Tommy I hope you keep playing on bup and I hope you keep reporting people you think are cheating (Garster & Hitech). However in the case of joshua herrick if you think about it he cheated himself. Unless I'm misunderstanding something to me it seems like he cheated himself out of 10 days worth of playing in the promo.

As far as the July promo with 3 minutes left, I believe I was involved in the hand in question. There were 3 people that were basically tied for first in chips. I, stevensnell, have KK and one of the leaders decides to move allin first in. I double up and win the July promo. I think he had like 67 or something. Not sure why he did it, in the chat he said he had a brain fart. I don't even remember if it was shredder but I'm assuming it is. I assure you I am not shredder or josh herrick and I have no idea who he is. Also, just so there's no more suspicion, I stopped playing in the Aug promo because I realized I was going on a 2 week vacation, which I am in the middle of, and their was no way I was going to be able to play enough to compete. So I stopped.

I also want to say its amazing to me that billion dollar tech companies, corporations, spy agencies, and poker sites with thousands of employees have security breaches all the time. Yet people expect BUP a poker site still in beta, with few employees, and in operation for less than a month to have zero security problems. I don't get it.

But like I said I hope you keep playing because you pay attention, you catch cheaters, and report bugs. Poker sites need players like you.

I do think its crap that BUP disabled your chat for reporting garster. I hope that this has been resolved.

While I've been typing my last 2 posts I missed the first 18 minutes of the 10pm tourney. Their has got to be a way of having tourneys automatically open up when they start.

Second that. I've missed several starts as well, because I was playing in PNG and not watching the website/lobby, where the play button can only be seen if the page is full screen.

Are SNGs removed? I no longer see that tab on my Poker page... sorry if this was mentioned before and I missed it.

Don't think it's been mentioned (I think it must have just happened), but it does make sense for now. People would register for a SNG and then have to wait days for it to fill up, so chances of those reg'd actually being on site when the tourney started were not very good.

New big problem started Friday nite around 11PM EDT. I'm still using Windows 10 and Firefox. I had been playing for awhile and everything was fine. Then all of a sudden while in PNG, I think the program would start trying to move me to a new table, but instead it would sit me out, leaving the table I had been at on screen but with me not on it. I had to go to the lobby and push play to get to the new table which showed me as sitting out.

Also, happened a couple of times where everyone disappeared from the table, but the table stayed on my screen, and showed no players including me as there. However, in a few seconds other players appeared to be on the table, and I was there too, but sitting out.

Seems to be happening almost every hand now, so I will close the program and reopen it, to see if it works itself out. Otherwise no more play for me tonite.

The switching tables issue seems to have been resolved after I logged out and logged back in.

It's likely that the software update we did caused this issue. Browsers that were left open across the update may have had problems that required a simple refresh. We've got some ideas on how to detect that case in the future.

Hi Welcome! Ads with no sounds are a google chrome lead thing. The black box is when our Ad company doesn't have enough inventory to fulfill our requests, but you will get the credit anyway.

After watching the ads, chips are not always being added to my stack. Additionally, there is no "x" button to end the ads early. I'm playing on my phone.

Nah you are not wrong. There are several multi accounters doing the old raise it up to within a dollar of the other stack and then fold out. Or the old raise reraise by small increments until the villain folds out and then check it down. Deadlykitten, Joshsing and one other proper name that started with a "J" are the ones I noticed recently.

The ads are not crediting your account with chips about 50% of the time. Many ads don't even run. Specifically, the SYL or whatever ads. Very frustrating. Also, there's no way to end an ad early like there used to be.
