I haven't sent anything to the support of the site I play on as I will get an answer of a "reinstall/clear your cookies" type. This is not a question of the site I play on being capable of fixing issues because the fact is that players from other skins are also experiencing the same issue so it's the problem going on on the entire network, so feel free to kick some ass

It's still better if you contact your poker room, and they escalate it to us.

To put it simply - the poker room has part of the information we need to investigate the case (information about your account), and we have the other part (information about your activity on the poker system). When the poker room escalates to us, we have access to the whole puzzle and can investigate the situation much more effectively.

Feel free to PM me with details about the specific situation you encountered, but I would really appreciate if you would contact your poker room anyway, as this makes things a lot easier for us.

i play on bets10 and aim having exactly same problem with the sit out bug aswell. i sent pic of the bug when its occour and provided detailed explnation but this is not the bets10's client problem . its mostly MPn issue.. and yet they can;t solve any of my problem beside listening . gotta love my customer support

i got another problem also.. that my achievement badges.. i am a player over 10+ years in microgaming since it was ongame network..so i know what iam talking about , and we had an option that u can hide my achivement badges..but in my cleint that option is not there. some how after upgrade it gone and all the badges near players really annoys me. imagine u are playing 8+ table and 8*6 players = 48 little badges .. its just tiring your eye and crowded in screen ,, ohh btw if u play 6-8 table at the time. u are guranteed to miss some action and which leads to miss blind or something.. and u will be kicked from table immediatly and can not sit again :/

+1 to the badge problem as well. They clutter the screen and are pointless. Please allow us to hide them again.

Same here, can't remove the badges anymore, the "privacy" button from the Achievement page just disappeared (another bug affecting the entire network). Multitabling is a pure hell now. And again Alex will tell us to send messages to the support site while all the information is already presented, just need to fix it! But of course nothing will happen, just like the Auto rebuy bug that they couldn't fix in 10 ****ing years.

Glad to hear that all important features are going to be implemented.
Two more q's:

1) How about full ring tables? They almost never run, if they run they are usually shorthanded anyway. Probably almost no one who plays on this network really likes them (otherwise they would have left to a room/network where these tables actually run) so whats the point to keep them?

2) Will players still have the ability to start a new table whenever they decide, with no respect in a number of already running tables with open seats or is it going to be strictly autoseating once you discontinue support of the old software?

@shortstackers pretty sure it's time for you to start learning 100bb poker lol

Same for me.After I reinstall the old client privacy option disappeared and I stuck with badges.It's very annoying.

I kept setup for the old client in case I need.

yup .and i was wondering when it would broken for good

unlucky for me i live in turkey and bets10 [MPN] is my only option. other ways i would quit here long time ago.. :/
