As you are all aware, Southern California is experiencing massive wildfires and corresponding evacuations. The Big Ugly Team is located in Southern California and has been affected by the evacuations.

We expect the servers to stay up and game play to continue, but our service will be affected. Specifically, the store will stay open but fulfillment will experience delays since that part of our processing is done by hand. We hope to resume fulfillment in a few days but obviously the timing of this event is out of our control.

There may be other issues that arise from this situation. We will do our best to react quickly and keep you informed.

We appreciate your understanding and we send our thoughts and best wishes to everyone affected by this tragic event along with our gratitude to the countless people fighting these fires and assisting those in need.
