Since I made my last deposit I believe they've changed their procedure and it may take a day or 2 before you can enter the poker games. I'll let the mods clarify how it works now.

Most bitcoin withdrawals are received within 48 hours of the request. 36 hours seems to be a good guess for the average amount of time lately. It can be been sooner than that though.

Payouts requests are processed Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. ET to 1:00 p.m. ET, excluding holidays.

Payouts may be requested at any time online via the cashier.

1. Please allow 24 hours for your payout request to be reviewed before the processing time begins.

2. Players are entitled to a $50.00 discount once every (30) days, on the payout method of their choice on Friday; if you would like to take advantage of this discounted or fee-free payout please specify this when making your payout request.

4. No third-party payouts are allowed.

6. If making credit card deposits, please note credit card documentation will be requested. This documentation is:

- Valid photo ID
- Copies of the front and back of all cards used to deposit on your account
- A utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months confirming the address
you have registered to your BetOnline account.

Additional documentation may be required at management discretion. All the documentation required must be sent before 1:00 p.m. ET for the payout to be processed the same day.

Please note that players depositing via credit card, debit card or prepaid card are required to wait a minimum of seven business days from their last deposit prior to requesting a withdrawal.

7. Bank Wire instructions must be provided in the cashier every time you request a payout through this method.

8. If a check deposit was made, BetOnline requires 21 business days as per the clearance time before a payout can be requested.

9. Max payout per day depends on the specific payout method being used. Minimum and maximum payouts are subject to change without notice.

10. Freeplays must be used prior to requesting a payout otherwise they will be cancelled.

16. Players who generate winnings from a poker freeroll or Sportsbook Promotional Free Play are required to make a minimum deposit of $50 and roll this over at least once in the sportsbook prior to any payout being approved.

17. Checks cannot be sent to P.O. Box addresses.

They charge $50 per withdrawal? What if you deposited with crypto's?
Seems crazy to charge $50 for a crypto withdrawal.

As far I'm aware the crypto transactions are free of fees. The rules section may need some updating.

I already wrote your support and was hoping to reach LiveChat at some point but could not reach anybody...
I play high Volume NL500-2000 on Tigergaming and was filing a Cashout request for 5k BTC 3 days ago and saw that my Cashout request was rejected without any further notice, email or whatsoever...

Also wrote an Email to support, contacted support via the site etc...
Please get back to me and let me know what I did wrong, if I need to provide any further documentation or whatever.... Just talk to me basically ^^

But I always suggest just being a little persistent with the live chat, as they are the best people to help you and try and resolve the issue.

Have you tried speaking to live chat? they may be able to deal with the timing query as you speak to them.
I have sent this to the correct department, but usually with these issues it is easiest to speak to live chat and just ask what is going on.

It gets kind of annoying and worrysome at this point.
It has been 2 weeks since I initiated my cashout request, it got denied and my account is in a "standard review process" ever since…
I actually don't get it.
I am raking thousands of dollars a month and I have no clue whats taking so long, what I am doing wrong, or whatever….
And YES, I know that your crypto cashouts are supposed to be fast and feeless, this is why I filed for one, but I never got it....

I am very sorry guys, I actually love that site, but this is getting kind of crazy...

This stuff is worrisome, as i would like to cash out at some point. No point in playing if you can't cash out. Hopefully @Betonline Mike will help clear it up.

I'm guessing to cashout poker funds you have to transfer it to sportsbook and then cashout through the website? No option to do it right from the poker client? Really need to be done if not.

I have received an email accusing me of using an illegal 3rd party software, all tought they haven't specified anything in particular, just making vague accusations.

I replied to the email, its been 4 days and I haven't got an answer back. I would like to know what they have flagged that i cannot use.

Also, can we report players that uses a script here?
