yes, i believe the staffs names are highlighted in green when they are at the tables.

My username is actually just Greg, and Dean is Dean, etc. But our pods have green outlines and ours are the only ones that do. Hope that helps!

Mudslides are a real concern though! I mean, the fires strip away the foliage, then the rains come (it's raining now!), it's a vicious cycle. Your concern is heartwarming.

I have been waiting for a cash out ($100 amazon gift card) for over 48hrs now. The store says it can take up to 24hrs. Help center has been no help. And the email is not in my spam/junk folder either. Slightly concerned, but I still have faith. Any insight appreciated? I love your site btw!

I don't want to be seen as a complainer so i'll attempt to provide constructive criticism. Please change your site name it's as though you're dogging the concept of poker. It hasn't yet and likely won't have more than 20 or more people on at the same time as it currently is. Windows functionality has been seriously hampered from my perspective (no re-sizing, sound down often, browser crunching/crashing often) since site inception. I don't want to nor will I run firefox. And again not to complain but it has been 96 hours since I've requested a $20 paypal and it hasn't come through. What we do isn't aesthetically repugnant.

Hi Joshua. Our name is meant ironically! Like the game of poker itself, our site is incredibly small in that it doesn't take much to play, and beautiful. It's a fair concern but we like to sort of bold ironic style of our name.

As to your stability issues, we haven't seen much of that. We suggest Chrome but things ought to be solid on any browser. If you haven't already, maybe try dropping a line in the help center with your specific setup (OS, browser, etc.) and we'll see if we can help.

As for the payout we have been chasing down issues and got delayed in the payouts but you should be all square at this point. If you're not, please hit us up in the help section.

Have been away from BUP for a couple of months, and juat started back playing again about two weeks ago. I use Firefox as my browser and am finding that I'm having some software issues.

1) This first problem is one I've had since I started playing on BUP back in August but it seems to have gotten worse since I've been away. When I first join a game or tourney, often the table will come up in the popup window so hugely oversized that only about 1/4 of it is showing. Closing the table & re-joining always used to fix it, but now sometimes it takes two or three re-joins before the table is the same size as the window.

2) Thanks for making it so we can resize the table window in Firefox, to make it smaller. However, it doesn't work every time. Often when I make the window smaller, the table doesn't resize, and I can only see part of it, so have to close the window & re-join. This may be related somehow to Issue 1.

3) Often during play, I will go to type in the Chat and find out that I can't. Sometimes it takes closing the table & re-joining several times before it gets fixed. Plus I can't seem to chat until AFTER I pay my blinds, so I have to wait til then to see if I can actually chat or not. If not, I have to close the window and re-join the game again. This gets old really quick, and I'm sure it disrupts the game for the other players, and I can't even tell them why I keep joining and leaving so quickly.

4) Several times I've had my bet controls totally freeze up, so I'm unable to bet, fold or check, and also can't chat. Again, it's close the table window and re-join the game, and then apologize to the table (assuming I can actually chat when I re-join the game, which sometimes I haven't been able to do).

5) I had hoped the software would get faster as time went on, but I see that it hasn't. It's bad enough that the games play so slowly because of watching ads, and because of that the long amount of time players have to take action, but clicking the buttons to Check or Fold seem to have a few seconds lag before they register, and sometimes I have to click them twice because the first click doesn't always take. Sorry, but BUP games are only slightly faster than watching paint dry. Sometimes the slow pace is kinda tranquilizing and zen, but more often than not to me it's just annoying as hell .

I noticed today that I was unable to chat after being moved to a new PNG table. I was able to chat prior to the move. After rejoining the game, the next table move resulted in not being able to access chat again.

Also, I was wrong about not being able to see whether I can chat or not prior to posting blind(s). If I am able to chat, I can tell right away. There were just so many times when I rejoined and still couldn't chat, that I was confused on that part.

Forgot to mention in my previous post that sometimes I'll check the chat window and find that it's not been scrolling along with the action. I have to manually scroll it in order to bring it current. Doesn't happen very often, but has a few times so I thought I'd mention it. I have Chat Options set to "Everything" for both Dealer and Players. It will always stop scrolling if I roll it back to check what happened in a previous hand, but I had not done that today. It just never started scrolling from the moment I sat at the table.

Still waiting on a cashout from last Monday. My first cashout only took couple of days. Anybody else waiting on a cash out? I've submitted multiple inquiries through the help center but have not received a response.

Imo, everything points to BUP being a two-man operation run out of a garden shed for a couple of guys to make an extra few dollars, so they're probably taking a few days off over Christmas. I wouldn't worry about the delay too much. They'll get round to it when they check everything is still up and running.

Well, not a garden shed, but you're not far off! We've been slaving away on some things behind the scenes and that combined with bank holidays and personal holiday festivities have put us a touch behind. We're back at it though and payouts will go out be end of day! Thanks!

Sorry to hear you're seeing so many issues! Some of these we know of and are working on, others are new to us. Have you sent a message in the help center? If you haven't, could you and include your operating system, browser, etc.? We've seen things break randomly when certain browsers update and there are so many browsers it's hard to keep up. That said, each time we fix something we try to fix it in an elegant way that should be future proof. We try! But browser makers seem to take perverse joy in breaking things in new ways. The upside to a 100% web-based game is how easy it is to play, but the downside is being at the whims of the browser folk.

Thanks. Most of the problems seem to have taken care of themselves, although I haven't been on any levels lately where I had to switch tables, so can't say for sure. Maybe some of them were just temporary browser issues or something...dunno.

I will try to document problems and the circumstances when they happen so the programmers perhaps can figure out more easily what's causing them, do screen captures where possible, and then submit to Help Center.

Guys, you need to fix the playing time. Mine shows I've already accrued almost 3k minutes in January . I believe that is the sum total of all the time I played in December.

i had the same problem. contacted BUP through the help center (on site) they recommended refreshing page. it worked.

I thought that this was only happening to my account. I have more faith in the problem being handled now that I know that the bug is affecting the entire site.
