In v38 - which will begin rolling out next week (more on that soon) - we have made the chip graphic smaller, and the text larger and clearer. It's not that obvious in the screenshot above but is very obvious at smaller table sizes.

You're right. At the moment we show:

1. The amount each player bet (next to the chips in front of them)
2. The total size of the pot (in the middle, above the flop)
3. The amount you have bet in total, so far in the hand (bottom right)

While you can calculate what you need from this information, I understand its not as intuitive as it could be. If we came up with something that made it easy to see how big the bet was relative to the pot, would that meet your needs or are there other reasons to see the pre-bet pot size in addition to the total pot?

That's my fallback position. But with everything we are developing now, we are asking the question 'can we do better than the old client'? After all, lots of mistakes were made with the old client and we don't want to repeat them.

Well this is one of those features that weren't broken so no need to fix it. Gotta give something positive here and there so the few time I've played the new client it seems to be running smoothly (atleats with four tables) and after you can remove the avatars it looks nice and clean.

I contacted redstar support 4 times. First they said that i would get an answer by email on same day. It didn't happened. After that, every time i contacted they seam lost on the issue. "send chat to the manager" and now giving me 48h for the request?

A number of accounts that played mainly PLO100 and PLO200 have disappeared in the past month or two. Can you confirm whether or not there were bots or colluders banned from these games? They had very similar traits in certain scenarios, but also differed from each other.

Betsson group, coolbet, guts are all solid. Never had any issues and been a customer for years. Can't say anything about rk but it has been on the market since ongame so it should be fine I guess. Just find a one that has the best promos (like through aff) and you are good to go. Allso never heard anything shady about banning winning players or confiscating of funds. Only thing is that if you rely on trackers then mpn ain't the place for you. They don't work I mean.

We ban accounts every day, so it's possible that they were banned. But statistically it's far more likely that the players stopped playing for other reasons. For various legal reasons, I'm unable to confirm if specific players were banned or not, but if they were banned, then players who were negatively affected would have received refunds by now.

Im a little confused from this thread, are HUDs working on mpn ?

HUDs are allowed, but they don't save hand histories to your hard drive so you'll have to find software that does that for you. And if you are using hem/pt you'll need to revert to an older version as the newer ones disabled support for mpn.

At some point you will move to the new client solely I guess Alex, can you confirm that? And if so, when is that planned?

In the next few days we’ll begin rolling out version 38 of the new software. As I’ve previously mentioned, for this release we dedicated all of our client development teams to addressing the most common player feedback – nearly everything in this release is a direct result of your engagement.

With this release, we will have addressed about 44% of player feedback to date (up from 15% in v37.4). v39, coming in December, will get us to 55%. We intend to address 75% with the roadmap.

RedKings will get the release first, on Tuesday 9th. Because this release contains a fundamental change to some critical code, which was required to mitigate a memory leak, we will have a week-long beta period. v38 will therefore roll out to other operators during the week of the 15th.

Without further ado, here are the release notes for v38.

General Improvements and Lobby

• It is now possible to configure settings which affect the table, without having to open a table first. The settings are available in the main lobby menu.
• We’ve improved some of the icons throughout the client to make them more intuitive.
• We’ve resolved a memory leak, so the client now consumes less RAM and CPU. Multi-tablers using Windows will see a massive improvement in performance.
• We will now prompt you to confirm if you try to quit the client while you are still active at tables.
• The satellite filter now works for tournaments that award tickets as well as direct feeder satellites.
• We have made significant improvements to late registration in tournaments. Players will now be seated faster during late registration, we will balance tables more often to ensure that no table plays at a disadvantage, and players who register in short succession will be less likely to be seated together. [This change will be released on 16th October, and also applies to the classic client].
• The promo banner will disappear if the lobby is too small to accommodate it, either because you have a small display or you resized the lobby.
• Clicking on the loyalty, bonus or ticket balance will now open the relevant page.
• The client now supports iOS 12.

Table Improvements

• Stealth Mode: Prefer a distraction-free poker experience? Then simply enable ‘Stealth Mode’ from the table menu. Stealth Mode switches to a plain background, and disables avatars, achievement badges, casino icons, notifications and the best hand display. Sounds are also disabled (although you can re-enable them if you wish).
• Table Usability:

• We’ll automatically remember the position of your tables, so next time you play they will be in the same position you left them.
• The aspect ratio of the table is now locked, and it is no longer possible to change the table window to an arbitrary size. We’ve also implemented a minimum size for the table window which is the same as it was in the classic download client.
• We’ve significantly improved the legibility of the text on the table by making it larger and placing it on a contrasting background. The table should now be significantly easier to read, especially at small sizes.
• We’ve made the dealer button larger and brighter, and added a yellow highlight to the player plaque, so you can instantly spot it even at smaller table sizes. We’ve also highlighted the small blind and big blind positions.
• It is now possible to bet or raise by typing a number into the bet box and hitting the ‘Enter’ key. The bet box is highlighted automatically when the table is in focus.
• It’s no longer possible to fold, if you can check.
• Table Tiling is improved, especially on multi-monitor setups.
• We’ll now prompt you to confirm before opening a new SNG with the ‘+1’ button.

• Achievements notifications are now shown at the table.

Bug Fixes

• We resolved an issue where certain older casino games would not launch on Mac. [This was released in v37.4]
  
• When limped to in the big blind, we now use the same ‘Raise To’ behaviour as in all other situations.
• Many other minor bug fixes and performance improvements.

For cash games, I think it's unlikely this would pass the regulators. It's very important that when people are playing for real money, they understand exactly what they have at risk. I think it would be irresponsible to introduce a feature to hide that.

That's right. Mac users will be moved to the new client fairly soon (it has already been done for some poker rooms due to a technical issue). The next likely migration is Swedish users, when that market regulates early next year. For everybody else, we don't have plans to force an upgrade until we are completely comfortable that the new client is a better experience.

Were is the settings button?
Im playing omaha, why can't i revert back to normal tables with all settings???
What about selecting a table?
What about selecting the buy in?
What about the rabbit card??

What happened to the old site, this is a terrible choice, absolutely disgusting player experience. Graphics are terrible, things don't scale properly, can barely see anything, can't play more than 3 tables.

Are you deliberately trying to kill the game?

I want to customise and have more freedom to play and set things up the way i like it, this is just terrible.
