We've seen this issue in intermittently in Edge, but not in Chrome, which browser are you using?

I can't resize with Firefox.

Eek! Confirmed. We'll get on that. In the meantime it seems to resize between hands(?). Or you can Ctrl-Mouse Wheel to zoom in and out. Hope that helps until we can sort this out.

Signed up to test on my phone and no tables running so no feedback yet... it's been a couple of weeks now but what are you doing to help get actual constant flow of traffic?

Sorry to hear that, if you are looking for Play and Go's make sure you try to refresh the page. There is a bug where it doesn't show the PnG tournament.

Or try back at 9:00 and 10:00PM ET and join our August promo scheduled tournaments. We also have people in the Play and Go's before and after that time.

I got it to work...joined something where I started with 25 and one guy had like 700 lol. Do you have to watch an AD every 6 minutes I assume to keep playing?

Ads run every six minutes, and every time you watch an ad you get 25 chips added to your stack. What you joined is a Play and Go and they're a lot of fun. You can leave and come back any time and your stack is still there!

Dean, our head architect, would know the answer to that. He's out of town at the moment but when he's back I'll see what he has to say on the subject and what we can share. Thanks!

Cashed out 1k coins and it only shows about a quarter of that in my balance. Is it a % of the cash out and not 1:1?

You might be confusing chips and coins. They aren't correlated directly. You cashed out 1k CHIPS for about 250 COINS. The payout and any bonuses you've earned should appear on the cash-out screen. Hope that helps!

Yep makes sense thanks. It was p&g. I'll look at the other two options with the scheduled and sng

Is there going to be a way to convert it back over in case you wanted to play in higher chip P&Gs? So for example I end up cashing out 1k for 250c. Is my only option to start over with 25 chips (or 50 doing the double ad start), or can I re convert that 250c back over to 1k chips to play higher?

In a total of two days, pretty much checking the games constantly I still haven't seen one player in the Play & Go pool apart from myself who idols there, I don't see how it could be a bug... I've refreshed and tried a different browser but same problem. The only time I've actually been able to play is against a friend I referred... Given the appalling traffic as of right now do you really think you can make this work long term?

I wonder if you're in region 2. What part of the world are you from? We've been struggling to get the numbers up in that region.

Hi samcx, please give it a try again and let us know. You should see the August Tournaments as well as players in PnG's.

I signed up this morning and was playing my first game. A few hands in, I rivered a flush, someone bet me all in and I called and ended up losing to a straight. I don't see how to review the hand history, but it was tournament: 00000504 and hand: 000000092075 is what currently displays. The game broke after I went broke.

Hi asidrane, we looked up the hand and this is how it went.

Jc 8d
5h Jh
9c 5d 7h 6s 6h

I'm going to assume you are playing on mobile? On the desktop you can scroll back through dealer chat to see the summary of a hand. But we don't have dealer chat on mobile yet, hopefully we will get something soon. It will be awhile until we have a true hand history system in place.

As for the table breaking, when you bust out it can be a bit confusing on mobile but basically, you busted from the tournament and have to buy in again, so their is a small "x" on the table or you just hit the back button, return to the lobby and re-enter the tournament.

Hope this helps

why watch ads every x mins instead of watching 10mins of ads at the start of a mtt or 5mins of ads every hour? (sry if this has been answered already)

lol
If you were "forced" to watch 10 minutes of ads at the start of an MTT, how many of the first nine and a half minutes do you think you'd watch?
08-19-2018 , 02:35 AM
how many ads do you think ppl are watching when they are being "forced" to watch ads every 6 mins for hours? there are better ways to ensure that ppl actually watch, you can have longer, personalized ads in the beginning instead of random short spots, for instance.

Just played in a "Top of the Hour" tourney with 8 total players and was very impressed with how smoothly and quickly the program performed. It was a pleasure to play in, aside from me only being able to finish in 3rd, lol.

Don't know whether there's any difference in the program functions between the Scheduled Tournament and the Play and Go. PNG is so slow it's like watching paint dry. Don't know whether that's as much due to players who are just taking a long time to make decisions and trying to learn to coordinate their ad watching with game play or something inherent in the program itself. Just sayin.

Thank you kindly!

Actually, the programming is one and the same for PnGs and Schedule/SnG tournaments. In both cases, players have to fit their ads in between hands. I can't think of any reason why there would be a difference in play other than game strategy. Certainly not anything in the software.
