There is way too much complaining going on. All I see on here is people tearing down the site. Be grateful there is a place to play poker that is willing to pay you to play.
How about being supportive towards the site. Try to grow the site. So many people play on Poker Stars for play money and get nothing for their time. I feel like all threads on here are so negative. If I was a new player and read these complaints, why would I want to even join. If the site grows and the player base gets bigger it will be easier to get coins. So instead of ripping the site, promote the site to family and friends. Post stuff on you social media platforms and help get the player pool up.

In so many aspects, big ugly is a brilliant poker site and i applaud the owners/operators. I'm very grateful to play poker here.
