely deserved it!

Hi guys,

after my last posts and the help of Betonline Mike, my Cashout was declined once more, but I just had to explain the log ins from different IPs (I was travelling a lot), had to request another cashout and that one went through within 24 hours.

So thanks a lot Mike for the help.
I generally understand and appreciate security checkups, but in my case, the communication should have been better. Lets hope next time everything works out fine

Hello Everyone,

I would like to be informed about VPN policy of BOL. I am from Turkey and thanks to our government I can not log into poker client without a VPN. Even though I had informed support center before hand about the situation, my withdraws got rejected many many times due to VPN usage. (I learnt it was due to VPN afterwards)
Now I want to deposit again but I want to know what I should do (or not do) to avoid this problem again ?

1. If you deposited with neteller, skrill and btc previously, can you withdraw with all of these methods? I know intertops allows this. But let say your last deposit was with neteller. Then after a while, you request a withdraw. Do you have to withdraw neteller or it could be skrill or btc as well? I spoke to chat on this and i was told as long as you previously deposited with that method, whether skrill, neteller or btc, you can withdraw it without issue.

2. When you withdraw crypto, is the rate they give you for btc or any coin at the point they process it? I assume it is.

3. Does anyone know if betonline gives a fair rate when requesting other coins such as litecoin or btc cash over btc? I recall a while back someone mentioned if you deposited or withdrew with altcoins like litecoin and other altcoins, they give you a much worst rate something as bad as 6 percent worst. Is that still true now or did they fix this issue?

Also does anyone know what site they use for the rates for btc? What about the altcoins? I'm asking this because if i could withdraw altcoins like litecoin or btc cash directly, i would like this as i want some of these coins as oppose to always btc.

It is predatory and it'll cost the site players. Lets say you deposit $100 using the Crypto35 "bonus". They give you $35 in free play for sports and then combined the $35 in freeplay with the $100 in deposits to come up with the 6x rollver amount of $810. Now in order to ever cash out again you MUST place $810 in sports bets, live sports betting doesn't count.

So lets say someone uses that bonus code and then loses their money playing poker. Why would anyone redeposit knowing they still have to clear that bonus before they can ever cash out? It doesn't make sense and is very grimey.
I'd like to get some clarification on this. I recently used the "crypto35" bonus without realizing the bonus was tied to sportsbetting, which I have no interest in. I recognize this is my fault for missing the fine print and not fully understanding the bonus. However, must I simply wait 30 days for the bonus to expire or am I required to contact support and forfeit the bonus before making any future withraws?

I used code crpyto35 if that helps. Thanks.

I chatted with live support today and this is the result.

You are now chatting with Travis Moore.
Travis Moore at 11:27, Jul 18:
Thank you for contacting Betonline Chat - button skill, this is Travis Moore, how may I assist you?

You at 11:28, Jul 18:
i have a question regarding free play balance and withdraws

You at 11:28, Jul 18:
i used the promo "crypto35" bonus which loaded freeplays into the sportsbetting, which im not interested in. it was my mistake not reading the fine print

You at 11:29, Jul 18:
my question is in order to make a withdraw from poker, do i need to wait 30 days for this bonus to expire?

Travis Moore at 11:34, Jul 18:
Answering to your question, yes it is correct the free play will expire after 30 days so you can process your payout.

You at 11:35, Jul 18:
ok thanks. if i wanted to cashout before the 30 day expiration, would i be able to forfeit the bonus?

Travis Moore at 11:36, Jul 18:
we can go ahead and make the exception right now if you want.

You at 11:36, Jul 18:
ok lets do that

Travis Moore at 11:36, Jul 18:
as a one time goodwill gesture.

You at 11:36, Jul 18:
ok thanks.

Travis Moore at 11:36, Jul 18:
Alright, not a problem, please hold while I escalate this for you.

Travis Moore at 11:43, Jul 18:
the exception has been made.

Travis Moore at 11:43, Jul 18:
it is effective immediately
So in summary
1. Yes when you use either of the crypto bonuses its applied to sportsbetting.
2. Yes you have to wait 30 days for the bonus to expire before requesting a payout.
3. No you are not required to meet the rollover before requesting a payout.
4. Yes you can forfeit your bonus to facilitate a payout before the bonus expires "as a one time gesture".
5. My experience with live chat was easy and helpful as it usually is in contrast to some of the others' experiences.

I would add that these terms are clearly stated in the terms and conditions of the first time crypto and reload crypto bonuses

Quote:
8. The free plays you earn are for the sportsbook. They cannot be used in the Racebook, Casino, Poker or Live Betting.
And further clarification about payouts is found in the general payout terms although its a bit confusing.
Quote:
10. Freeplays must be used prior to requesting a payout otherwise they will be cancelled.
13. Freeplays must be used prior to requesting a payout otherwise the payout will be cancelled.
Whether or not you agree with the way these bonuses are structured is one thing but I disagree with anyone claiming this is "shady" or "bs" because everything is stated in their terms and I had no issue getting my questions answered and situation resolved via live support.

Betonline Mike, do you or anyone else know the answer to this?

