Ok, BUP management. Today is February 4th.

We have no January Promo Period 3 Leaderboard for the promotion which ended January 31st (or according to BUP, midnight February 1st) and have not seen it since, I believe, the 3rd day of the contest. Also, no February promotion announcement or information posted, December promo banner still up on the site, two chip dumpers still active as of yesterday, and at least one cash out that's been pending for two weeks.

Worst of all, we've had very little communication from management lately, and exactly zero statements addressing any of our most pressing concerns regarding site security. There were only two (2) posts from management in January, both in response to questions about the January promotion, the last on January 9th.

You have some very loyal regular players on BUP, but it makes it difficult to continue supporting the site when we feel ignored, and can only speculate among ourselves about what's going on or not going on behind the scenes.

This is concerning, I know this is a small poker site with small staff, but there should be more of an effort here. At least a hey there, I am still alive. And I know from the statistics Greg checked this site recently enough to see these recent threads.

I received a reply dated February 4th, in my Help Center. It was an answer to the many screen caps and posts about illegal actions by mompisan35 and santhiago during Jan Promo Period 3, that I had sent to management. The reply said that they had been "removed" from the most recent contest, which we now all know because they didn't show up on the winners' list.

Well that's all well and fine, but if management thought that they had done something dishonest enough to eliminate them from the contest, why are they still being allowed to play on the site? I was told by other players that they were seen playing on BUP as late as last night. I replied asking that same question, and repeated my mantra about how I believe lax site security, and reports posted to the forum about cheating players are causing some players to leave the site, and those who might have joined to decide not to.

If you agree that cheating players should be immediately banned from BUP, and that just eliminating them from participating in a contest but letting them continue to play on the site is not acceptable, please let management know.

I sent my reply to them through the Help Center.

If you want your voice to be heard on the cheating players issue, probably you should post it to the Help Center as well, since management doesn't appear to be monitoring this forum much, nor responding to us directly in it.

I think we all know that the guys have given up and simply gone back to work, just leaving the game playing on from their shed.

We can only hope they're honest in terms of payouts, and will pop back every now and then to pay any withdrawal requests.

It was a good idea, but, for some reason, it didn't catch on enough to make it a big enough business to pay them for full-time attention.

Cross posted from earlier today in is/was this place dead thread and BUP withdrawal thread.

A reliable player just now said in chat, that he got a message in his Help Center saying there would be no future cash outs. His cash out has been pending for 14 days.



I's not sure whether this means that pending cash outs will be paid, but no new ones will be accepted, or that none will be paid. However, since the player who got the reply has a cash out pending, it seems to infer none being paid.

I just sent a message to Help Center, telling them that BUP management should be ashamed for only telling a single player about this huge and important development, rather than the entire player base. I also asked why they continue to keep the site active if they don't intend to pay any more winnings.

This is the most unbelievable, irresponsible, and disgusting action ever by this yellow-bellied bunch of (insert expletive deleted word or words of your choice). If they don't have the money, the least they could do is borrow it to pay us. It can't be more than a few thousand dollars. Not even enough for us to sue them over.

Color us suckered. I was pissed at them before, but now I'm REALLY pissed. I played on BUP for close to four months for many, many hours, earned enough coins to cash out $100 (if I had received my last promo prize coins), and I have a big fat ZERO to show for it. And why do I have to be the only conduit for information whispered to one player at a time in their Help Center that some of us have only found out because that player mentioned it in chat, about things which are of concern to the entire BUP player base, but the BUP management are too whatever to post publicly. Thanks, BUP...NOT!!
