Hi Alex. I just read a rumour that partypoker is going to ban use of HUDs. To avoid losing cashgame players to party, I suggest you reconsider the ability to take notes and using colourcodes that stay, as a permanent feature?

Hi everyone,

We're beginning the rollout of v40.2 today, which includes some major performance improvements for the download client, including an important fix for an issue which could cause the action buttons to become unresponsive in some scenarios.

The release also includes:
  • The client now has a ‘latency’ indicator, showing if you have a poor connection to our game servers. A ‘heartbeat’ icon will also appear at the table, in situations where you are experiencing poor connectivity.
  • In the UK market, you must now be logged in before you’ll see any game tiles. This is to ensure that you are over 18.
  • We’ve made it clearer that the software is downloading and installing a new update.
  • As requested in this thread, player notes and colours are now enabled at Anonymous Tables.
  • A fix for a server-side issue which prevented some players from rebuying and adding on.

I'm not sure what you're asking for, do you think we will lose players to Party because players from the MPN would prefer an environment with no HUDs?

Since im a Swedish player i don´t have access to the pokerclient, atm im playing on the site and sometimes the phone. I got two questions.

When do you expect swedish players to be able to play on the client again?

There should be automatic table popups like in the old software when it was your turn to act it automtically popped up without you have to scroll through the tables

Re: Tournament Refunds for yesterday’s issue. We are refunding based on chip equity at the time of the problems, but we had an issue pulling all the data we needed. We’ll now be issuing all the refunds in a batch tomorrow. Really sorry for this delay.

This is actually only the case for Betsson Group brands - Betsson, Betsafe and NordicBet - because they have not fully completed the Sweden work yet. Players on other poker rooms can use the download client. I’m expecting Betsson to complete the Sweden work in April, and the download client will be available again at that time.

I assume programs like this are not allowed? Ain't buying any russian malware but would like to know mpns policy on this. It says HH_MPNconverter complements these hands so that they can be counted by poker trackers so does this mean you can somehow make handhistories full? Meaning you get all the hands even if you don't participate in the pot.

Assuming the program does only what it says, it's allowed.

Maybe you can ask PokerTracker and HEM to implement the same functionality in their software? All the data they need is there.

Ok could you still comment on the question does 'complements these hands' mean only the hands I put money in the middle or every hand from the table like your normal handhistories? Thx.

Our hand histories (in the classic client) work as follows:

1. If you contribute to the pot, a full hand history is stored
2. If you don't contribute to the pot, a partial hand history is stored (with no information about your opponents' actions)

All the information to track your own basic results is there, but any stats that relate to your opponents actions (like, say, your Fold to PFR%) can be skewed (because if you fold to a PFR without contributing to the pot, your opponent's PFR will not be recorded in the HH).

I haven't reviewed the program in question, but my guess is that it 'fills in the gaps' in case (2) with dummy data, and creates a file that can be imported into PT / HEM. This will result in some stats being broken or misleading, but will at least allow you to track your own results.

The best thing you can do is report your concern to your poker room's support team. They will escalate your concern to our poker integrity team, with all of the relevant data which we need to respond to you.

I'm not sure what you're asking for, do you think we will lose players to Party because players from the MPN would prefer an environment with no HUDs?
So basically you wait until someone reports a suspicious account and then look into it?

No. Over 99% of Game Integrity investigations are proactively initiated.

However, it’s important that you report a concern for two reasons:

1. The information you provide might help us to discover one of the cases in the 1%, or deal with it more quickly, hence reducing the harm caused.

2. It’s the only way we can effectively reassure you that your concerns have been properly investigated.

Hi Alex, Canadian player here, I've been able to log in to my account fine for the last year. Since yesterday morning I can't log in. Is this a new issue? Really sucks for me because I have a time limit on a bonus I'm working on.

Never mind Alex I figured it out. For anyone with log in issues, try going to their web page and then you have to accept the new Terms & Conditions. Then go back to the poker client and it should work. Did for me anyways.

What poker room are you playing with please? This shouldn't be the case, we have a mechanism in our poker client for providing and accepting T&C updates.

Please would you report this issue to your poker room and send your log files? Here's how:

On Windows:

- Click the Start Menu
- Enter the following text: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\
- Open the poker room folder (e.g. 'Prima Poker')
- The log file is in this folder, called 'log.log'. Attach this file to the email.

On Mac:

- In Finder, Click the 'Go' Menu, then select 'Go to Folder'

- Open the poker room folder (e.g. 'Prima Poker')

I encountered a very weird bug today.

I was playing PLO and closed one of my tables after sitting out. I was playing on another table and therefore didn´t notice for a few minutes that my stack from the first table either never ended up in my account balance or it vanished afterwards.

I have tried logging in and out of my account, I tried to see if I´m still sitting on the table by using the "watch a table" feature and have also tried everything else, but the money is still gone from my account. Of course I have also contacted my MPN skin, but so far I have only received an automated response.

I attached a screenshot in order to show that my account balance is definitely wrong.
I have a balance of 92,16 € at the moment, but as you can see I have made roughly ~199 € in cashgame profits in the last 24 hours. I´m also down 15 € in Fish Party SNGs, but losses of 15 € obviously can´t be an explanation for this balance difference.
I haven´t played anything else, I also haven´t made any deposits or withdrawals and I also didn´t play in the MPN poker client casino or the casino of my MPN skin.



According to my calculations I should have an account balance of 249,79 €.
The most obvious explanation is that my stack of 157,63 € at one of my PLO tables just vanished after I closed the table. If this money would be in my balance, my account balance would be correct.

Having said that I have played on the new software for 2-3 weeks and am very happy so far. It is great that I can play using a webclient and that I don´t have to download any software. I also didn´t have any problems until today and I have joined and left tables without any problems during the previous weeks. Today is the first time that I actually encounter an issue using the new MPN webclient.

I´d like to elaborate on how I arrived at that particular account balance:

The following screenshot shows my last 9 cashgame table buy-ins and buy-outs (or whatever leaving a table is called ).



25,48 €
+ 157,63 € (this is the missing money if I´m correct)
+ 66,48 €
- 50 €
+ 50,20 €
- 50 €
+ 50 €

= 249,79 €

If you make the same calculation without the 157,63 €, you get 92,16 € as a result, which
is my current available account balance. This is probably not a coincidence, but rather proof for my theory that the 157,63 € from the "Jolanda (Deep)" table are not in my account and instead have vanished.

khl, could you PM me your poker alias please?

I suspect what has happened is that your funds are 'stuck' at the table. This happens when our system can't communicate with your poker room's wallet for whatever reason (could be downtime on their side, or an internet connectivity problem). It retries repeatedly, and we also have some failsafe measures in place, so if you just wait a while the funds will be automatically returned.

However if you send me your alias I may be able to speed up this process for you.
