Withdrew $100 PayPal 12-17 and still have not received my money. I have made multiple inquiries in the help center and have received zero response. This is my second $100 PayPal withdrawal. The first only took a couple of days to receive so I'm not sure what is going on.

i requested my 50.00 paypal cash out yesterday on 12/29 morning. its in my pay pal acct today. cash out took less than 24 hours.

Received today 12-30. Thanks BUP. Hopefully just an aberration.

How long did it take to get up to $100 worth of coins with so few active players?

I put in a $10 paypal request last friday 1/04/19. Still waiting on it.

Waiting on a Amazon gift card since 1/07. I dont mind the wait, but I think Big Ugly should change the '24 hours' part in "Rewards will be delivered to your verified e-mail address within 24 hours" to 'one week' or however long it can sometimes take. That way players wont complain or freak out or get on a rooftop and scream, "show me the money!!!"

I did some calculations the other day and found that on BUP, it takes 54 cashouts of 1,000 chips each to earn $10 (15,000 coins), or 10.5 cashouts of 5,000 chips

It took me 2 1/2 months of play (August, September, half of December) plus getting two 5,000c bonuses in Dec for reaching the time spent playing goals, to collect enough coins to equal $10. I can't say for sure how many hours I spent on the site in August and September although it know it was a lot, but in December it was 2900+ minutes, which equals 48+ hours. Playing a $.05/$.10 ring game on Merge or Bet Online, I can often make $10 in just a couple of hours.

Coins rack up much quicker by building a larger stack and playing higher. The bonuses are better.

For example, a 25k chip cashout gets a 1,098 coin bonus.

Whereas a 1k chip cashout gets a 25 coin bonus.

The problem is no one wants to play any higher than like 5/10.

Thanks for adding the information about the bigger cashout bonuses for larger stacks. I meant to put that in my calculations post, but forgot to include it.

Actually I've been pleased to see more and more players willing to play at higher levels in just the last few weeks. Hope it keeps up!

I basically likened management to a fart in my last post above in a good natured way. Trying to focus on the positive. If it wasnt for getting my amazon gift card a couple days ago and you updating the Jan 3rd period leaderboard (still not paid in coins for the time and the ranking; anybody else?), i would have thought u guys abandoned ship. Even a little communication can go a long way. Im really rooting for this site to thrive. I got a lot of respect for the regs, love the site concept and software, and i'm grateful management is making efforts to stop the cdc.

We have no skin the in the game and nothing to risk but time, free to play while getting paid, so no complaints really. Just simply...Big Ugly, speak up! I cant hear u..

nope. still no love. maybe my cashout request got lost in some electronic shuffle. i don't know. would be nice to hear from BUP though.

it has been three weeks now. still no $100 payout after spending 100k coins. no response of any kind (here or on the BUP website).

as an aside... the 5k coins due to me for the "time" component of the 3rd january promo has not been credited either.

it seems clear that BUP is not planning on paying anyone anymore. fine. another free-play poker site. they should at least come clean on that detail so that new players don't come to the site and erroneously assume that they can make some money. it is obviously the honest thing to do.

if i am wrong on this... it is really incumbent on the BUP crew to quit giving us the silent treatment and straighten out all the various issues (or at least explain that they are working on them).

i've been a big fan and supporter of the site, and would like to continue as such... but the BUP crew is making that quite impossible now.
