I mean, ok. But the way I interpreted this post some pages back before the BBJ got paid out - it seems like you're continuing to try to soften everyone up for the scenario that they don't pay out. And if you were in touch with upper management and they were whispering to you about "yeah we're thinking about it strongly" or w/e then there wouldn't really be any need to write the post you wrote.

"It's sickening and it seems like really shitty luck" doesn't sound like the words from someone "in the know" where upper management is leaning towards paying the BBJ out.

I also asked you before for an updated list of all positive/neutral changes made in the last year and you ignored that completely. I mean if I was the only rep for a company I was proud to work for I would love it if somebody asked me this question so I could show off all the amazing changes for the better I was personally involved with to help out the client base in ways that created guest loyalty. I mean literally everyone reading this thread pretty much realizes the bot issue is FUBAR - but I've been following this thread for a while and honestly can't list even 3 changes that I think are worth mentioning.

Honestly I feel like I'm lobbing you a softball on this one. I may not appreciate the changes but it would be interesting to see the reaction of others who may think you're making "big money moves" as Cardi B so famously put it.

That was my personal opinion before having been told any information about Betonline's decision. As I stated I almost told DEVO before it was official on the forum.

They paid out 300k out of their own pockets when they could have taken it from the untouched BBJ.

I am proud of what BOL has achieved but we are by no means the finished article.
Sometimes things take time, but we have put together a new team in the last year that has some fantastic poker knowledge. We are starting to really see the fruition of all the hard work done behind the scenes.

With the recent SUCCESSFUL purges on accounts, we are making progress on all fronts. Larger guarantees with better structured tournaments, Fastest payouts in the industry, new promotions every week for you guys to take advantage of.

I am always asking for more information on accounts using prohibited software and any constructive criticism.

Again I will repeat for you that BetOnline chooses to have open customer relations and dialogue unlike most other companies.
We do it to improve the whole BOL experience, game integrity and security.

So whilst your main issue seems to be with security and trust, surely you can understand that I/BOL can not reveal certain information on a public forum.

So again please send me now a list of suspected bot accounts, screenshots, stats, whatever it is that you have that proves any wrong doing.

Please send it to me today, many other players have made reports and have seen that we have taken action.

Kind regards

Mike

While I have certainly have seen some improvements in the amount of NLHE cash game bots recently, the seating scripts are still way out of control. I think you guys should either ban all of these players or just allow everybody to use a seating script. You could even provide everybody with one, like how you provide that free HUD. Either everybody should be able to have one or nobody. It's not fair for these players who are breaking the rules to benefit while players who follow the rules are losing out. I'd prefer there be no seating scripts allowed if it could be properly enforced, but I'd be much happier if I could use a seating script without fear of getting in trouble for using one instead of having to watch these cheaters continue to use one every day like there will be no repercussions.

It's literally Rule Number 1 under prohibited software categories, even before bots, and yet the games are still full of users of them, at least at 500NL+.

It's also sadly easy to spot who is using a script and not, MCAChiTown has a list that probably has more than 95% of seating scripters at NL500, but what good does it do?

Mike - it is true BetOnline has purged some bots, and play was really great for some time with minimal bots. (at 10NL and 25NL - that is all I play for now) However, a few old bots remained and new ones are creeping in everyday. It is still not as bad as it was, but it is getting there. I will not provide any messaged "evidence" as I play relatively low volume, and it's honestly not enough to prove it with just my statistics. It is enough for me as a daily player though to identify them and know that new bots are creeping back in (even with bronze stars), as they have similar naming conventions and statistics.

I am giving credit and thanks for the recent bot purge -- but also felt the need to post this as to not give anyone the illusion that BetOnline is suddenly bot free or that bots haven't been coming back. Work still needs to be done in this area and I hope that Mike will continue to stress this to his coworkers. Before the purge, I was experimenting with different sites as I was hoping to move away from BetOnline. The bot purge brought me back, but I will have no hesitation in moving to another site or just stop playing if the situation becomes that bad again. I do not enjoy playing bots, and as a recreational player, there's just no point for me.

