Never mind, finally got through to support, was told they're having technical issues

Hi guys. From Thursday we're rolling out v39.4 of the software which has bug fixes for a few situations where colour coding wasn't working properly.

Hand Histories are only saved to your machine in the classic version of the client. The hand histories are in a file called 'gamehistory.dat', which can be found in the poker room folder (a subfolder of C:\Microgaming).

If you contribute to the pot, a full hand history is saved.

If you don't contribute to the pot, a reduced hand history is saved, which omits information about your opponents actions.

If you use the modern client, you can view previously played hands by selecting 'Game History' from the main menu.

how do you filter the buy in amount in lobby?

AFAIK you can not choose the amount in the new prima software. You sit in 100bb on a cg table and this is the only thing i like about the new client!!

Please keep the old software , it's fast and works great on my old laptops.

Keep old client, new one is just meh. If you really want to upgrade the player experience make it like pokerstars.

Is anyone else unable to login to the RedKings website?
The login button doesnt do anything and it's been that way for a week now. Tried Firefox and Chrome. This is a shame since I wanted to claim my "points per week" promotion bonus and this is only possible on the website..

Managed to loging ff. It was really slow though took like 3 minutes.

For me, absolutely nothing happens when I click "Login", nothing is loaded and nothing happens, tried 2 browsers and another PC that never visited the site.

Try deleting cookies and cashe, restart and or reinstall.

Is there any program/app i can use to convert $$ to bb on MG ? Besides table tamer?

is there any possible way to make bigger fonts (stacksize, pot) in the old client?

The new software wont open when connected on a Greek ip address. I must use a VPN. Anyway this can be fixed?

Nice series coming up but so hard to play all events when cant even stack or overlap tables without sitting out endless times and not knowing when its your turn to act.

Please do. I am using a 4k monitor and tables get a cap to how much I can resize then, and fonts is wayyyy too small. I can´t play that way.

New poker client I can get some nice resizes, but the betslider is just way too bad on new client. I barely could play 3 tables, as I just missclick everytime :P

I know u guys are probably working on the new software, but old client works like a charm. I just like it a lot. Second software by far, after PS. Please just make fonts a little bit bigger and I would be more then happy

Despite of my 1st question is not answered yet i got a new one. When i registered and downloaded for the 1st time it installed the new software. After loging in i found that we only can choose the pool we want to play and it takes us to a random table.

Can we decide if we wanna play anonim or regular tables? Or how this whole thing works?
Cos i am suspicious with anonim tables, fishy things can happen more easily on those ones and how to report player1 or whatever it is called?!

Ofc my 2nd step was to install the old client. It is so smooth, better looking and way more useable. I know that whatever players do/ask they will shut down the old client at a certain time. It is said but this is how it works. One thing is sure if there will be no possibility to check my hands/results analise my game cos of the lack of HHs i will leave the network.
Edit: i dont really care having a HUD at tables but really want my hhs to track my journey

Unfortunately, MPN Tools has been known to cause issues with our software, including crashes.

We have some improvements to the bet slider coming soon. Can you be more specific - what would make the bet slider better?

Yes, deselect 'Anonymous' in the filters, above the list of games. You can choose 'Regular', 'Anonymous', 'Deep' and 'Turbo'. Regular and Anonymous are selected by default.

If you go to 'Player History' in the main menu, you can see all your recently played games there.

The custommized part, with quick buttons. And please, make then flexible enough, like x BB, or % pot, instead of some "default" ones. That would help a lot, so I don´t have to scroll it through the betslider. I could just click the size of my preference in that spot.
