Ah, I see. I tried downloading it on my win 10 machine and it just got stuck in a "Retrying upgrade/checking versions" loop. I also tried downloading it on another laptop with win 7 and that worked just fine. Any clue whats going on?

If you right click and ‘Run as Administrator’ does it work?

Please would you contact your poker room about this? I’d really like to get to the bottom of it. I have seen the issue once before, but running as admin solved it.

I actually did. They just said that they simply dont offer the old client anymore and that this is due to some agreements with you. He said that it might work if I find an old copy of the client somewhere else but he insisted on not being able to send it to me.

I've added a FAQ to the OP which explains how to report an issue with the new software:

Q. How do I report a problem with the new software?

A. Please contact your poker room by email, provide a detailed description of your issue, and attach your log files.

On Windows:

- Click the Start Menu
- Enter the following text: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\
- Open the poker room folder (e.g. 'Prima Poker')
- The log file is in this folder, called 'log.log'. Attach this file to the email.

On Mac:

- In Finder, Click the 'Go' Menu, then select 'Go to Folder'
- Enter the following text: ~/Library/Logs/
- Open the poker room folder (e.g. 'Prima Poker')
- The log file is in this folder, called 'log.log'. Attach this file to the email.

Great job on the latest update!

The client is now faster and super snappy.

If you could do the following next:

1. Pop up the table when it's turn to act
2. Customisable bet slider with at least 4(5 would be better) bet sizing options in % of pot and BB amounts
3. Sit out next BB button

I used a VPN only twice or thrice just to enter and check out the prima client. I contacted my poker room the first day the new poker client was released. They recommended the use of a VPN. I'm sticking with the old client which works fine without a VPN. Thanks for letting me know!

Yes, for anonymous tables we don't support colour coding.

If there's anyone out there still having performance issues, I'd really appreciate it if you'd send log files to your poker room, as described in the OP.

Love the direction you are going with everything, but this might be a step too far. I don't see anything predatory in color coding anonymous tables. As someone who prefer to play anonymous tables i would love to be able to color code, dont need anything else. Please reconsider

"If you go to 'Player History' in the main menu, you can see all your recently played games there."

Is it possible to mark hands while playing? Otherwise how i will find those hands i wanna review/analyse? Imo it is hard to find specific hands after a few thousand is played and ofc i can not review in details while having a session
So if there was no way to find hands played in the past there is no point having this feature (player history).
Cmon guys make some useful tool for review.

Honestly, no matter how good your software gets, I personally will never have majority of my volume on your site until there's a way for me to review my play.

Anonymous had histories could easily be provided via delayed download and there would be no way for anyone to ever be able to run a hud.

Fair enough, we'll give this some consideration. (Obviously, the colour code would only last for as long as the player stayed at the table).

To all players at microgaming: be careful and expect at any time to be blocked out of your account and the retention of the credit.
Unfortunately, this has happened to me twice already. Allegedly I have violated the terms and conditions (using unauthorized software), only problem: I do not use software during the game .....

With all fairness I am playing MPN for about a year now and know pple who played there for more than 5 and not once I heard such a story...
Work with support if you got nothing to hide and done nothing wrong, they are pretty good.

Lol i been playing at MG for like for ever and never had any problems with more than 4 different rooms. So im pretty sure you the one in the wrong unless its some dodgy provider.
