FYI. its been a little over a week and i still haven't got paid for my 100 paypal cash out. i hope i get paid b4 they completely go bust.

If we get paid our prize coins from the last promo, I'll have enough to make a $100 cash out, which is what I've been waiting for.

I don't know whether I should try to get in line now and ask for a $50 cash out, wait to see if the prize coins come through to request $100, or if it even matters one way or the other. I'd like to avoid the extra 5k charge when you get $50, but getting something would be better than nothing. Sigh.

A reliable player just now said in chat, that he got a message in his Help Center saying there would be no future cash outs. His cash out has been pending for 14 days.



I's not sure whether this means that pending cash outs will be paid, but no new ones will be accepted, or that none will be paid. However, since the player who got the reply has a cash out pending, it seems to infer none being paid.

I just sent a message to Help Center, telling them that BUP management should be ashamed for only telling a single player about this huge and important development, rather than the entire player base. I also asked why they continue to keep the site active if they don't intend to pay any more winnings.

This is the most unbelievable, irresponsible, and disgusting action ever by this yellow-bellied bunch of (insert expletive deleted word or words of your choice). If they don't have the money, the least they could do is borrow it to pay us. It can't be more than a few thousand dollars. Not even enough for us to sue them over.

Color us suckered. I was pissed at them before, but now I'm REALLY pissed. I played on BUP for close to four months for many, many hours, earned enough coins to cash out $100 (if I had received my last promo prize coins), and I have a big fat ZERO to show for it. And why do I have to be the only conduit for information whispered to one player at a time in their Help Center that some of us have only found out because that player mentioned it in chat, about things which are of concern to the entire BUP player base, but the BUP management are too whatever to post publicly. Thanks, BUP...NOT!!

in case anyone is keeping score: four weeks, no pay.

its been 2 weeks, still no 100.00 payment in my paypal acct. common BUP, any sort of response would be appreciated even if its something like 'hey sorry guys we tried but we are out of business so, no more payouts.' u know, instead of leaving us loyal regs in the dark.

I JUST GOT PAID . i just wanted every1 to know i just got my pay pal payment of 100.00 in to my acct today 02/23/2019 at 10;30 a.m. p.s.t. it took a little over 2 weeks. thank u BUP, but can u guys let us know whats going on with ur site. a BUP player tonkaaa told me they got a message in the help center saying that no more cash outs will be processed about a week ago. hey fellow regs dont lose hope just yet.

i also got paid today. took about a month.

it's a good sign amongst a lot of bad ones. still no explanation from BUP. still not awarded january promo coins. website still has some artifacts from december & september of last year on it.

Well, I don't have my Jan final promo chips yet. Maybe I'll try cashing out for $50 and see what happens.

My $20 amazon card link and code came yesterday on 2/23. So in fairness I thought I would post that. I do wish there were some type of public announcement on what the status is at BUP especially with them being absent on 2+2 for quite some time and also with no feb. promo and with the last part of the January contest and so on. I do not know if this was an effort to wrap things up in a good way before shutting down, or if there was some internal hiccup such as a serious illness or something that would hinder operations behind the scenes. It would be nice to know.
