Leap Frog Your Way Onto The Leaderboard

Enter our Play and Go, cash out, finish in the top ten to claim your prize. Easy peasy, right? But there's a catch. You can only get onto the leaderboard from the top. Cash out with more chips than the current leader to claim your place. The top ten places will be rewarded thusly:

1. 100,000 coins
2. 75,000 coins
3. 60,000 coins
4. 50,000 coins
5. 40,000 coins
6. 35,000 coins
7. 30,000 coins
8. 25,000 coins
9. 20,000 coins
10. 15,000 coins

A bit of fine print and some tips…

To qualify for this promotion, you must have entered the Play and Go Tournament after Sep 1, 12:00am (midnight) ET. Coins accumulated on entries before this time will not count towards your August total. Put another way: if you were already entered into the Play and Go prior to September, you must cash out and re-enter. (If you don’t have enough chips to cash out, you can get up to 1,000 and cash out or just bust out. Then re-enter.) We have to do this so that no one gets a head start from last month's play.

Time your cash out carefully and keep an eye on both the September Contest leaderboard and the Play and Go Leaderboard (which you can see by opening the Contest Details in the lobby) to maximize your chances of victory. Timing is everything! Jump in too soon and you risk getting pushed all the way off the list, wait too long and someone with a bigger stack might grab the top spot and stop you from getting on the list at all.

But wait, there's more

In addition to the Leap Frog promotion, every day in September at 9 pm ET and 10 pm ET, we will run scheduled tournaments with 5,000 coins added to the prize pool on top of the coins generated during the tournament. That's an additional 300,000 coins up for grabs!

so a little weirdly worded, the first peron to cash out 1k chips is on the board?

The first person to cash out any amount of chips is on the board. The next person will need to cash out more chips than the leader to get on the board, moving the previous leaders down a spot. And so on, and so on...

ok so who is on the top at the end of the month gets awards accordingly. If i cash out, do they stack on each other or will it be biggest cashout wins?

Just a general question. Say my chips balance is at 2k. Is there any way to buy into the 1/2 or 2/4 game? just using part of my chips balance? Also is there a way to buy into say the 5/10 game for only 1k chips and not all of my chips?

Sorry if this seems like a dumb questions. I just dont want to sell my chips but often times have trouble getting a bigger game going and want to play whatever is running

Wait I can enter the png with separate entries? I want to make sure im understanding correctly. I ran my chip balance up to 2k but I see i can join again with another entry and restart with 25 chips? but I can still join back with my 2k chips with the separate entry?

New feature! Yes, you can enter more than once. Up to four times actually. This should help you avoid getting stranded at a lower population table. Each entry is independent of the others and you can only play one entry at a time. This will also help if sometimes you like playing high stakes and other times you want to play low. We're pretty excited about it.

Can't we just create another entry and leave our September one dormant?

Can one player use 4 different entries to get 4 different spots on the leaderboard?

Edit...let's say I cash out all of my chips to "Leap Frog" the leader, does my next cash out add to that entry or do I have to cash out as the leader again to create a new entry on the leaderboard?

All good questions.

So, first: You can only win once, your highest rank is what counts. The leaderboard list is already reflecting this by automagically not showing duplicate entries of lower amount.

Second, each cashout is an entry. Cash out, say, 1,000 coins, that's your entry. Cash out 1,200 at some point later, that's ANOTHER entry, not a modification to your first.

Hope that clarifies some things, hit me up with any other questions.

Trust me not to realise that chips on the table dont' equal coins, so i cashed out for nothing...ups.
