I think I got a ~1k refund, anyone know if they redistribute winnings from banned players?

If it stays like this there is no point of having them, since they are going to be dead
It's definitely not only winning players, I'm losing on there and can sit

They do occasionally.

Re: BetOnline.ag Poker: Cash Games Thread

Hey Mike, I hope you can help with some questions about BetOnline.

I want to start playing at BetOnline but I want to get the rules straight about 3rd party software. I read on the website that trackers such as HM3 or PT4 are allowed. But then I asked about this on the Live Chat and despite 2 agents told me that trackers are permitted, a third one replied that they do not accept any kind of third party software and that they would ban any player who uses one. So in the end, which one is it?

In the first place I went to the Live Chat to ask about Hand Converters because neither HM3 nor PT4 will work on BetOnline without the use of a Hand Converter. The problem being that on the website Hand Converters appear as prohibited software. So I ask them to tell me which hand converter can I use in order to get a tracker to work, and so this discussion began in which no agent seemed really sure of the answer and the last one that I spoke with ultimately told me that all 3rd party software was forbidden.

I need to know for certain what the rules are in this regard. Can I use PT4? Can I use the Hand Converter recommended on the PT4 and HM3 forums (Advanced Chico Converter)? Or should I use another one?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Grunching, but has there been a resolution to the player points BetOnline stole from its customers? Been a long time since I've played on this site.

Almost every player on the site is using a converter and/or HM or PT
There hasnt been a single case of a player being banned for it
However I don't think you will ever get a straight answer

@erroneous
Nope, gone forever, I had points worth 5k at that time

If you have a chance then please record video. It would definitely help the investigation. If you don't want to share it publicly then I'd appreciate if you could share it with me privately. I'd be happy to help report any seating script users who I can confirm.

To report players use the email for the site you play on below.
*Please only report players who you are 100% certain are violating the rules. Not every player who sits down quickly is using a seating script.

It's clearly something that's being done intentionally for some reason or another. Lastly - they don't even try to hide the collusion. They openly discuss hands and make it clear they're having conversations on a third party device while playing. I'm going to download a program and start recording every single session on here and posting it all over facebook and youtube. If nothing's wrong - nothing's wrong. But nobody would be able to believe the way these games are going on here. This is a really shady network right now.

The players on here are soooo bad and yet it is mind blowing how often guys limp calling huge raises multiway flop GOLD. I mean, it's absolutely constant. I just don't see how poker could play a differently only on one venue. I wouldn't have even said anything about this but a lot of other people in private groups warn everyone against playing here. I didn't believe them but I can't unsee what I've seen here. It's outrageous. These players are spending 15+ hours a day in these pools, too. I understand there's a rakerace but they are like never not playing. Constantly hitting monsters left and right, playing absolutely terribly. Just clicking buttons.
Surely you have screenshots of the chat and runouts proving them accurate, yes?

The same players just smash the board all the time no matter what they do wrong. Limp, couple others limp, someone raises 5-7x over them, limper calls, massive pot and A7o wins or cold calling multiway from the SB with like 46o and the board being 664.

Is variance just this wild? How can it only be like this on BetOnline? I honestly never see anything like this anywhere else I play or watch. Ever. It feels very artificial while you're playing there. Every time I go up 6, 7, 8 BI's...cold for thousands, upon thousands, upon thousands of hands. It just can't be like that only on one venue while surrounded by horrific players. I mean these are the most mindless players on earth. They make Global's micros look incredible.
I know the chico people and can assure you they would want to know about any collusion. Get screenshots and post them, they will see them. FWIW, no one else has had these claims and I know a fair amount of regs here. I've seen trash talk on cash tables but action and runouts did not confirm. It is probably around 99.9999% chance of being just nonsense. Head of Game Integrity is no slouch, at all

What are these GB prizes for the cash game leaderboards? I won some and then they disappeared from my account, are they used to buy in to cash games automatically or something?

Re: BetOnline.ag Poker: Cash Games Thread

GB = Game Bonus.

I believe it's just bonus money that needs to be wagered on the cash tables within 14 days. That's what the cash race leaderboard Overview section in the My Mission tab of the client says.

It's probably something like a 1x rollover requirement before it's released into your withdrawable funds, but it would be nice to get some clarification on that somewhere, either in the Overview section or in the T&C of the Promotions page for the rake race contest on the website.

How do the 25nl reg tables here compare to 20nl on Global?

I stopped playing for a while, but I know chico had a horrible bot problem maybe a year or so ago?. They surprisingly fixed it at one point. Is that still the case? Are bots still being banned? Thinking of playing more lately, but I don't want to sit at a table with 3 or 4 bots.

Re: BetOnline.ag Poker: Cash Games Thread

As many people here know I used to actively track the bots on this network and provide other players with information about them. I can confidently say that there's been massive improvements in that area over the last year. The most common cash game botring profile has been pretty much eradicated from their cash game tables. I used to be able to identify multiple bots at most NLHE cash game tables at almost anytime throughout a day. That hasn't been the case for about a year now. That's not to say a suspicious account might not pop up from time to time, as it's a possibility at any poker site, but their current security team does a much better job with improving game integrity issues on the network than what was taking place at their tables prior to this past year. There has also been some compensation given to affected players over the past year when accounts who were violating the rules were identified and had their funds seized.
