Recieved this email this morning after waiting the 48 hours for the escalation. I have emailed them twice screenshots of the transaction which has been "posted" for 3 days now. I have been told I now have to wait another 48 hour for another escalation period.
My account clearly shows the money was paid and posted by my bank for multiple days now, and then I receive the email this morning after waiting all this time and getting assurances which basically tells me we took your money an thats its.
I dont see any alternative but as the next step being a chargeback for services not delivered, right? I mean they have the proof the money was taken from my account & posted and then I get this email?
The right thing to do would be to manually credit my account and fight with their processor to get their money from them, not make the customer pay for their mistake. Yes I am starting to get pissed now
