Is anyone else getting a blank white screen when trying to "resume" play after selecting a table to play on?

I am getting the same error.

Same here - I am Crookid on there, I can not get the table to populate.

Im in the same boat... just a white screen

same thing, both on 'cash' and the 4:00pm west coast tourney.

Hopefully it gets fixed by the 9pm est 5k guarantee.

Having the same problem. A reboot did not help.

Having the same issue as others - the blank white screen of death. When I click to join a table, it adds my name to the list, but I cannot access it or play at all.

It's been at least the last 7-8 hours for me, an update on the situation would be helpful.

It’s a case of the “I got it”s. We each thought the other was gonna reply. I can’t speak to what happened but I can say it seems to be fixed.

I cashed in two stacks yesterday. The first one, I forgot it had gone up to 3500 for this week's contest and cashed in about 3.1k, so gg me. Second one was around 3.7k. That hasn't shown up on the leaderboard so far. Maybe I'm confused on the dates or something?

same here. i should have one cash for week three so far, but it appears that no one is on the board yet for week three.

We had yet to update the code to reflect the 3rd contest, it's updated now and shows your place correctly now. Thanks!

tried signing in for the first time in awhile. typed in my email and pw, it just sits there. no action going on.

Stop deleting posts please..if the site is shady the site is shady...2p2 shoulda thought about that stuff before getting involved IMHO...deal with the backlash from those paying attention

To add,

Being you have like 10 people on the site, are you tracking the players that are lined up for the sucking up of your free money like a bonomo/hamilton clone on a rampage??

Are you tracking:

1)the areas these people are from
2)times they are playing
3) and identifying any particular patterns in play
4)the plays they are making throughout their sessions,
5)who pops in and out of a particular games that these people are playing,
6) checking and comparing IPs

....and on and on and on????

I have a sneaking suspicion, the answer to most all of that is a resounding NO

What exactly are you doing to protect your site from scumbag cheats?

How many hours do you spend per day looking at players hand histories to determine if they are cheating or not?

Link to where you talk about these things in depth please?

Cause i dont see anybody but a player making jumps like some of these dudes do without help, whether it be from another player or from their program they wrote. I have played with these jumpers plenty and they aint players.....crazy mysterious luckboxers maybe....definitely not players

If your post had been written in a civil manner, like your latest, and not abusively and ranting to include: "clueless asses"; "get your **** straight"; "you *******s"; "shinanigans"; "bigfugly"; "you morons"; "ass backward schmucks"; and peppered with not so veiled threats; then it would not have been deleted.

Abusive and vitriolic posts that spout baseless accusations, threats, and swearing will be deleted. Them's the breaks. Change your post style or get used to having things vanish. We'll also ban the game-chat of anyone that brings this manner of discourse to our tables. We're here to play poker and have fun and we'll moderate the conversation to that end.

Our site isn't shady. Look around this forum and you'll find plenty of folk quite pleased with how quickly and honestly they're being paid out. We are, in fact, giving out more than we're taking in at the moment because we're trying to reward our early adopters and we're happy to be doing so.

I'm not going to go through your list point by point but I'll say that what you think of as cheating is, most likely, reckless play because the barrier to entry at the lower levels is so low. At higher levels you'll find much much better play, that's the nature of the beast. You'll find better play at a high-roller table in Vegas than you will at my Sunday nickel game with my buddies. Play your way up a few levels and you'll discover most of your concerns go away.

You may also be getting confused by the fact that many of our players aren't chatting. The lack of chat does not mean somebody is a bot. Many of our players don't chat because they can't, we haven't enabled chat from mobile devices yet and more than half our players enjoy our site from their phones.

All this to say, we're a fun little site that's trying to grow, we're on the up and up, and if you give us an honest chance you may come around on this whole idea. On the other hand it sounds like maybe our way of doing things isn't your speed, in which case we hope you'll move on to a different site the fits you better and we sincerely wish you good luck!

This site is not a scam people. Ive been playing on BUP for a couple months now and ive cashed out $200.00 through paypal and will be cashing out another $100.00 soon. I didn't have to submit any paperwork like I.d. utility bill or credit card statements, which is very favorable for me. All of us regs on ur site love ur quick n responsive software. The emojies are also enjoyable. The only MAJOR problem in the software is the bet slider always resets to minimum amount when someone adds chips to their stack or when someone new sits in at the table. Its quite infuriating when ur playing deep stacked. Please fix this glich. Hey fellow regs, join my cry to get this glich fixed ASAP.

Agree with the betting glitch. But overall the site is good to play at and I have received $30.00 by paypal. I do think the rng can seem to favor or break certain players at times, but I have been on both sides so I cannot complain and do not think this is rigged. I recommend playing here and glad that U.S. players have this option.

We've been distracted from fixing the bet slider bug by our efforts to promote the site. We've got limited resources and at the moment we're using them to try and get some more players! We hope to get back to fixing bugs soon.

You'd think fixing the bugs would be a higher priority than drawing in new players to a site that could still use some tweeking. I digress.

I like it overall. If you could get the player chat working on mobile that might be helpful getting higher stakes going. I'm pretty sure some of the other regs would play higher if they knew other people had larger stacks also. It's just a different game than Level 1.

I've also enjoyed the site. I'm just a rec but I've been around a while, been casually enjoying online poker since the mid-2000s and been a member at 2+2 since 2008. As to some of the complaints, I get them in chat sometimes. I've been accused of having some kind of "program" which helps me win, crazy talk. Not to be insulting, but if I did I'd be playing for larger stakes. Some people are predictable, don't play to the contest, and that makes them exploitable. That's why some people win and they don't. BUP is perfect for someone like me who has limited time to play some cards and have a chance at some prizes. Appreciate it!

Can we get an alert notifying us when it's our turn. I'm not talking about the time warning alert which you already have. I want an audio alert as soon as it's our turn. I think this would speed up play significantly.
