It is a single file mapped to your User ID, so we don’t think it will work I’m afraid, but I’ve asked our devs to look into this.

Is it now possible to at least track your own results after a session in PT4 or something? Or has it completely gone out the window?

Norway is not an regulated market, i.e. no forced "upgrade" to the new client.

Over the next two weeks, we're rolling out an optional upgrade feature which will allow players using the 'Classic' version of our Windows software to upgrade easily to the new version.

If you choose to upgrade, the new software will be installed alongside the classic software, and you can continue to use both for the time being.

Although we have good evidence that the new client is now a better experience for the typical player - most 2+2ers will probably want to stick with the classic client, because it is more feature-rich. We would greatly appreciate your feedback on the new client, though.

No it is not an ongoing promotion. The Points per Day promo is a RedKings-specific promotion. According to the T&Cs no opt-in is required.

Only Swedish users are affected by the January 1st migration, because the Swedish market is regulating on that date and only Swedish-compliant products are allowed.

Players from other countries are not affected by this.

You can track your own results using our Player History app, which you can access from the main lobby menu. Neither version of our software plays well with PT or HEM.

Yes, although we have restrictions on how these can be advertised, otherwise they just become a way to get around our rakeback rules.

When are you going to do something about table blocking? This is just ridicilous that players can camp for 30 minutes or so.

Once we have decommissioned the old client, table blocking will not be an issue. In the meantime it looks like you called a moderator to the table? That was the right thing to do.

@Alex is there an option to make notes/color codes in the new client?

Not yet, but this is coming soon.

@Alex Could you tell your software designers to really work on your hand replayer?! I think its one of the biggest reasons why so many players avoid playing microgaming sites atm. Overall the game play is getting better still there are a lot of things to improve and in my opinion your hand replayer should be one of the first priorities. It is just awful. The thing jumps all over the screen, its so difficult to follow the action or even find the right hands. For starters it would make things way easier when the software could at least automatically remember the position and size of the hand replayer like it remembers the position of all the tables. Ty

Got kicked out of network numeral times during session yesterday and today. Never occured in last three years. Anyone else?

I played 11AM-2PM Europe time and it was good.

Filters are not working currently @ classic version at least. No matter what selected and filters on, main client still shows all tournaments. Makes it much harder to find playable tournaments.

Looks like text search is working though, but with different tournament names that is very little help.

@alex im against table hogging, but let us atleast take a 5 min break or something. And not 30 sec before getting kicked off while going to the toilet.

Hello, just one thing to keep in mind when developing the note-taking system. If you are multi tabling on the old client and want to add a note to the player and the same player sits on several other tables, you need to write or copy/paste that same note to every table to that specific player, or the note will be lost the next time you see that player and it's really frustrating to search for that same player on all tables. So please make sure that the note gets added automatically across all tables for the specific player, I hope you understand what I mean.

I played on the new client last Sunday and a few things.

-Sometimes when I was moved tables, the table would just close and I would have to manually reload it in the client. Is this a known bug?

-The info box at the top left of the table should have how many left in the tournie/how many paid

-I couldn't find a way to observe the other tables?

-Couldn't filter the games by a BI range.

-Cut the 'we are aiming to be the best poker software on the planet'. No one is ever getting close to stars, find a more achievable goal that your customers can believe.

-Progressive bounties.

Overall tho its a nice experience, clean and easy to use. It needs some work tho but a big step in the right direction. So well done guys and girls.

Finally your marketing and that of the rooms itself has a lot to be desired. For example the last 2 Sundays I've seen your 10k 100 overlay by about 10 players. Why not do a 10 ticket twitter/FB comp (RT or like/share only, something that people only have to one click). Not only does it get players thinknig of checking out your site, but also the winners of said ticket may deposit and play other events too.

Whenever you overlay its only your existing customers that benefit. Turn it into a way to drive some people to your site.

Also I'd be looking at working with a established twitch streamer who gets 100+ viewers and give them a load of tickets to stream your network 1 or 2 nights a week. Most twitch grinders are under it so they will be glad of the opportunity! When I have seen MPN try something with twitch its always been with current MPN grinders during a promo of yours and ofc thats gonna get no views.

MPN is certainly better than iPoker but the one thing that really lets it down is that I never see any of the rooms pushing things or trying stuff, bar 1 or 2.

I'd assume that most of the skins have a poker room manager, and looking at the sites/socials of most of the major skins, they are stealing a living.

Hi, ive just gone to reg the 3keu sunday freeroll! Great stuff however i cannot reg, only been supporting most of the games in the mtt schedule most of the week! Sure enough havent played '100 raked hands' to qualify! But ive damn supported that MTT schedule, can you make it so MTT players who earn X loyalty points can be able to reg also? TY TY
