In the future, send to an intermediary wallet and then from there to your exit exchange. CB, Ktaken, Binance, Gemini, etc...all are in compliance with the UIGEA. They are not looking high and low for stuff, but if it is obvious for them they will flag you. Just send from poker site > wallet > exchange

They got my id (front+backside), a selfie with the id and an actually utility bill immediately.

10 days ago I am still waiting for the approval of my documents, that makes me able to paypout.

Is it normal that a first time KYC verification took so much time at chico?
When they need 2 or more weeks for an easy verification process they should inform the costumers about it.
It is not nice to advertise with the fastest payout and then took over 10 days (no end in sight) for a simple KYC which other brands do in hours.

Yes. Cashed out BTC over 48 hours ago now. Money has been taken off my sportbook wallet and payment says approved and processed. No funds received.

i made a deposit like a month ago using interac e-transfer (Canadian deposit method only) and it has still not been credited to my account (sportsbetting skin). i contacted livechat a bunch of times but they were no help. i asked them to get in contact with the third party that was accepting the e-mail transfers and they said that was impossible. they seem to think I never sent the money, but it showed in my banking account that it was deposited a couple hours after i sent it.

would strongly recommend no one use this deposit method.

Anyone else having problems depositing with BTC? I made a deposit the 15th that took awhile because transactions were moving slow it went through after a day and BOL support says they never rec it. They said they were going to email me and forward the problem to the deposit area.

Yeah talked to support again on this. Support told me my todays deposit was waiting on 6 confirmations it was at three when I talked to them but they said they see it. Other times I've had transaction show up faster without all confirmations but ok. Now the transaction is fully through and it doesnt even show up in my account either.

Ok the 2nd one arrived. Still missing the first one. Very strange. I've had many deposits and WDs go through no problem fwiw.

Never rec that deposit I made been nearly a week. They never emailed me or anything like support said. I've made a thousand BTC transaction never had a problem until this one. It wasnt a large one but still I'd suggest being careful with making a large deposit here if this is a possibility.

Also looking above me seems another guy is having a problem with a deposit on here. Makes you wonder if some shadiness is going on with a few members of the deposit staff.

Not saying it's not possible, but I think it's more likely to be an oversight or shady behavior from a 3rd party payment processor than it resulting from the nefarious actions of an employee of BetOnline IMO.

BOL should still credit it to your account though and take the hit on their end if they can't recover the funds as long as it can be confirmed that you did send it to them.

Try sending BetOnline Mike a private message detailing your situation and include your account details if you have not done so already.

If he can't help directly then he should be able to pass the information to somebody who can.
