What upsets me: I'm in four different games (the max). Screen shows 14 people playing. None in any of the 'games' I'm in. Can't get into another game because I'm playing the max number.......

Those players are most likely playing on different levels. So build your stack up to get in those games! Or cash out one of your stacks and start at the beginning.

I have noticed a problem with a hanging circle loading screen with the ads before the ad loads, it is causing the ads to load slower, please fix.

I keep seeing what some people could argue as a collusion problem

OH and then theres always the extremely talented same Reg #SuckOutkings that consistently and mysteriously always seem to get " lucky" at just the right times for the yooooge pots that conveniently let them stay atop the leaderboards.

Also, this minutes after flop time promo, i put a reasonable amount of time in on this site....LOL @5 million minutes of FLOP TIME. i dont think i have seen anyone on this site bang 5 milliion minutes seeing the flop unless they are all soft playing together...every minute of every day, everyone letting each other see the flop lol colluders gonna collude if thats the case amirite?

NO U! This site is littered with colluders and what seems to be hackers. lotsa coincidence and "luck" among the Leaderboard players. Loser cheats who think they can build games around certain players etc etc..cheats, a whole bunch of em IMHO (wink wink)

Likely because the 14 playing are all MAers & their buddies who have the site all colluded up & know how to manipulate the balancing of tables to afford their TEAM the ability to control where the prize money goes.

IN MY OPINION....Its really looking to be a run on Amazon and Paypal giftcards by a bunch of Los Angeles con-folk with the help of some foreign entities so as to better mask the collusion during off hours (12-8am EST?).


You should get a hold of the colluding cheats that have a hold of your site before Amazon & Paypal get a hold of hours of video and screen shots that a concerned player may be recording and will be hard to defend....easy game

Is it Amazon or PayPal, whom we're sending our hard-earned cash in exchange for those cards? Is it two-plus-two, who very kindly gave us some community space? Is it you?!? Cause I can say with 100% certainty we haven't taken a dime from you, nor could we. You keep posting these outrageous statements. If some players are colluding or chip dumping, that sucks, and we're working on methods to combat it. You can combat it yourself by just playing your way up to a higher level, the poker play is much better up there.

I can tell you with 100% certainty that BUP has STOLEN from me as of right now.

As of 4ish-5ish am central time Monday(yes I know its late) I have to play the ads about 3 times to get credit for coins or to start a game, and it is very annoying please fix.

I'm trying to imagine what type of person would sit around obsessing and complaining about a free poker site. I've come to the conclusion that only the biggest ****ing loser in the world would do such a thing. wink wink, amirite

However the site is definitely not perfect. I think we need a beep as soon as its our turn. I believe this would speed up play significantly. I've had peeps complaining in the chat box about my slow play. They think I do it on purpose.

Every site (party, poker stars, full tilt, carbon, acr, etc...) I have ever played on has had an audio notification as soon as it was the players turn.


This is actually my biggest problem with your site.

We agree and it's on our radar to do this. I'm TERRIBLE for game play speed when I'm at a table. I chat or I multi-task and suddenly I'm holding up the game. Thanks for the feedback, I hope we can cross this off the to-do list soon.

windows 10 google chrome, and I bought my pc system (8700k intel) this year. I have not experienced it in a while. But it seemed to happen a couple nights when there were only 1-3 players at the table and it seemed to happen in the early mornings. But I would try to address the circle hang time when the ad is trying to load. Also I hope that everyone is okay from the fires and you had a good Thanksgiving.

And the second problem does not happen 100% of the time but enough to be of concern and noticeable.

Any luck on adding the 5k chips to the player's account that met the time requirement for Contest #2 which ran from November 11th-20th?

I wasn't in the "Top 10" but I did put in the required hours. Am I due a 5k chip bonus?

When you first started, staff had names like "Big Ugly Greg". I haven't seen any screen names resembling "Big Ugly ____". Is there any other way to differentiate staff from regular users?

vaguely recall that staffers have green player pods at the tables.