To those that withdraw with litecoin and other altcoins, are they giving you a fair rate or is the rate really bad compared to bitcoin? I recall a while back someone mentioned betonline rates for altcoins was like 6 percent worst or so...

About to make a deposit on BOL and my previous method is no longer available. Can someone help me in remembering what it was called. It was something like Q check or Q pay or something like that, but it no longer shows up as an option. Anyone remember? Support is trying to help me out, but they need the exact name. Thanks FL_Poker_J
07-22-2019 , 05:06 PM
All of my crypto withdrawals/deposits have been seamless and in my wallet within 24 hours every time. When depositing it's there almost instant. Mike the rep on here is a very solid guy and he offered me great customer support the other day when they experienced server issues. I received a full refund. I rate BOL #1 in caring about their customers.

PapaPackerPoker, thanks for the reply. Yea, i've used crypto in the past with no issues, but lately just a little hesitant. On the phone w/ support now trying to get it resolved. Thanks again! FL_Poker_J

Then they changed the rules since I made my post because of the bad publicity.

I spoke with live chat and they specifically told me there was no expiry date even thought the TOS listed 30days. I decided to wait 30 days anyways to try and cash out and was no able to. I had to talk to live support 3 different times for them to finally help me out. I had to agree to forfeit the sports winnings, which is fair enough, but they made me agree to paying a $25 "cash out fee" even though I was using crypto and cashouts are supposed to be free.

It left a very sour taste and I've never had to deal with this on any of the 10+ poker sites I've played on.

I think Betonline realize how bad of a policy it was and are now doing damage control.

BTC requested (SportsBetting): 7/23 (11:00)
BTC received (SportsBetting): 7/23 (17:20)

6 hours/20 minutes... never got a payout this fast! well done

No, BetOnline does not charge fees for Bitcoin / cryptocurrency withdrawals; however, take into account that some third parties do charge fees."
07-25-2019 , 04:09 PM
I know there are no fees to withdraw. I mean is the rate they give you fair or not. Example if you deposit or withdraw other coins like litecoin, will the rate they give you be like 6 percent worst or so? I heard something like this a while back but i think this was with wpn but not betonline?

Also can you withdraw with any method such as btc, neteller or skrill... as long as you previously deposited with it? Example some sites say when you withdraw, you need to withdraw using your last deposit method etc. But betonline doesn't seem to have this? Such as if you previously deposited with skrill or bitcoin, even if your last deposit was neteller, you can withdraw via skrill or bitcoin?

Betonline won’t let me withdraw because I haven’t played enough for a roller over or something. No bonus or anything. Really think holding peoples money hostage is good business? I get an auto reply email canceling the withdraws that ask for my input and then nobody responds back. It’s funny I have a friend that plays a ton who wanted to know what I thought of BOL and if he should get on there. Now I can tell him they won’t let me withdraw. Be great if you could help here betonline mike

Hi cd921,

There have been many posts about this issue, but if you speak to live support they should be able to help with this.
If there is still an issue, send me a private message with your account number and email address and ill try and find out more then.

Kind Regards

Mike

I am trying to withdraw using btc but they keep cancelling my request saying:
"your payout has been cancel do to you winnings are from deposit of neteller withdraw must be same way or you can request ecopay".
What is this? I can understand if the initial deposit has to go back to the same method, but all winnings on top of that does not make any sense and sounds shady.
07-31-2019 , 10:55 AM
Did you ever deposit with btc ever though?

Or is neteller only method you deposited with?

That is the question i asked earlier in the thread and did not get reply from the betonline rep here...
07-31-2019 , 11:51 AM
Hi guys,

I am sorry paulyjames I did answer in one of the threads on this matter, maybe I missed quoting your message.

If you speak to live support, they will explain the whole situation, and will be able to help you with the issue. They may be able to change your method of withdrawal but it depends on your history.

Please if you have more issues after speaking to live support send me a private message with your account number and email address.

Kind Regards

Mike

Betonline mike, i did speak to live support on this not long ago. They told me because i have used neteller, skrill and btc as a deposit option previously, i can choose any method to withdraw. Thus it did not matter if my last deposit was skrill and now i want to withdraw say neteller or btc.

But i wanted to know if you could confirm this or not. Because a while back ago, i spoke to live support on this and they said i had to withdraw the same method i previously used before this even if i used the other methods as a deposit... this was a while back ago though... so i wanted to know if they changed this policy or not.

And thus i like to know from others here, if they are able to withdraw btc if say they deposited last with skrill etc.
07-31-2019 , 03:27 PM
I have deposited with btc and have had withdrawals processed in btc in the past.
Recently they cancelled an ecopayz withdrawal saying I needed to use neteller, now ecopayz seems to be ok again but not btc. I don't know what's going on.
07-31-2019 , 08:51 PM
Still not able to get a withdraw from BOL. I’ve been told I would have to pay a 1% fee and said okay to that but then they still cancel my withdraws and ignore me. The support staff is especially incompetent either not replying or sending me emails that literally are blank like they hit enter 10 times and then wrote sincerely there name.
