So in the mean time it would be nice if I could go back to level 1 and try to pound out a few chips. Almost makes me want to suicide my stack just to go back to level 1 with 50 chips and stay there til I have 2-3k. I suppose this will be less of an issue with an increase in players.
Hi samdash
It sounds like a good idea to trial, but one problem might be that as new or busted players come to the level 1 table with only 50 chips (having watched two adverts immediately) the better players could keep buying in with 400 chips against them.
Perhaps if they are only allowed to buy back in to level 1 from level 2 if there are no games at level 2, and their chip balance is less than 1000, that would be a fix? Once the player reaches 1000, he has the options of choosing whether to cash out or wait for games at higher levels.
Of course, with this month's special promotion, it is probably a good strategy to keep cashing out at 1000 chips to clock up the coins. Normally, it would probably be better to keep the chips to move up the leaderboard.
At the moment, if you have, say, 1650 chips, and want to go back to play at level 1, remember to cash out at least 1150, or you'll end up with too many chips to play at level 1 and not be able to cash out again until you hit 1000 again.
Btw, you can see where the players are by clicking on the black arrow to the left of the Tournament number and scrolling down the Structure box. You can then click on the Level number to see who is playing.
Good luck at the tables, BUM.
