Been critical of BetOnline in other threads within reason but I came here to post that they just paid me out in literally 3 min. I typed in the bitcoin address and it was approved 1 min later and in my blockchain account 2 min after that. Fastest I’ve ever had on any site. Have to give credit where it’s due. Wish they would fix a few other issues like points

They still haven't paid a deposit of mine from over a month ago. Their rep here hasn't even been able to get their attention yet so consider yourself lucky.

They've already cost themselves as much rake from me as the whole deposit was worth. I really don't get it.

Good morning guys,
I'm new to this site and have a question regarding verification, I'm in a unique situation where my utility bills are in a company name but my license, bank statements, cc i used to deposit are all listed as my home address, should i expect any issues with making a withdraw ?

I would recommend contacting them as soon as you can to let them know of the unique situation so that you can get it sorted out before any potential cash out issues pop up down the road. Just let them know you'd like to verify if your documentation would sufficient for future withdrawals. If not, then inquire about what other type of documentation they would accept.

I have never deposited using bit coin and would like to cash out my bet online money that i deposited with debit card. Would i be allowed to cash out using bitcoin? If not, could i deposit with bitcoin and then cash out?

When cashing out using bit coin, is all I have to do is enter the amount of money and type in my wallet address? The "submit request" button is unavailable every time i try it. Am i missing a step?

As long as you have funds available for withdrawal in your sportsbook account you should be able to, but I would advise asking your question to the live chat support.

Perhaps you have a bonus you need to clear or forfeit first. Perhaps you didn't transfer your funds over from poker. Perhaps Bitcoin isn't an option for you for some reason. It's unlikely that anybody here would know exactly what the issue is. You could private message BetOnline Mike via private message and provide him with your account details, but the quickest way to find out is probably using their live chat support.

I'm sorry to hear that Jon. That sounds incredibly frustrating. I know I would be. What is the most recent update they've given you about the situation and what they're doing to remedy it? I'm not sure how much the hassle is worth to you, but I would be contacting them daily at this point until it was resolved. I can't imagine why it has taken so long.

I got an email today confirming my deposit, check the account and funds were there! It was at the crypto price from 2 months ago when I sent it, but I don't think I was freerolled here because they'd probably have honored the price if it dropped. Glad to have the funds back and being comfortable to start playing again.

I don't recall having heard of anybody else experiencing that exact issue over such a long time frame. Hopefully they've identified whatever the issue was and we won't hear of that becoming more common going forward. A statement about why it occurred would be nice, but I wouldn't hold my breath if I was you.

@Betonline Mike, can you give me some insight into the thought behind the 7 day restriction from withdrawing after a cc deposit? Seems like a very long time that puts your players in a crappy spot of not being able to withdraw their money and likely losing it. I am very angry that this is the policy and theres no way to wave it for a high volume regular such as myself. I usually use BTC but this time used cc, and this experience has really soured me to the site and coupled with your blasting of vip rewards have shown a flagrant disregard for your players wellbeing.

Hi could chico support please help.

Im trying to cashout but keep getting this error message...

the problem is i haven't cashed out $5k this week, my only transactions since 11th feb are...

11th - deposit $2000
12th - cashout $1700
13th - deposit $2000
18th - tried to cashout $4000 but it said my weekly limit hit so i was only able to cashout $3300

For the last couple of days iv tried to cashout another $3000 but get this message everytime and live chat is always offline?

Has anyone else experienced this?

Anyone else experiencing a slowdown in cashouts? I've been waiting 48 hours on BTC and I can't remember the last time it took this long and usually it's 2-24 hours.

I suppose it's possible a ton of people are cashing out sportsbook balances with everything shut down. I wish they'd go to the poker tables instead though!

How do you withdraw from BOL?

I can't find a withdraw or cashout button anywhere on the site.

Do I need to transfer money from my poker account to the sports betting or other sub-acct on there in order to be able to withdraw?

I haven't played much on there, so, possible that I didn't even play the bare minimum to play though my deposit amount to where I'd need to play more to even be allowed to withdraw maybe. I don't think that's what it is though, but not 100% sure.

Anyway, yea where is the cashout/withdraw button?
