The cash game one the site are pretty good. Only 2 major issues for me.

1.The time bank is so short sometimes i cant even make a decision on the river even if i just sat on the table and i have all my timebank avalaible.

2.You have a major bot problem i play from nl100 to nl500 and on nl100 and nl200 you have pretty much at least one bot on each tables they are so obivious even recs complain about it and they wanna play less.

I agree on the timebank, it is the biggest (maybe the only if i really think about it) issue I have while playing . I think about 30 seconds would be fair. I also would like to CHOOSE whether it is automatically activated.

I really like how everything else with the software currently works.

Hi Bison1000 How are you today?

1) This is being looked at and the time bank will hopefully be ammended to a more acceptable length of time.

2) We have a strict policy regarding bots and similar software, So please send me nicknames privately. That way I will personally forward the names so our fraud team can investigate into these accounts.

Please feel free to share any issues with me or the bet online team.
We are always trying to improve the playing experience for our player base.

Kind Regards

Mike

Hi Cheapsuit5,

Thank you for your kind words on our software.
Love the suggestion and will forward it to the correct team.

I'm not a big cash player at the moment, but IF you guys were considering AT ALl to revamp your "rakeback" promotions... I can't imagine at better time than now, while some of your competition has their heads up their ass!

Good luck, I really like the direction your poker room is going!

This isn't meant to be an attack, but what are you guys doing about bots? Here is a site, that says you have very low detection.

Last edited by Bobo Fett; 06-12-2019 at 07:01 PM. Reason: Removed link to bot site, as we don't want to advertise them. I'd suggest PMing the link to the rep.

QFT American cash game market is ripe for thepicking. even low rakeback on a good site would have us coming in mass.

Agree with the others, if you can clean up the bot situation and offer rakeback I'd give all of my poker business to your site.

hi Mike. are there any plans for HORSE or 8-game cash game tables?
06-13-2019 , 05:24 AM
The current bot issue is huge, and has always been handled poorly by Chico.
There are accounts which plays more than 2 years (SICK!!!) and are so obvious that really like on of the posters above mentioned , recreational players complain on them in the chat.
I understand that for the network operating in a "grey market" there is no incentive to clean up the site (because there is no regulation to police anything), but even WPN has started to do something about botting issue.

Here on 2+2 we have gathered more than enough information about the most obvious bots in NL and PLO (big thx to MCAChiTown for keeping the records). If you are really here to dig deep and make some moves than we are here to help. If you are just "passing the information to the relevant department" like years and years before - than nothing is gonna change around cash game tables.

Ive been playing cash games here for years and Im all for the discussion. Regulars come on, make some noise!

I too would be interested in seeing mixed games available.

Mike has asked us not to post the names of the accounts here and to provide him the information via private message. I had recently emailed them a large list with a bunch of information. I've also provided my list to others so that they can also confirm it and send it to Mike. I'm just waiting to see how that goes before posting much more on the subject. Obviously I want these accounts out of the games as much as anybody!

I didn't play on this site super long, but from my experience games were pretty reggy, to reggy. Sorry for posting a link, they are essentially bragging and I just don't like that being a fellow poker player myself.

Hi Guys,

I was just curious how you guys feel about us possibly starting anonymous tables?
Has anybody played on these before?
Pros and Cons?
I personally used to love these games on various sites.

Terrible idea.

a) You don't have the player pool size to split players between regular and anon tables.

b) Players are already complaining in this very thread about potential bots. These fears will be exacerbated by anon tables. Have a look at the response Party is currently getting for their upcoming changes.

Hi TheMVP,

Good points, when the anon tables were doing the rounds the bots were awful and so exploitable.
Do you have any suggestions or ideas of making your playing experience with us better?

Kind Regards

Mike

I actually think your games and eco-system are relatively good as is.

My only suggestions would be to allow us to use our poker points in different ways and to investigate bot and collusion claims seriously.

I really dislike anonymous tables. I don't play on Ignition at all for that reason.
Cons are many imo. No relationships/chatting with players. No rivals who you can log in and play against all the time. No ability to see who is climbing and falling through the stakes.

Poker becomes more solitary and results-based with anon poker because you are the only player that really exists.

With screen names of your opponents, every hand is part of the story of the community.

i.e. Pokerjim sucks out on the river again, that guy is so lucky! or Pokerbob is the best, one day i'll beat him, or Pokermike is such a nit, he only plays AA! CrazyLarry just showed up, looks like I'm either gonna win a lot or lose a lot in the next hour! and so on.

In anon poker, Player1 winning or losing means nothing to anyone else. I have no reason to say hi to player 2. A lot of the fun of the game and all of the camaraderie disappears.

With anonymous poker, the game becomes mundane, dull, and just a grind.

The site and software are great, but if rake was lowered or if better rakeback/vip program was offered it would take BetOnline to the next level.

+1 Totally agree screen names make it way more fun

Yeah, why would sites ever go anon with bots? I won't play on a anon site, while i'm not a high roller, i contribute a decent amount of rake for my level. I won't be playing on here if they switch to anon. I've never played on Bovado also for that reason.

Thanks Guys all your feedback is encouraged.

What type of rake back/loyalty programs do you like?
Maybe your suggestion could end up changing and improving your playing experience.

Mike
