decided to close my account and started a chargeback today. Really turned off at how this was handled. Bye bye Betonline. Thanks for trying to help BOmike, but I keep getting same response from CS and got tired of run around and having to follow up.

the deposit is still posted as it has been since the 20th as my screenshot clealy shows, so I complied with request an sent it again for the 3rd escalation. Its the one for $198.88



I think if its not resolved by tommorow im just going to start a chargeback and play elsewhere, as betonline doesnt seem interested in resolving this.

not a big deal for them im sure, but I dont see any other options on my part as I just keeping getting the run around and have to waste a lot of time on this

I have not heard anything as of yet, but at a total guess, maybe its to do with new uk and EU regulations.

Ive printed out and screenshot the "failed" deposit from cashier transaction history showing the transaction wasn't credited so it shouldn't be tough for my bank to match that to the withdrawal from my account, so I expect the process to be relatively easy.

Just as a clarification, I never thought BOL was 'trying to steal my money" I realize $200 is not a lot of money for them. Just the fact that they or their processor screwed up and they refuse to make good on it. So I suppose thats the point of them losing my business.

Payment processors have stolen millions from unregulated sites for years. It’s a bad look for BetOnline but I don’t think they have any control over it. I really hope your bank allows you to dispute the charge

I have been trying to get my address verified (I have verified it 4 times before) on the Tigergaming skin for the last 5 months. I keep getting ignored and the only emails I recieve instruct me to send the documents to an e-mail that does not exist. I have provided 3 different statements / utility bills, all according to their specification.

I am getting slightly desperate at this point so I figured I will throw it out here:

I will reward the person who can help me get my account verified and/or cash out my balance $1000. At this point I have no other option.

PM me for Skype / Discord-details if you believe you can help. At this point I am simply hoping this is not pure theft from the network or skin.

Unfortunately it is out of our hands at the moment. It is to do with new regulations affecting skill and neteller I believe in the EU, it is across the majority of casinos online.

Thanks for getting back to me. That's not good news, unfortunately.

Out of all major sites Chico is the only one who unlisted Skrill as a deposit/withrawal option though

Hi guys,

I have asked about skrill and new methods to help with the circumstances.
I know that 3 of the casinos I play on have stopped skrill, and they all stated regulations in the eu as reasoning.

I will try and get a full answer today.

hello, a bit confused about the rollover rules as I've only withdrawn from Ignition, so you can imagine my surprise when the reps informed me of these "rollover rules." Am I right in stating that we're required to rollover 100% of our deposits?

ok so feel obligate to follow up here. By the time of that post something like 7 business days had passed, I spoke with someone high up in player services and it ended with them teling me there was nothing they could do and to start a chargback. So as i posted I closed my account, etc... i didnt do the chageback cause i didnt want to mess with my bank account for $200.

So yesterday I got a refnd from ACR for botting which made me think it would be wiser to keep BOL open if any refunds for the same thing come my way.

So i reopen the account wih CS and log in and see they credited my account with deposit on September 7th about a week after I closed account and last post here. Never recieved notification of this or anything so was unexpected.

anyway looks like somehow they saw error finally and credited account even though it had been closed by me a week earlier...

Does anyone here have experience with getting bank wires from Betonline? I am wondering if anyone's bank gave them a hard time about it and if there are any banks that are more friendly about this than others. I need to cash out a large amount from betonline and don't want to do bitcoin
