Wow, that's terrible. Have you tried contacting live chat to let them know? You would think that's something they would want to rectify pretty quickly seeing as it has probably led to less deposits than usual being made on a big day for sports betting and their Sunday MTTs.

Hi Mike

I have been trying to cashout for over 2 months now from TigerGaming, they have rejected my cashouts about 7 times and current payout request has been there without updates for several days. I have sent documents 3 times already and financial services are not replying or sending any email.

Chat support conviniently say they can't contact the relevant team and they can only see some Vague notes on the payout and my account. After so much waiting and no direct contact I'm starting to assume I'm being scammed by the site.

I have screenshots of the multiple times I have chatted with support and how this is going nowhere. I'm not even being accused of any wrong doing, simply they refuse to payout claiming they are still reviewing.

Can you please help me get the issue resolved?

Thanks Mike, I don't have the hability to PM yet as I just registered to the twoplustwo forums.

today I got an email from financial services rejecting my cashout under MO201910805914 claiming that the documents I sent are still under review. Since this is the first time they send an email over the last 7 payout requests I made I consider this some progress. Hopefully they comeback with another email on the next couple days with an update on my case. I will post here any further updates I get from them, if any.

So I am trying to take a withdrawal from bol. Declined twice. I call talk to someone they ask me some questions. Now they tell me account is closed and I can't do anything with it. They are telling me I need to send some documents that I don't have. The weird part is I have already taken a withdrawal from bol in the past. Anyone have any suggestions ??
I live with a friend. They are telling me they need my friends license and his utility bill. Have u ever heard anything like this before ? If I dont get the info I can't get my money. It's like stealing. The funny part to all of this my info is not going to match his. It's like there is no way I can get the money.

It's very common for sites to ask for you to provide proof of identification and proof of residence. So yes, I have heard of it. My suggestion would be to provide whatever they ask for and if you can't provide it then explain why and see if there is anything else you could provide which would satisfy their verification rules for receiving a withdrawal.

You could try sending a private message to BetOnline Mike to see if he can help, but I would imagine you would still need to provide the proper documents.

This is the problem. I dont have proof as I live with someone. I am saying they now want me to send my friends license and info. No a chance he is gonna agree to that. He is not involved in gambling in any way.
So basically I can't ever get this money. Weird part is I have taken withdrawals before with no problem

I understand your situation as much as you have described. I suspect this will be a recurring issue for you in the future for as long as you're unable to provide the type of identification and residence verification documents which sites commonly request you to provide to continue receiving withdrawals from them.

It's not uncommon for a site to only start requesting this information after you start making multiple withdrawals.

I've had dozens of BTC cashouts and usually BOL is extremely fast (rarely takes over 24-48 hours) and when I'm playing poker only, they don't give me problems. However, in the last year, I've had 3 big sportsbook wins and usually within a day or 2 I'll ask for a cashout, and without fail, it will be flagged for some BS reason.

Clearly they're just hoping the player keeps their money on the sportsbook a bit longer in the hopes that they'll tilt it back to BOL or at least be persuaded into giving more action before going. I still give their payouts department a solid grade, but this practice strikes me as predatory and amateurish.

Hi Mike,

I sent you a PM yesterday with my details and I'm also sending daily emails to financial services without recieving a reply from them.

They are aware on Saturday I'll be going on a long trip for 2 or 3 months out of my country and I suspect they will use that as the next excuse to not let me request a cashout and that is why there is no reply from them so far. It's been around 8 rejected cashouts without justification and 2 months to "validate my account" when it literally takes 30 seconds to look at a passport and a bank statement.

Please help me get my money back.

I requested a withdrawal 2 days ago, but it was rejected due to the need to confirm my phone number. In addition, my account was blocked, and I can’t play poker either. Now I have been waiting 2 days for an answer to my letter and am afraid that this may linger a lot.

Chat support also can not help.
