Hey guys, just started playing at Betonline and was wondering about the 5k per week cashout policy.

Lets say for arguments sake you had a huge win, like BBJ or a 150k tourney, do they make no exceptions for the 3k for large wins, or would you be stuck withdrawing it 5k at a time?

for example with the current BBJ it would take something like 10 months to withdraw all your funds, seems impractical!

They've been in business for several years and you don't hear a lot of complaints about issues with funds these days. I recently ran a small deposit up to a fairly decent sum and am looking to make a withdrawal.

I usually deposit on Bitcoin but sometimes I use a prepaid bank card when I hit my weekly limit from my bitcoin provider. So my ability to withdraw is being held up 7 business days for a $40 deposit. I can understand wanting to hold the last deposit amount perhaps and Id be more than ok with that but to not be able to withdraw at all seems a little overkill. Ive used this card many times at the site with no issues...

So i guess Im wondering is there any way to get the withdrawal before the 7 days?

I have been playing on BetOnline for 3 years and played nearly 10K games.

I requested 2K$ withdrawal on Jul 10, 2020 10:36 AM. It was weird that it didn't go through till today so I checked the status and it was cancelled. They cancelled withdrawal instantly, but i didn't get any e-mail or anything.

I contacted customer support and they told me my account is under review with poker department. Why they haven't contacted me? Why withdrawal was cancelled immediately? Also this happened with my first ever 1.1K$ tournament win, that is so strange..

This skin is completly forgotten, but you guys didn't forget to call my phone number right after i registered with your aggressive marketing skills to "help" with the deposit lol.
