If the older version is already installed, do we need to download the new exe or older version will update itself automatically ?

Just go to 'Menu' > 'Upgrade Now' and the new version will be installed alongside the old version. The old version is kept, so you can still use it.

I agree wity everything, obviously the software designers havent got a clue about poker and how to make us happy . This is the worst software of all the poker rooms IMO.

But I am still on the old software , the moment they are forcing us to do the upgrade, I am out of here.

I just downloaded the new Betsafe client. It's impossible to login, the login page never loads, same thing happens when I try to contact support within the client. Also the poker link on their website doesn't work...any ideas?

Been happening on betsafe for one

Logged in and playing but getting the popup and just dumps you out of tournament with your session has expired; if u try to rebuy and you will miss add on also if it happens.

Extremely frustrating, doesn't help that most of customer service on any site these days know nothing about poker

Just wanted to elaborate on some questions / comments I haven't addressed yet.

While it's not for everybody, the achievements system is one of the most successful developments we've ever completed. We use it in almost all promotions.

There are two parts to it:

1. The 'standard' achievements which have no prize other than the badge. These are designed for casual players, and are there to encourage players to explore the client, engage with it, and complete basic tasks.

2. Monetised achievements, which are used in promotions. For example, next month's 'March Missions' promotion uses achievements. If you complete a simple achievement each day from 4th to 24th March, you earn entry to a freeroll. There are also harder missions for more serious players, which have cash prizes of €20 and €100.

Essentially when we improve the achievements system we are making promotions more flexible and powerful for the future.

Just wanted to explain how we prioritise features so that we're being as transparent as possible.

Essentially, we estimate every upcoming feature in two ways. First, we look at the value that feature brings to the business (which incorporates revenue, customer satisfaction, urgency etc). Secondly, we look at how much effort it will take to deliver that feature.

The features that score the highest are those which deliver the most business value with the least amount of effort. To optimise for cumulative value, we develop these things first. There are obviously features which are large and complex which deliver a lot of value too, but these will generally only float to the top once the quick wins have been completed.

Tournament lobbies and other improvements to the tournament experience are starting to float to the top now. The break advertisement feature was completed relatively early because it was simple and high value, that's all.

No, it is not permitted to use ANY software that provides real-time advice during gameplay. We are getting pretty good at spotting this software, too.

Thanks! The weekly schedule looks pretty depressing, at least on Sundays there's a few decent ones. Hopefully they can improve the schedule a bit after they sort out the new software.

@Alex ever time i get disconnected i have to click back all the muck winning hands/muck losing hands etc very annoying fix that please. And all my notes and color coding are gone as well on anno tables.

i have the same issue with bets10 > not only u can get on new table. lets say u have aoto pop up option and u are under 100bb. its gives you error every single hand ..annoying.. can't close the software everythime this happens due to lost seat in table

another issue. i was playing annoymush tables and i suspect playes sees card or some cheat or something. calling me 33 on 3 bet pot K9j pot. and not losing single hand agaist me. >> 4nl and 10 nl ,, always bet when i dont have anything and . wheni do . they check fold when i have 2pair + . when i bloff always call wiht even bottom pair.. it happens me 3 times last 2 week.. dude weas stting with 60e in 4 nl >> anotherwas 100+ euro in 10 nl.., i simple dont want to play anny tables but. not enough players to to 10 nl at mid days forcing you play on anoy tables... ...

These getting banned stories are really horrible.
On the other hand every banned player on any network claim that they are innocent.

I think that banned players should be announced publicly as well as providing reasons and proofs. This way you can both assure players that MPN puts in effort for game integrity and at the same time you can prevent these "MPN stole our money" stories.

Rakeback on MPN is via the loyalty program. You redeem your points for cash at a rate up to 30%. All of our poker rooms have a loyalty program of some sort.

We can't announce them publicly for lots of reasons. Two obvious ones are that we don't want to reveal our detection methods, and that we are bound by data protection law and disclosing anything that could reveal a person's identity is illegal without their consent.

There are less obvious reasons too.

We do, however, disclose details of all banned players and the reasons why to regulators. This is done on at least a monthly basis.
