If you're running tournaments where you can cash for over 3k, SNGs where you can win over 3k, cash games where you can easily win over 3k in a session, and casino games where you can win over 3k in a spin, it doesn't make much sense to limit withdraws to 3k/week as an inflexible rule, especially if that rule isn't posted anywhere and you only find out about the limits afterwards. It doesn't make much sense for there to not be some sort of concierge/support that can help facilitate larger withdraws.

I really love playing here, but I cannot get behind the roll over sports bonus rule that prevents withdraws. With 3k a week, at least you can still pull out something every week.

A roll over multiplier of 1x or 2x is reasonable, maybe even a 1 month lock out period?

Almost every, if not every, gambling site has rollover requirements on deposits and bonuses. This means that you have to put in play a certain amount of your deposit prior to being able to withdraw it. In poker, you need to pay 'x' amount of rake based on the rollover requirement for your deposit amount.

Obviously these sites are looking to make a profit from your play and bets, but they also don't want people easily laundering money through them.

Regular deposit rollover requirements are usually not very onerous, but some deposit bonuses can be. Always read the Terms & Conditions prior to accepting a bonus at any gambling site.

If you're in the US, banking laws prohibit transactions from and to gambling sites, most networks have that aspect. You want to go from a site like Coinbase or Kraken, to an intermediary wallet, and then to the poker site. Once you are set up, it is 5 or 6 clicks and money is deposited.