Koala, we are all well aware (including BOL) that the number of bots has really not decreased much at all despite repeated submission of evidence by a group of regulars. at 100 and 200nl as well as across PLO stakes there are still plenty of super obvious bots they refuse to do anything about. and then there are the seat scripters who go unpunished. They are still massively failing here and deserve no kudos imo.

seating scripts are really really bad at 500nl full ring too. tables instantly fill up and break down depending on who joins or gets busted. literally under a few seconds. So frustrating waiting 8 people on the wait list to get on the table and it breaks down in 2 hands. Than you can't even join the next one fast enough.

At 200nl the scriptors will always get the good seats and get to stay there because there are a few more tables.

At 100nl the scriptors have a field day because once they hop around they'll get to stay at the table longer because more recs and the tables don't break often once started.

They need to do something, its so frustrating.

I knew of around 70 active NLHE cash game bots about 2 months ago. I can confirm that more than half of those bots haven't been seen in the last month. There was about 10 regularly playing 500NL-1kNL 2 months ago. Now there's only about 2-3 regularly playing those stakes. There's obviously a few new ones that have showed up at lower stakes, as is usually the case after some disappear. There's probably some that I haven't even identified yet. I can't speak to what the situation currently looks like at the NLHE microstakes and in the PLO cash games.

I'm not trying to diminish the problem that still exists. I'm just being honest about what I have seen.

It would be nice if the people sitting the high-stakes HUSNG games weren't all known bots

Hello, Mike!

I'm a BBJ winner (RandomFruit) and I want to ask you if there is any way to increase my withdrawal limits. Right now TigerGaming support said that I can only withdraw 3k per week because of the CoronaVirus, so it is going to take more than a year to cashout my prise. Please send me a private message if you have any information that might help me with this problem.

Thats not possible cos on tiger everyone is a winning player

Congratulations on the big win! I'm sorry to hear that your funds are stuck on Tiger with the low withdrawal limits.

Unfortunately you won't be able to receive private messages since your account is new, unless a 2+2 mod changes your account status here. You might need to make some more posts throughout the forum before private messaging is enabled on your account. Look through the forums and find some topics in threads that interest you. Make some posts in those threads and private messaging will eventually be enabled for you.

Well, then I guess Mike can give an answer here if he has any information that might be useful. And thank you for your answer

Is incredible that some skins of the same network, unilaterally decide to keep the withdraw limit to 3k per week, specially when the decision of lower the limit to 3k was made for all the network skins... We need some support with Tigergaming limits Mike, there is no explanation for not increase the limits as all the other skins did already.
Thanks

Ok my bad, glad that the bot situation is getting better at some stakes. I have heard PLO is terrible still, and I play a lot of 100 and 200nl and the same bots persist, a few per table usually.

Is there a list somewhere with the name of the bots? I am interested in 100NL especially.
07-23-2020 , 05:48 PM
I have a list of all of the active bots that I'm aware of in the NLHE cash games and a bot guide for detecting them on your own. If you or anybody else would like to look at that information then feel free to send me a private message.

What about bots in the PLO cash games. I play 5¢/10¢ PLO pretty regularly and there are like 4-5 users that I have strong suspicions are bots. I play on my phone so don't have HH's saved but many other regs think they're bots and their style of play, how they can play numerous tables and never time out or have their timebank kick in, their robotic nature of their actions, and the weird lines they sometimes take make me think they're bots.
07-23-2020 , 10:08 PM
I don't play any PLO so I can't confirm what PLO accounts are bots, but I would assume that you're probably correct in your suspicions of some of the accounts. Some of the PLO guys here or over at the Chico Discord linked above might be able to let you know. I've seen some lists of what accounts they believe are botting, but I'm not sure about the stakes that those accounts are all playing at.

Its seems easyer to run bot on BOL, having minimum balance on site, easy making new account after ban and keep making money.
Then been a genuine player, like me, who never brake any rules, having defenitely not botlike stats (wwsf~40 for example), having over 170 buy-ins on balance and been "account locked" for over 2 month now. And nothing but "we are working" from support over a month. :/

Having to wait 2 months for an update is pretty ridiculous. I've never come across a bot with your stats. Not sure what the holdup is. Hopefully Mike can look into the status of your account and get back to you with an update.

According to the PLO regs in our channel there are some bots who play PLO10 and PLO1k at the same time

Hey I would like to look at that information, but I’m new to this site and don’t think my PM is enabled. Are these winning bots? Will the boy guide help detect bots on other sites?

Thanks.
