Yup. We have seen this before with other sites. Lower withdraw limits is the first stage. Then comes the endless identity verification loop. They have now resorted to stealing deposits as well and not crediting them.

No reason to do business with them as all the warning signs are there.

Fwiw I've had my account for nearly a year and done over a dozen withdrawals with no issues up until this point.
Please send me a private message with your account number and email address.
I will look into what has happened and get back to you.

Also will be cashing out for first time here. Will they ask for any kind of extra verification for bitcoin wd?

They might. They probably will at some point if you keep making withdrawals. Just be prepared to send them a copy of your ID card and some kind of bill with your address, such as a utility bill.

Thank you. Before.i made my first deposit I called on the phone and told them that because my wife and I own a small business, I will be depositing with her debit card as we use my account only for business expenses. The guy said it's fine so it worked fine. And i deposited. will I have to send them my wife's card and license together? Thanks in advance, noob to this site.

No worries. We've all been there. I'm happy to help.

I don't think the card you deposited with will be necessary. A scanned or photo copy of a license or some other form of ID and something like a utility bill that has your address on it from within the last few months will likely be all that they require. Since you used your wife's card they might require you to have her information on those items, but I'm not positive.

I highly recommend that you take a little time to learn about using crypto. It's not that hard to learn how to use and there are several benefits. I assure you that it'll be worth your time to learn. Not only is it quicker than other methods for transactions, but this network has recently been offering bonuses when you are willing to make deposits with it instead of other methods.

Hi quick question. I deposited March 31st on a debit card. I tried cashing out today but it says that I cannot cashout because I have a "cc deposit in my last 7 days"

If my math is right I am past 7 days after deposit, or what am I missing?

Try tomorrow and you should be good to go. It's been not quite a full week if you did it late enough on the 31st I believe.

Like MCA said use crypto, don't have to deal with the 7 day limit. It's in and out whenever you please (with a pretty quick transaction approval of less than 24 hours for most of my payouts).

I don' think this has been asked in a while, just kinda wondering for the sake of discussion. What coins and do you guys usually use?

I'm now using ethereum for stuff and used to use bch which I never had any problems with either. I have a wallet dedicated for poker and never go to or from an exchange directly (this is good advice for anyone that is new to crypto btw).

I would probably switch to monero if BOL offered that just for the sake of added privacy.

No problem!

Just a heads up since I'm assuming cb is Coinbase, it has been said that they have allegedly canceled accounts if there are gambling related transactions. Have not tried to test the waters personally this is just something I have heard others say and post.

Yea I've heard that as well but seemingly people that went cb directly to bovada or cashing out from bovada to cb. I use blockchain as the middle piece. I've probably done 20ish transactions and so far I'm active *knocks on wood*

Hey is there anyway around this $3k per 7 day cap on withdrawals? I vowed to stop playing here after a $300 credit card deposit held up me cashing out 10k due to their 7 day policy w cc deposits and I obviously busted the balance and couldnt pull any off. That was such a ridiculous experience and policy for a site to have.

So fastforward a month or so and I decide I'll deposit with btc because I could pull off immediatey and it was always quick in the past. So I pull off 3k yesterday and it hits my wallet in less than 24 hours. I still have 10k or so in the account I want to pull off but now Im being told 3k in a week! what?!?!?! I feel like the place must be trolling me. How do you run 5/10 and 150k gtd mtts and only payout $3k a week?! If there is any way around this please let me know. The funds are definitely not safe sitting in my balance as ill punt them in no time.

Is there a customer service rep in the forum?

Edit. I called customer service and the gentleman told me its 7 business days so he said tomorrow I can initiate a withdrawal.

So, there is basically a 9k montly withdrawal limit installed atm? concerning, to say the least...

Is there any other sites that are implementing tightened withdrawal limit during the pandemic/lockdown? I'll agree it's not the best feeling when a properly operated site that seperated deposits should not care one bit about who takes money in or out.

Other possibility is the BTC price dip hurt them real real bad.

At least make the limit 5k so we can joke about now having a 5k daily limit on w/d to go with my 5k daily deposit limit!

Another cashout today, April 8th. Btc received 5 min after request. Cashouts remain excellent.
