Thanks Alex,

it's definitely been less frequent recently and haven't noticed players sitting out for long periods.

It's tough to "make it right" since you won't be losing money directly with this bug, you'll be losing your seat so you lose the opportunity to win a pot.

No offence but you should put the same ammount of energy you have for mtts making the client more playable. Atleast fix that freaking betslider. That should be the highest priority because it effects to everyone who plays mpn atm. After that make the (bets) fonts way bigger. Cant see sheeet when you play more than one table.

There was a discussion in MTT thread about rebuys. Client currently doesn't support multiple rebuys at the same time, and it really should.

Allowing people to double rebuy after going to 0 chips @ regular rebuy would make prize pools bit higher and would allow people to play more deepstacked if they wish. Also it would allow unlimited rebuys (and add-ons) in Wild West type tournaments (or satellites).

Ruins the Environment Farseer imo - Multiple rebuys/re-entries at same time can just turn into a big advantage to those with deeper pockets - ok in a one off event but not in every game.

Fine in one game - are u a Cowboy? U really want that wild west format

Is the feedback which we send when closing client completely anonymous / or does it get analyzed with our stats/ True Player Value index / net deposits, or any other piece of info about Profile that could be gathered ?

We have fixed the issue in some circumstances but a few lingering issues remain. We're actively working on this and when I have an update on the fix I'll post here.

We do have a number of improvements to the bet slider and table in the pipeline.

Microgaming receives your comments, an account number and some diagnostic data (OS, language, client version etc). There is no personally identifiable information included.

It is not anonymous - we are combining data from the feedback system with data about player behaviour, so that we can better understand the real business value of the suggestions we get.

Microgaming does not have access to your deposit history or any personal data, and this is NOT used in any such analysis.

What time did you play? The promotion started at 00:01 GMT, so if you played earlier than that you would not have completed the challenge.

Very nice promotion you have here. This is impossible to do because blaze 10NL runs only with the cannon promotion.

You have to play the missions in the new software or else you wont get ticket. Made that mistake myself.

The new software is bad in my opinion tho :/

-Poker software should be easy and logical and have that "clean" feel to it.
-Bet slider is really weird in the new software
-If you want to join a cash game in the new software you click play and you will randomly be seated.
People with old software can choose if they want to play on a) regular table b)turbo table? c)deep table d) anonymous table
You should lose all those different table types and have one regular table type for the whole player pool then.

Really like that MPN is trying to compete again and MPN Alex is doing good job here but the software feels like a downgrade to me.

Few questions if anyone can help please

- Can we disable avatars?
- Can we change the table felt color? I play on redbet but I hate red tables...^^

Is it possible to revert to old client by any chance? That would solve my problems actually

Thanks for the feedback. I'm confident that we will address a lot of it in the next couple of months, and hopefully then you'll give it another go and feel differently. In the meantime, you can carry on using the classic software, as it is still available.

You can't do these things in the new client yet, but we have some plans.

In the meantime, yes you can continue to use the classic client. Unless you uninstalled it, it will still be on your machine. We have not upgraded anyone automatically.

Looks like this was the reason. The new client is now live with everyone except Grosvenor, who have decided to perform some further testing before going live. Download links for all poker rooms are here: https://mpn.poker/prima-download-links/

Remember you can continue using the classic client if you wish, even if you install the new one. Installing the new client does not uninstall the old one.

Again no offence but I can't see this happening. I'm mainly a cashgame player but I wont bother playing that promotion because I don't want to play mtts as a reward. I would love to see blaze running because now you can choose between stars with coffins or party and bots. If you really want to kickstart blaze then bring a promotion that suitable for cashplayers. It's like every other site. Play cash and get a reward to play mtt. It's more like a punishment.

Thanks. We'll take this feedback into account when planning future promotions.

Note that we will sometimes intentionally run promotions like this, because we want to encourage players to try multiple game varieties

We don't have a specific date in mind yet. For the majority of users, we don't plan to upgrade until we're comfortable that the new experience is far superior to the old one.

However in some specific cases, we may need to upgrade users sooner, for technical or regulatory reasons. No plans yet, but it is something that I think it likely to happen.

what the **** is wrong with the prima poker mission .. i did the challenge 2 times today and yestarday . Then i read the forum.. and download the new softfare and did it again.. while this process i might well spent well over 50 60 euro becus of my stubbornness. and tilt issuses in the process..
and yet it say. we can;'t registed you to this tournament when i re open the old software.. new client is ****ing terrible.. who ever did that or which RD agreeded it shuld be burn in sun at 12 oclock in desert

I haven't played on MPN for a short while and have been considering returning after recent positive discussions in the MTT thread.

However, i'm at a complete loss when it comes to the new software (Prima). I still have the old software installed (also) and have been comparing them.

A couple of things stood out for me immediately...

Where is the 'Preferences/settings' option to be able to set things up the way I would like. I don't have any options. Just one example of this is the time. Currently, the time here is 9:36 am. I look at the MTT schedule and it states that the next one starts at 22:45. I want to be able to see when things are running in the time I know, not have to spend ages trying to figure out a different timezone and how that matches my own.

Literally, the only options I have (apart from being able to click on my avatar to change it or Achievements to view them) is when I click on the image circled in the following pic:



That then brings up the following options, as shown in this pic:



I've looked under everything in this list, including both, 'my account' and 'display settings' yet, there's nothing there to address this or anything else.

Also, when I open the 'tournament' tab and click on an MTT , as shown in the following pic:



Why doe's no tournament lobby pop up (there's just a description about it to the right hand side)? Previously a lobby pops-up and when an MTT is running, you can click on a player and bring up his table to view it. Now there isn't even a tournament lobby. The only option given is to 'register' and even once that's done, there's still no tournament lobby.

I have to say that, I don't like the new software at all if this is the finished product. It looks to me like you've removed 3/4 of the old software in regards to the details/settings/options etc...etc...and that this is an inferior 'dumbed-down' version.

Currently I can still play on the old software which is fine but, if that option is removed and the only choice is this new software (in it's current state), then it's highly likely i'll be withdrawing my money and won't be returning.
