Hey thanks I've tried this but it still doesn't include the last 2 letters in the address it's as if Tiger only allows 40 character limit for withdrawals when I need 42

I even tried to process a small withdrawal but it says the address is invalid

I'm using Wasabi and Electrum fwiw

Just spoke to support and they told me to use Bitcoincash but for both wallets it's told me to "Please enter a valid BCH address"

Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash are different.

If you are trying to withdraw in Bitcoin Cash (BCH) then be sure to use a Bitcoin Cash address and not a Bitcoin address.

I don't use the Wasabi or Electrum wallet, but every wallet that I've used has a copy feature next to the address when you view it in the wallet.

You simply click it and it copies the address onto the clipboard for you.
Therefore, you can just just hit "paste" in the recipient address bar when you are at the cashier.

I made a BTC withdrawal last night into my blockchain wallet. They money showed up quickly as expected. However, as of this morning (12 hours later) the money is still unavailable as it only has 1 of 6 confirmations. Will the transaction be reversed if the confirmations aren't made? Should I give it more time before reaching out to either blockchain or sportsbetting?

is coinbase --- blockchain ---- deposit still the best way to deposit? i heard that blockchain may not be the best way anymore. thanks in advance for any help.

I use blockchain, but you can probably use any crypto wallet. But under no circumstances should you move money directly between Coinbase and the poker site.

At some point in time blockchain will be a bad idea, if not already. They now allow US citizens to purchase coin directly and from your bank, credit or debit card. They will have no choice but to comply with US regulations. I highly recommend exodus.io I use it a lot with zero issues. They also have both types of bitcoin address in the wallet. They are purely a wallet.

Hmmm, I've never heard this might be a problem with Blockchain. I'll have to look into other options. Appreciate the info.

Decentralized exchanges are already a thing, I won't get into it here though.

Yes, the Exodus or the Atomic wallet are very good starting wallets.

They both have excellent UI's that are straight forward.

Yeah. They will do business directly with US banks now, so that is something to be aware of now.

my story:

tigergaming started a routine investigation 1 month ago.

at first they said it takes up to 72hrs and they will send me an email with details.in fact i never recieved an email with infos,they just told me one time after a week or 2,that the investigation still is going on and i have to wait.

i then revieved another email from support about a week ago to send some documents for verification.i sent them and didnt get an answer again. i can only contact them per livechat in which they only tell me i have to wait for email.

the strange thing is,that the few days before the investigation started i had an upswing playing several regs at husng and everything was fine until i requested a cashout.

im still able to play,they just dont let me cashout-and cashouts take way too long anyway with 1 cashout request possible per week!

for me it seems like they just hold back my money and still want to let me play that i generate rake or whatever.

i did nothing forbidden-i have nothing to do with bots,vpn or whatever.im playing 100% honest with no helpingtools at all(pt4 on other sites,but thats nor working on chico anyway)

what can i do?they have around 6k usd from me...contact a lawyer?

im happy with any sort of help,even if u only tell me who to contact with that!

what is a "routine investigation"? doesn't seem anything informal about a site announcing they're going to investigate your account.

i know routine investigations from other skins ofc,but this takes up to 72hrs max in general...im waiting for 31 days(!!!!) now...

they asked me 2 times for the same documents,which i already sent them and when i was in chat today,they told me again they waiting for the same documents...

this all gets worrying to be honest...

I know it's been a month since you asked this... did you ever figure it out? I believe you set up your Electrum wallet incorrectly. Set up a new wallet as "Standard" or "Legacy".

3 days ago made a deposit for around $200 with my credit card and showed as declined by their processor. However the money was debited from TDbank account. They said to wait that the charge would drop off and not post. If it did post they said my account would be manually credited

Well it posted, I sent screenshot and now being told have to wait another 24 hours for them to get from processor which is not what they told me previously. Been 4 days now getting kinda annoyed and wanted to post here in case i get another story.

I'm sure it will get resolved. If you have private messaging enabled then send a message to BetOnline Mike with your account details.

I'd really recommend using Bitcoin or another cryptocurrency in the future for all transactions to and from online gambling sites. If you're unfamiliar with how to use it then I would highly recommend taking a little time to learn about it. I assure you it will be time well spent and is not as difficult to learn and use as you might think it is. It comes with higher reliability, quicker transactions, very low transaction fees and sometimes extra bonuses can be had for depositing with it instead of other methods.

Ty sent mike a PM. Yes, I use bitcoin but once I hit my limit for purchases at coinbase credit card is actaully cheaper and easier than exchange unless I want to wait a few days which isnt always convient. ty for reply

after being assured yesterday evening deposit would be manually credited this morning still nothing. Spoke to CS (yet again) and am told they are still waiting to hear from processor.

Recieved this email this morning after waiting the 48 hours for the escalation. I have emailed them twice screenshots of the transaction which has been "posted" for 3 days now. I have been told I now have to wait another 48 hour for another escalation period.

My account clearly shows the money was paid and posted by my bank for multiple days now, and then I receive the email this morning after waiting all this time and getting assurances which basically tells me we took your money an thats its.

I dont see any alternative but as the next step being a chargeback for services not delivered, right? I mean they have the proof the money was taken from my account & posted and then I get this email?

The right thing to do would be to manually credit my account and fight with their processor to get their money from them, not make the customer pay for their mistake. Yes I am starting to get pissed now

the deposit is still posted as it has been since the 20th as my screenshot clealy shows, so I complied with request an sent it again for the 3rd escalation. Its the one for $198.88



I think if its not resolved by tommorow im just going to start a chargeback and play elsewhere, as betonline doesnt seem interested in resolving this.

not a big deal for them im sure, but I dont see any other options on my part as I just keeping getting the run around and have to waste a lot of time on this
